How do I change my avatar to a .jpeg?? And there is no browse button for sig how do I get my sig there...

please don't double post You need an image hoster (such as http://www.photobucket.com -it's free) to put in a picture. Once you've added an image to the album on the image hosting site, you can get the [img] code and put that in your sig.

as for signatures we don't have a rule (yet) about the pic size.. Well--there's a rule that signature "cannot be more than 5 rows in normal size" but it's an ambigue whether it applied on words OR applied for images as well.
As you can see some of the members here have kinda huge signatures -- and because there is no clear rule about it we just let them do so.
(But in my personal opinion, it would be better if you arrange your images in a horisontal row, than as a vertical one-- it save some spaces and not so tiring when scrolling down the page)
