It's been getting really really good reviews. Bioshock is the spiritual sequel to System Shock.

it goes beyond ALL games made before it. The dynamic programming makes every game different and makes so many open ends that there's a different way to play for everyone.

is it for PC or what? I think that a PC is the only thing that could handle such dynamic programming. I mean, you'd need A LOT of buttons.

It's on the 360 as well. I'm being told if someone is going to get to get the 360 version because the downloading program on PC is stalling for a lot of people and something about another program.

there seriously arent enough buttons on the 360 for that game. They could have made it better for just PC.

I've heard the 360 version is better. I watch the ending and it was amazing. Great storytelling.

Post Re: BioShock
I read a review in Game Informer about BioShock just yesterday. They said that it goes above and beyond any video game yet created, and yes, that includes Halo, Doom, and Star Wars: Battlefront. They gave an overall grade from a 1-10 scale of 10 to BioShock. They only give those on average about once every 3 months, so it's a killer game... literally.

Bioshock is INCREDIBLE!!! I'd be using lots of emphasis words but most of them would be muted and I would likely get a ban. So for 'G' Rated material... I LOVE BIOCHOCK!! Fantastic graphics, a completely ownage storyline and abilities that'll make your head spin! (heheh fire!). I got it for 360 and it worked great! But the hacking part of it was pretty bad. They could have come up with a better mini-game.

Post Re: BioShock
has your friend beat it yet? there are 2 endings. if you harvest the little sisters, then you take the key forcibly from a little sister at the end and take over rapture, attacking a submarine by controlling splicers. The alternate ending, if you save all of the little sisters, is that she gives you the key (to Rapture) and you take all of the little sisters out of rapture when the sub comes and you take care of them.

To be honest, if you didn't want it spoilt you probably shouldn't have come to the topic in the first place, but if it really bothers you, ask the creator of the topic to put a spoiler warning in the title in future.

I just got the game and played the first two levels. It's just... AWSOME! The game is very intense and the splicers are just downright freaky. THe hacking part is boring but it is gool to have security bots on your side. I hacked one and right away, it owned two splicers. I haven't fought a Big Daddy yet but I'll try that later. The graphics are amazing and the game engine is amazing too. I have already fallen in love with the game after only two levels.

don't kill of the little sisters. save them. in the long run, you get more adam. You get an extra amount after every 5 or something like that. And you get the good ending instead of the evil one.

i got the game Bioshock and theres is 2 ending to it if you wanted to know any of you. The first one is if you didn't harvest the little sister but save them. Your guy end up adopting 2 or 3 of them and raises them and they all get married and live happy lives. :D If you kill the little sister then your guy will unleash the power of Rapture onto the world. You'll see splicers hoping up on to a boat and killing everybody in the ending cutscene. If you enjoyed Bioshock check out and older game called system shock 2 made by the same company i think ?.
