Re: Final blow If Orik or Arya kill Galby than there would be no point to making Eragon the main character in the book. The book is about him.

Re: Final blow not necessarily.Eragon could battle galbatorx and another person could kill him.If Eragon starts to lose but Galbatorix is tired,the win will be much easier if someone else with experience in battles come to Eragon's aid...

Re: Final blow Like I said. The books are about Eragon, not someone else. If CP wanted someone else kill Galby than Eragon would not be the main character.

Re: Final blow i agree it has to eragon. his whole life after saphira came along it has been about that to kill galby. orik and arya will help eragon to make that final blow but it will be eragon for sure.

Re: Final blow Plus, you have to remember that in books like this the main character always kills the evil guy. Except for Ranger's Apprentice, which I think was completely wrong.

Re: Final blow That doesn't really make a great ending. After all the stuff he has been through he has to rely on other people in the end because he was and won't be strong enough? That kind of ruins the point of having Eragon as a main character. Also, don't post something just to get your post count up. You will be reported and if you are then the topic will definitely get closed.

It has been pointed out that beside the horse, aren is the only thing that eragon has inherited from brom, and the name of the books is the inheritance cycle so aren must have an important part

Eragons on the ground, injured or somthing, Galbatorix is about to kill him when, someone out the list I said earlier, comes up behind him and stabs him. Something like that.
