Real parents were Azeala and Gregorico, her adoptive parents are Bellanna and Nixoric.

Appearance: Felicia stands at 5'10" and has long flowing white-blonde hair which reaches her waist, with eyes that are pearly, opalescent orbs of violet. She has a thin scar round her neck, from the attack that killed Reglith. She wears her dagger at her side in a strengthened scabberd made from leaves. She wears a quiver made from softened leather, which she keeps filled with arrows, her bow is often kept, restong on one shoulder and slanted across her body. Her clothes tend to be in earthy tones of greens and browns.

History:
Felicia was born to the elves, Azeala and Gregorico but they were killed during the last big battle between the side of good and the side of evil. The battle happened 30 years ago, just a few weeks after Felicia was born.

During the war, a couple of elves called Bellana and Nixoric came across the baby Felicia as she lay in her dead mothers arms. This couple felt sorry for the baby and decided to take her home and look after her. The couple raised Felicia as if she were their own daughter and lavished her with love. She had a happy childhood growing up with her adoptive parents yet until she was 12, she did not know they were not her real parents. It was on her 12th birthday that Bellanna and Nixoric told her off her true parents and how they died when she was just a baby. Even once she knew that they were not her real parents, Felicia still looked on them as her mother and father and continued to love them as such.

On her 13th birthday she received a beautiful bow from Bellanna and Nixoric, thus bringing about the beginning of her training as an archer. Bellanna and Nixoric trained her themselves, as they were both archers and knew all the tricks of the trade. Felicia did some training everyday, even if Bellanna and Nixoric were doing other things, at those times she would practise what they had already showed her.

A few weeks after her 16th birthday, Felicia got a chance to prove how much she'd learnt from her adoptive parents. The elves forestal village was attacked by a horde of evil mages and fighters. Felicia used all the knowledge she'd gained up to that point to help protect her beloved village. Some of the braver elves were killed during the attack and the village honoured them by building a memorial obelisk.

One day she met a handsome elf called Reglith while she was out gathering herbs for a cleric friend. Over the next few months, they got very close, forming a strong bond and it was during this time that Reglith gave her a hand dagger. Felixia and Reglith were out walking one day when they got ambushed by a shade. This shade was much more experienced then either Felicia or Reglith and easily over powered them, killing Reglith and knocking Felicia unconscious.

When Felicia regained consciousness, she was back home in her bed with her adoptive parents watching her with concern. When she first asked about Reglith, everyone evaded her questions which made her suspicious that they were keeping something from her. Then one day, a week after Reglith's death, her adoptive parents told her the bad news. She was so distraught over his death that she hides herself in their secret place for weeks, constantly talking to him as if he were there, telling him how sorry she was and admitting to having fallen in love with him.

Ever since those weeks she has kept herself, more or less to herself, speaking only to her adoptive parents. Although one day she came across an golden eagle which had a broken wing, and feeling sorry for the bird, she took it home and nursed it back to health. After the eagle's wing had mended and it was back to full health, Felicia took it back to where she found it and released it back into the wild, the eagle flew off but came back straight away and refused to leave Felicia's side. Felicia realized that the eagle must have come to look to her for protect and decided to keep it, calling him Reglith, after her lost love. They have been working together ever since.

Personality: Felicia is very caring and loving to those she holds dear but is very aloof and off-hand to those she doesn't know. She is very protective of Reglith the eagle and he is never very far from her. When she meets new people she tends to be on guard, and seems to interrogate them. Reglith, being tuned into Felicia's thoughts, will sometimes attack new people who approach her, and she can't always stop him. Once she has had a chance to get to know people, she is often kind and considerate yet she may still remain slightly aloof. Felicia is merciless and relentless when it comes to her enemies, sometimes going as far as to chase them if the start to flee. Even once she has got to know someone, Felicia may, at times, be withdrawn and need to be alone, it is during these times when she remembers the Reglith that she loved, and never got to tell that she did so. When Felicia is upset or frustrated she tends to want space and will go off to be by herself, while Reglith flies in agitated circles above her. Once Felicia has befriended someone she tends to be very loyal, unless they prove not to be trustworthy.

Weapons: Felicia uses the bow her adoptive parents gave her for her 13th birthday. It is made from the finest oak which has been painted silver with black celtic-like scrollwork.
She also carries a hand dagger for closer combat but she isn't as good in those situations.

Animal companions: Reglith, a golden eagle. Reglith has a strong bond with Felicia and is able to know what she is thinking. He is very protective of Felicia and often attacks strangers as soon as they make a move in her direction.

Dreams for the future: To have a dragon egg hatch for her, and to help defeat Galbatorix.

Reasons for dreams: So she is more able to help defeat Galbatorix, and so that she, and everyone else may be able to live without fear.
