 New Moderator Wanted!Well, I know I've only given you all a little warning about this, and haven't really talked about it with dark dragon and Daidrea, but three Mods is the minimum of what we require. It would be in everyone's best interest if we had four Mods once again.
For that reason, the position of RPG Moderator is open once more, and I am making this new announcement to let you all know. Express your interest in this thread and I will send you the interview questions to assess your ability. The requirements for Moderator remain the same as last time, and you must (obviously) be able to follow all of the rules of the site and especially the rp section. To apply you must have: Dragonrider status - To know whether or not you are committed to the site. A strong RPG Character - By this I didn't mean powerful strong, but character strong. To be able to express your character's feelings, abilities and what they are doing as well as where they are. Continuous Play - By which I mean you are on at the VERY least one a week and posting in the RPG section. Hopefully a large number of you will be interested in this position. I knew I shoulda done that...I'd apply but sadly I don't meet the RP requirement... I'm good on everything else but I've been reluctant to start RPing due to my tendency to flicker offline without notice. It's admittedly been three years since I participated in a true RP, and I can't seem to ever hit my poetic mode so it sounds right... Hafta be in the right mood... Sadly I'm out  , but If I can vote (Juast saying, as an RP member) I would like to vote for Kit. That's not a whole lot of experience on this site, and the applicants have all had a lot of experience here. I'm glad you're taking an interest, though. Rest assured, we will make a careful decision.

Re: New Moderator Wanted! Well, I suppose you've all been in suspense long enough. I'll start by saying this was probably the hardest decision for Mod yet; all of you would make excellent mods, but if we hired all of you, that wouldn't leave many actual rpers left who were normal... lol.
