Perhaps for the first few pages this could be kept between me and dark dragon, then we will probably extend it to any of Zeke and Savania's friends.

Zeke thrummed with excitement as he winged his way toward Du Fells Nangoroth. His heart warmed as he thought of who awaited him. His very heavily due mate, Savania. She had departed a few weeks ago toward The Blasted Mountains to prepare a nest and make the old mating grounds suitable for living. The amethyst lit his eyes to check how close he was, and found he was within a league. He extended his mind out ahead of him to alert Savania of his approach, so he didn't startle her when he landed. He knew from asking his mother that pregnant female dragons might be very protective and wary of others being near their nest, even before the eggs had been laid. When he finally caught sight of Du Fells Nangoroth, he increased his wingbeats and alighted on a spire, his wings still partially unfurled for balance. He craned his neck around, searching for his mate. Savania? May I come to your nest? he called out, opening his mind so she would be able to feel him.

Zeke purred, shifting around so his legs supported her back while she slept. He licked her shoulder affectionately, then lowered his neck gingerly across hers and laid his head beside hers and closed his eyes, still humming gently in his chest to help her sleep.

Zeke blinked his eyes open sleepily, lifting his head to yawn. He felt the suns warmth seeping across his scales, and determined that it was around mid-morning, closing in on the afternoon. He raised his neck up and looked down at his mate, smiling warmly. He lit his eyes softly so he could see her, her steel-silver scales accented by the warm blue glow of her essence. He nuzzled her shoulder gently for a moment before pulling away so he didn't wake her prematurely. He lead his head down to wait for her to get up on her own.

Zeke lifted his head when Savania woke, smiling at her question and at her rub. Content now. And you seem to be in a good mood this morning. he commented, a twinkle in his eye. He oh so softly nuzzled her distended belly with his snout. Her Orb was now pulsating within his Heart Touch. It would definitely be today. I believe the eggs will come some time today, though I can't pin down exactly when. Probably closer to evening or late afternoon. he murmured to her tenderly. He lifted his head to gently rub his jaw against hers, humming affectionately. Tell me if anything changes. he purred.

IC:
Zeke purred as she described each egg to him, a proud hum vibrating his chest and throat. His hum deepened to a purr at her confidence. I'm sure they will. he agreed simply. At her question he tilted his head, touching the Orb's in his Heart Touch that signified each separate egg. It depends on how safe they feel. If they feel no danger, they could hatch right away. If any of them are wary, like me, then perhaps a few hours. he replied, and he himself was curious. When do you think they will hatch. he prummed, laying his head down with his jaw resting on the edge of the nest.

IC: Savania smiled, hoping they would hatch soon also, the soon the better. She smiled, she couldn't wait to take them out to explore the world. At Zeke's question she thought for a moment placed her head gently at each one of the four eggs, Perhaps in a few hours like you said, maybe a little longer though. It's hard for me to tell but I don't think it will take them too long.

Zeke purred in his throat, a proud gleam in his eyes. I agree with you. I can not wait for them to hatch and for us to begin teaching them of our kind. he murmured, watching the small sand covered huddle.

Aeraldi stirred, his Heart of Hearts warming within his chest. Someone was calling him. He looked to his children who lay next to him. They stirred too and looked around them.
What's going on? Saiph asked.
It feels like there's a pit in my chest which is warming. It's kind of nice.
Aeraldi just smiled his toothy grin. I feel it too. That's called the Heart Touch, a message that is sent to dragons who are remembered as close friends or family. It's being sent from... Zeke? Well, that's certainly a wonderful thing. Let's go and find him shall we? I'm sure he has wonderful news for us.
Polaris and Saiph looked at each other. Then nodded together. Sure, let's go!
The three of them took to the air and headed for the Desert.

OOC: Yay! Glad to see people are coming

IC: Savania glanced towards Zeke as he went to call others to come. She smiled, she couldn't wait to see her friends and family again, even more so that new hatchlings were soon to come.

Glancing up, Equinox could feel something deep in his chest. It was Zeke's heart touch, something was going on, and he couldn't tell but it seemed good from what he could make out. Glancing towards the middle of the Hadarac desert he looked down at his daughter Incendia. Though he was going to teach her more about the land, he thought she should come along, Come with me Incendia, one of my friends has announced something and it seems good. I think going deep into the desert will be good for you.
Nodding Incendia replied eagerly, Of course! Who is it?
Zeke, you wouldn't know him but he is likely with his mate Savania. You know her, she's you aunt.
Incendia nodded and flew beside her father into the desert.

Glancing from side to side Incendia dove and swooped around eagerly through the air. Giving a joyful roar she flew next to Equinox. She loved to see more, and also she hadn't seen her aunt Savania in such a long time and she actually wan't that much older than she herself was. Everything was so interesting to her and yet she just loved to go around. To Equinox she said, How far is it away?
Just a few hours flight. We'll be there in no time.
Incendia gave a happy growl.

Tvashtar had a strange calling in him to go into the desert. Though not sure why he did fallow it, thinking it could be a good thing. He had a feeling his sister was there, and he hadn't seen Savania in some time. With a happy growl he flew forwards with all speed to see what was coming on.

OOC: I think I've replied in enough rps to have enough time to join this one. lol

IC: Phal had been heading home from another mission when she felt a warm pull toward the Hadarac. It seemed as if she had friends to visit. She wondered what could be going on, and quickly sped up in her eagerness. Ahead of her, she caught sight of three dragons, all of them very familiar. The presence of her family filled her heart with joy and love, and she hastened her wingbeats to catch up to them. Her mate and two youngest children made a pleasing sight, one black, one white, and one with scales that could have been a perfect blending of the two colors. She reached the trio quickly, a rumble building in her chest that was like the dragon version of a purr. Well I'm glad I caught up to you three. It's always nicer to make an entrance as a family, she said cheerfully, swooping down. She brushed her wingtips with Polaris and Saiph's in a warm greeting.

Na'ir and Sirius had been spending some time with their cousin Navarre at Faefnir's Stronghold, and were at the moment snoozing lazily on the rocky prominances outside of it. As the sun grew higher, the young white dragon woke up sleepily, feeling a light pull within his Heart. He yawned and poked at his older sister with one wingtip, waking her up.

Whaaa...? Gah, Sirius, I was sleeping. What is it? Na'ir asked, blinking her green eyes.

Something's up. I think we should leave in a few minutes, Sirius replied. Navarre had already left earlier that morning for the Beors, so at the moment the two were alone.

Na'ir knew from her brother's relaxed tone that nothing was wrong, just that something interesting was happening. She lifted her head and stared around, yawning lightly.

Sweetness. Alright; Me, dark, Aeraldi, draco. You three okay with that?

IC:
Zeke purred as he felt family and friends respond to his Touch. Everyone is coming. he informed his mate, grinning. Our young ones will have quite a welcome party when they hatch. Yes indeed. he prummed happily. He looked up as he heard wingbeats. He hadn't thought anyone was that close yet, except perhaps Na'ir and Sirius. He got to his paws to greet the first arrival, then stopped dead in his tracks. A wide, elated grin lit up his eyes as it spread across his muzzle. A deep chuckle broke upon his ears, just as a faded indigo male padded into view. Are you so surprised I'm here, little fledgling? laughed Zephorion, the amethyst's grandfather. Zeke merely smiled, too happy. He prummed and led the Namer back to the nest. Savania, this is Zephorion, my grandfather. Zephorion, this is my mate, Savania. he murmured. The indigo dipped his head, smiling warmly. Zeke has told me much about you, dear Savania. he rumbled kindly, his blind pale green eyes twinkling merrily.

Johdzsia fluttered her wings excitedly, shuffling impatiently from foot to foot. She craned her neck around, searching for a certain twoleg that she knew very well. She thumped her tail against the ground, a low growl rumbling in her chest. Why was he taking so long? She wanted to follow her connection with him and yank him onto her back this instant. Her brother was calling her, and she wanted to leave now! Something was happening with Zeke, something glorious and beautiful, and she wanted to be there for it before it was too late. She began to pace back and forth, muttering Draconic profanities under her breath, her scales nearly itching with impatience. Finally she stopped and reared up onto her hindquarters, opening her jaws to release a loud roar that was sure to get his attention. Kale! Come on, I wanted to leave an hour ago! she shouted in exasperation, her tone thrumming with irritation. She dropped back to all fours and went back to pacing and mumbling under her breath.

IC: Savania glanced over towards Zephorion and dipped her head kindly, Nice to meet you Zephorion, I've heard so much about you from Zeke.

Flying towards the mountain, Equinox angled towards the bottom of it. Though he and Incendia could have easily flown up to the top, he wanted Incendia to grow some leg strength and climb a mountain would be the best way, though he did fly up most of the way so she couldn't get to tired. At once when they reached the brim he said, calling out with his mind, Zeke, Savania, may we enter?
At once Savania stood up with pleasure and surprise. With a smile she said quickly, Of course you're allowed in. Equinox, Incendia, nice to see you again.
You too Savania, I'm glad to see you're doing well. Walking over to the eggs he gently nudged them. To Zeke he said, Thank you for letting me come in here. How have you been? Looking towards Incendia who glanced at Zeke shyly he said This is my daughter Incendia.

Nice to meet you Zeke. Incendia replied with a shy smile. Glancing over towards Savania she walked towards her aunt who put her wing over her and let her see the eggs. Nosing around them for a moment she went back over by Equinox. When will they hatch? she asked.
Soon hopefully. Savania replied with a smile.

Flying towards the mountain Tvashtar angled towards the entrance. He smiled as he thought of his sister who he hadn't seen for some time. At once he saw two other dragons enter it, a green and a red, he was sure it was Equinox and Incendia. Flying towards the rim he landed and asked if he could come in. When Savania said he could he entered and ran over to embrace his sister.
I'm glad to see you again Savania.
And I you Tvashtar. How have you been? To Zeke and Zephorion she said, This is my brother Tvasthar. Tvashtar, this is my mate Zeke and his grandfather Zephorion
Tvashtar dipped his head slightly and with some nervousness, he wasn't sued to all this company. Glancing over to Equinox and Incendia he said, Nice to see you two again as well. How have you been Equinox.
Good, I'm glad to see you're doing well Tvashtar. he replied.

Phal smiled at her mate, and shifted her gaze back toward her two youngest children. Oh, I can handle quite a bit. It wasn't an especially threatening one, she replied cheerfully. And I hope you have been doing well. I'd like to hear about what you two have been up to later, after we see what's going on, she added with a smile. When they were only a short distance away from their destination, she sensed two more much-loved dragons flying to meet them. The silver turned her head to watch her other two children making their way towards the rest of the family.

Sirius and Na'ir had been traveling for a while, hurrying in their eagerness. The blue was especially excited. Na'ir had always been extremely curious. She had felt the Heart Touch soon after her brother had woken her, and had been almost itching with curiosity since then. When the other four members of their family came into view, she only grew more giddy.

The young white was also very excited to see what was going on, though he did not show it in such an obvious manner. Hello, everyone. Do you know what's--

So what's happening? Why did Zeke call us? Do you know how close we are? Na'ir exclaimed excitedly, promptly cutting Sirius off. However, she was silenced when her parents began the closing descent, and she saw the others who were currently at their destination.

Jia growled but just continued to pace. Finally he arrived. She crouched for him to mount and barely let him have time to strap his legs down. She leapt into the air and beat her wings savagely, pushing herself forward at a speed that quickly encroached upon that of an arrow. I'm sorry I yelled, I just want to be there so bad. How many times in ones life do you get to attend a hatching? she asked, though it was obviously a rhetorical question. She wanted to be there, and knew he did too. It was perhaps forty-five straining minutes later of her going at full capable speed, when she saw her destination. Du Fells Nangoroth rose up from the sands before her. She dove for it happily, landing precariously on a high spire so she was in a sort of lookout position. She gave out an elated bugle. Hello everyone! We finally made it! she chirped. I'd recommend you stay mounted for a while, at least until everything settles down. If you don't want to, I can set you down by the eggs so you can look them over. Zeke knows how you feel about stranger dragons and can keep the majority off of you for the time being until you get used to so many. she offered Ka. She raked her eyes over the group of dragons and recognized only a few; Phal, Aeraldi, the kids, Savania, her brother, Equinox...Who was that indigo that stood by the nest? Slowly, recognition hit her. Grandfather! she crowed. His chuckle was deep and welcoming. Hello estrelinha (little star). he replied heartily, his pale green eyes glittering. She purred happily in her throat.

Zeke prummed warmly. Welcome Equinox, Incendia, Tvashtar. It is my pleasure. he purred. He dipped his head to Incendia. Welcome. he said, smiling. He sat beside his mate and looked around, elated that so many had come. He bugled in welcome to Aeraldi, Phal, and the kids. He vaguely heard Na'ir's question and laughed. Come and see. he invited the young blue, shifting so that from her point of view she could see the collection of four eggs.

Zephorion settled at the edges of the hatching ground to let the others have more space to view the eggs. He felt Phal's mind coming closer and lifted his head. The great Silver Star comes down to celebrate and welcome a beginning. he said, grinning from ear to ear.

Savania smiled and glanced around at all those who came. Normally she didn't like crowds that much, but these were all she knew and loved very well, though a few of the dragons she had only heard of and never seen. She glanced at her eggs rather proudly and moved them a little so they would be in plain view. I'm glad to see all of you? How was your flight? she asked happily.

Equinox walked towards the eggs and observed them. Lowering his head he took a snif and smiled. He lightly embraced Savania who had a sad look on her face, both knew what the other was thinking.
Your mother would be so proud of you Savania.
Dipping her head shyly which was very unlike her Savania replied, Thank you Equinox. I just hope I can live up to her.
I'm sure you will. You a great young dragoness. Savania blushed and looked down at her eggs.
I'm glad to see Incendia's doing well. How are the other two and Elcyon?
They're all fine. Incendia's becoming a handful though. He said affectonitly to his daughter who looked up at him with a smirk.
Turning around Equinox saw Phal, Aeraldi, and their children arrive. Nice to see you all again. he said.

Incendia watched her father for a moment and decided to walk around the cave to the other younger dragons. Heading for them she stopped in front of them and glanced at them and their parents, Hi, I'm Incendia.

Tvashtar nodded to Zeke and glanced over at his sister and her eggs. Like usual she had a proud look on her face. He missed both of his sisters, and was glad to see Savania. It was so strange to see new dragon eggs, he and Savania weren't really even that old, only about a few years. I'm glad you and Savania found each other Zeke. Is she behaving?
Hey! Savania shouted with a laugh I always behave!... sometimes.

Aeraldi landed softly, his claws touching the ground with the smallest amount of sound he could make. His children landing next to him.
We'd be glad to tell you! Polaris said first. But it sure wasn't as exciting as this! Saiph wriggled as close to the eggs as he dared, peering at them with immense curiosity.

OOC: Is that alright if I join? After all, Savania is Elcyon's sister and Equinox is Elcyon's mate.

Elcyon was flying over the Hadarac Desert with her two children Luxir and Railyn. They had just finished scouting the area for any more pesky fire demons when Elcyon spotted a cluster of dragons from below. At first, she couldn't make out who they were, until she spotted two of the dragons with silvery scales. One of them mimicing starlight, the other metal. There were only two dragonesses El knew of who had silver scales.

Greetings to you all! Elcyon made her call loud and clear so that she didn't startle anyone from down below. She made a circle to slow her landing as her two children followed. Luxir, Railyn, I want you to behave. I believe my sister is down there. Her two children nodded as they took their landing a few paces from the group. Whatever was happening was meant to be a celebration of sorts, she concluded. El immediately spotted Equinox and her other daughter and walked over to greet them quickly.

Hello my love, El refered to Equinox and then nuzzled her head against Incindea's. I hope you've been behaving for your father. She looked over and spotted Savania with the male dragon Zeke standing next to her, both looking proud. Greetings, sister, she replied warmly. What's the occassion? I know I haven't been around much, but I'd like to know how you're life has been running? She had a good guess what was going on, but El wanted her sister to share the good news. She turned her head and nodded to her brother Tvashtar quickly so he wasn't offended. Hello, brother, I'm glad to see you again. It's been too long. How have you been?

Railyn followed her mother closely, eager to see what the commotion was below. She hadn't seen this many dragons in her life, and was anxious to know why there was such a large number of them. She spotted her aunt and uncle Tvastar and Savania, and her father Equinox with her sister Incindea. Hi everyone! What the heck's going on? she wondered, looking around curiously. Geez, we've been out of the family loop more than I thought we've been. She whispered to her brother, Do you have any idea what's happening?

Luxir murmured, If I'd have known do you think I would have told you? He ignored Railyn's annoyed glare as he stepped backward, hating the fact there were so many dragons. He prefered a quiet gathering but whatever was happening was obviously special. He looked around, only aware of a few of the dragons, his aunt, uncle, father, sisters, and mother. The others he had never met before. Hello, he said quietly but otherwise remained silent.

Zeke smiled at all that had come, humbled and pleased. He covered Savania with a wing and grinned at Na'ir. Yes we have a few names in mind. he said, glancing at his grandfather briefly. They should hatch soon, especially surrounded by friends as they are, they should feel very safe. he rumbled, gazing at the clutch of four lovingly. He laughed at Tvashtar's teasing. Yes, she's been behaving. he said, chuckling. He purred deep in his chest and nuzzled Savania's shoulder affectionately. He smiled at Phalynx. I'm sure they will be. he agreed. He glanced up, feeling Ka above the eggs on a ledge. It's good to see you and Jia, my friend. Has my sister been staying out of too trouble? he asked the Reaper, grinning widely at Jia when she huffed indignantly.

Jia glanced at her companion once he was on the ledge, anxious to let him be alone. To compensate for the physical space between them she coiled around his mind, gently embracing him mentally and not letting go. I'm right here, dear prince. Where I'll always be. she murmured to him privately, her teal-green eyes glittering warmly. She finally looked away, but still kept her thoughts in touch with Ka. She glowered playfully at her brother and snorted, the tip of her tail twitching. My middle name is trouble. she retorted back, her gold-lined-with-amethyst scales bristling slightly.

Zephorion laughed at Phalynx's exclamation, his pale green eyes bright with happiness. I have no doubt of that, dear Phal. I am honored to meet your children as well, and your mate too. he said, dipping his head toward the five that he had mentioned. He looked up at Zeke, as if remembering something. Ah, I almost forgot to mention. Zephor said he would make an effort to appear as well. He has no idea if he will come in time for the hatching, but he will certainly try. he reported. Even though Zephor had told him to keep it a secret, as a surprise, Zephorion couldn't keep it away from his grandson. And he knew it was worth spilling the surprise when Zeke's face lit up with delight.

Savania smiled with thanks at Phal and looked over as her sister, niece, and nephew flew in. With a happy growl she walked towards them. It's nice to see you again sister. It's been a long time. As for this, Zeke and I have four eggs. As you can probably tell they are close to hatching. She smiled and pointed to the nest. She glanced down at Railyn and Luxir I'm glad to see you two again. she said with a smile. Other than Incendia she hadn't seen her other niece and nephew in some time. She returned to her next and asked, What have you been up to lately Elcyon?
Savania nuzzled Zeke back and smiled at those around them. She felt proud with her eggs soon about to hatch. For once a peaceful time with friends and family. Any hour now I think. She smirked at Tvashtar and said, It runs in the family. You just never got mine or Elcyon's genes for trouble making.
Tvashtar gave a warm growl and laughed.

Equinox nuzzled Elcyoun and said, It's nice to see you again love. It's been lonely without you and the kids. He looked down at his other children and nuzzled them affectionately. He turned back to Savania and Zeke. This reminded him of when his own children hatched. Surrounded by friends and family, all of it so peaceful and filled with excitement.

Incendia turned to her mother and smiled at her and her brother and sister. Of course I behave? When don't I? she said with a happy smirk. She eyed them for a moment and asked, What have you three been up to? She beamed back at the eggs. It felt good to have some cousins to soon play with, especially younger once. She wiggled her shoulders and wondered back over to the nest.

Tvashtar smirked at Savania and dipped his head to Elcyon, It's nice to see you again sister. I haven't been up to much lately, just simply exploring the world and looking for Dusrion. His voice trailed off at mention of their brother. He couldn't and probably wouldn't be here, a traitor to the family. Still, he was their brother and Tvashtar hoped some day he'd join them. He shook his head, now wasn't a time for sad thoughts since new life would soon come into the world.
