I like season 3. It felt like it could be a lot longer, actually. But i'm not complaining, except for some of Sokka's jokes. I mean, damn! xD
It's a good show. And I saw some trailers from the movie, and I'm convinced it's going to be bad. xD :/

Stupid question: If they're not done filming the movie, then why have they already released a trailer?

Movies aren't filmed from front to back. They film scenes when they're able to fit them into the various schedules (actors, weather, studio/crew time, funding, etc etc) and combine them into a coherent film on the editing floor. It's the same idea with the trailer. They took from scenes they've already done, finished the special effects on those pieces, added narration and what have you.

That's really cool, guys. =] Yes, do whatever you can to increase your chances! :}

I just remembered I forgot to give my impression on the show::

I should probably stop judging series before I watch them. I liked it much more than I thought from listening to sister's descriptions. It entertained me, and it registered lower on the cringe scale than most YA non-comedies. That's all that really matters to me when watching television. Nothing really bothered me about it, except being predictable in spots, but that's to be expected. And the humor largely made up for it, such as the insane creature combinations and the character of Iroh.

Favorite Character:: Toph
Minor:: Iroh
Biggest Drag:: Sokka =P
Best Moment:: The cat quote, or that one line of Iroh's, of which I forgot both.

It doesn't make my favorites list, but I liked it and would certainly watch again.

If that is the real deal.... I suspect there will be a director's cut DVD which could possibly raise the film up a bit. Still, the fact that it was so bad without those minutes... I kinda wanted to see it lol, not anymore.

And if the films continue after this, such a universal panning can be nothing but a wake-up call. One would hope.

I did watch a thing called the last airbender reveled and m night was talking how he had a lot of the keoshi(sp) warriors filmed but he wasn't aloud to put them in the film cause he was getting too obsessed with that part of the film and it was taking a theme a long those lines

Oh lord... The live action film was painful... It was like the Eragon movie all over again... (changing scenes, leaving out so many key characters and important events that is is impossible to make a sequel, pissing off fans of the series, etc.) The only difference is that the Eragon movie was actually better than this. Not a whole lot better, but still better. I give the Last Airbender a 0/10. It stinks and is an insult to the original series, which is actually one of the best cartoon shows of all time. Now I am going to go out and buy the original series on DVD to hopefully purge the memories if this horrid "movie" from my mind.

oh, thats stink that the movie wasnt as good as i hoped, but i thought it wouldnt be that good, just like all good things, when thay make a movie of them, it isnt as good, like eragon, but at least we can still watch the cartoons xD

Uhh...I had actually hoped the movie wouldn't be as bad as it sounded, but I was wrong; It was so much worse.Being a fan of the original show(which was amazing and strangely a lot more serious than this LIVE action film) it was hard to watch all of the characters I had grown to love be portrayed so horribly. What really sets me off ,though, is how the world will think how stupid the show must have been to produce a movie like this, when in reality the show was one of the most unique series I have ever watched. And the director, whose name I will not mention here, deserves to be slapped in the face with a pair of dirty cleats. That would make me happy. I'm just glad I watched this online instead of wasting my money at the theatres.

I take back part of what I said earlier. The Eragon movie isn't just slightly better. It is freaking Citizen Kane compared to this POS! The Last Airbender is the WORST MOVIE EVER!
