Skills: Ares enjoys the art of combat. He likes to fight because of his size and strength. He has gone through many masters of martial arts in order to gain knowledge at how to use the fight moves. Despite his blood-lust for battle, Ares enjoys a good fire. He likes to gaze into the flames that he created using a stone and will stare for hours on end. Sometimes he can see things in the fire that normal creatures would not be able to see.

Character Personality: Ares has an ego that is bigger than life itself, as well as arrogance to match. His ways, he often thinks, are the right ways. No matter how many times you may correct him, you are always wrong in his eyes. He will not listen to reason unless he can see the truth for himself in the long run. His stubbornness may be bad when his egotistical personality is so large, but when it comes to fighting for people he loves, he is definitely the gryphon you want on your side. Ares is the master at combat and will fight beak and talon in order to defeat his foe. Defeat is not an option in his book, which may lead to risking his life for no apparent reason, but he feels he’s doing the right thing. He has a sense of justice and won’t allow someone to be treated in the wrong, not if he has anything to say about it. When it comes to book smarts, he isn't exactly the go-to guy. He will more than likely use his brawn to get himself out of situations or go and sniff out trouble. Either Ares tries to find it or it finds him, trouble is always around the corner for Ares. He knows how to look for it and to dive into it...always.

Character History: Ares, like the rest of his siblings, was born south of the Beor Mountains. He was also birthed from an egg, which was the color of the flames of a fire; orange, red, and blue. When he hatched, Ares found that his mother was the only one around besides his half siblings Apollo and Artemis. Ares has never met his father and his mother would never speak of him. Even though Ares’s mother never spoke of their father, she took great care of Ares and his sister Athena, who was so much smaller than he was in comparison to size. Ares would often be the bold one to go out and seek danger wherever it lurked, despite his mother’s scolding. Like his sister, Artemis, Ares didn’t really get along with any of his siblings. He thought Apollo was a know-it-all, Athena an annoying little chick, and Artemis a moody freak. Ares enjoyed visiting the volcanoes that were near his home, which only gave his mother a heart attack when he strayed too far to the edge. Often or not, he’d always search for any heat source. When he wasn’t getting into any trouble, Ares would practice his fight moves even though he had no idea how in the world he was able to do so. It only kept his siblings at an even farther distance from him since he was so much bigger than they were, even a female gryphon did not surpass him in size. Once his mother passed away, it was already time for the siblings to leave the nest. From there, Ares and the rest of her siblings went their separate ways and he had not seen them since, or actually cared that they had been seperated. Ares went to every martial arts master that he could find only to improve on his fighting abilities. Even though he knows how to fight properly, Ares still seeks to be the best fighter in the world. Ares even found a wonderful training plateau in the Hadarac Desert, where it was hidden from everyone else. The heat sufficed to his liking.

Weapons: Ares has his claws and talons that are used to grip into his foes. They are thick and sharp, her claws at least, to tear. Her talons are excellent for gripping. They provide the assistance to keep the enemy in place as he delivers the final attack.

Likes: Hot places, fighting, and a nice bonfire

Character Physical Description: Ares is probably the largest of the four siblings. He is extremely muscular and very tall for a griffon. His feathers, for his eagle portion of his body, are a range of dark orange to a light gold. Within the colors are small stripes of black on the wing front. His talons are enormous, so much so that they can wrap around a small elephant. His end is that of a tiger’s, black and orange stripes with large paws as well. His tiger tail is striped too.

Dreams for Future: To become the greatest fighter the world has ever seen.

Reasons for Dreams: Ares does not like to be weak. Even though he was younger than Apollo and Artemis, he still felt it was his duty to look out for them and to prove that nothing could ever bring him down.

Alliance: With no one, only on the side of justice.
