TO SAND
To sand go tracers and ball ammunition.
To sand the green smoke goes.
Each finned mortar, spinning in light.
Each star Cluster, bursting above.
To sand go the skeletons of war, year by year.
To sand go the reticles of the brain,
the minarets and steeple bells, brackish
sludge from the open sewers, trashfires,
the silent crowd resting
on the shoulders of a yak. To sand
each head of cabbage unravels its leaves
the way dreams burn in the oilfires of night.

I can understand that Shinty, but I saw them live as Iron Maiden's special guests at Sonisphere, and they were amazing. So much bass it literally shakes your vision.

I like Tarantula, it has an almost reggae edge. That why Skindred are goooood too lol. I prefer Pendulum's instrumental stuff to songs like Propane Nightmares too.

Well Tarantula and Propane Nightmares are by Pendulum, they're supposedly drum n bass, but I'm sure many would argue with that label lol. They're pretty mainstream, a little genre made friendlier for the masses, but I like them anyway.
Skindred are a Welsh ragga metal band, fairly melodic, but heavy, a little off topic with them, but well worth a listen- I'd recommend Stand For Something, Pressure, Nobody, or their cover of Back in Black.
