It managed to be creepy and gross at the same time...I'd say how...but it requires to much detail, and my stomach can't handle thinking about it so soon after seeing it. She didn't know it until she found out after he killed everybody, including dear old Serial Sr. He knocked her out and took her to a house where no one would look for them. (He burned down the church with DNA samples inside to make it look like they were dead.) He kept her old boyfriend alive to force him to write a confession making him look like Serial Sr.'s accomplice by threatening to kill the girl. Which he wouldn't do anyway, because he wanted to live on the island forever with her. Without any inhibitions to the whole brother-sister thing. EEEEEEEEEEEWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!! He gets the confession from said boyfriend, then takes the girl to say goodbye before he kills him. She kisses the guy, (covertly passing him lockpicks), before jealous brother drags her away. She takes off running, gets cornered on a cliff, and when psycho tells her he did all of this so they could be together, she screams she doesn't want him. Right when she does, boyfriend comes charging up and tackles the killer, going off the cliff with him. Luckily it's not as steep as it seems, so he's still alive when she reaches him. But so is psycho brother, and while she's leaning over her boyfriend, he comes up behind her, she grabs the boarding knife he threw away when he caught her on the cliff. She promplty swings around and stabs him all the way through his chest and back. He falls back saying her name and "I love you".
