Aww... I enjoy tournaments too much to quit. Tournaments and shows. The bad thing is, we have too many low-rank belts, so Darren (our instructor and my step-dad) doesn't have time to teach me what I need to know, and my mum doesn't know it, so she can't teach me...

i ahve my own style called puncho kicko screamo agami kwan do yeah it works the best for me.

although it doesnt help much if you are against someone bigger than you lol. it'll get urself killed. just an opinion.

me and one of my sisters do taekwondo, but we just started, oh say... a month or two ago? so yeah we are still white belts (i mean OBVIOUSLY)... it's pretty fun though i like it. if any of you have any interest in it but haven't started, you should.

im with the ITA = Internationl Taw Kwon Do Alince. and im a blue belt. and tiger team. its soo awesomely fun.

when i was 3. my dad was a black belt so i learned from him. i was so good at it that got my belts like every 10 months lol

When I was taking wado-kai our grandings were 3 times a year. You were required to have participated to 24 lessons and know all the required techniques. At the begining it was slow because I had to pass half a belt at a time. When I turned 13 it began quicker since I could pass a full belt if I was good enough and I was.

I wouldn't want to do martial arts, I used to watch my sister sometimes, and there is too much to remember! I have the worst memory EVER!

heh. it happens to me. when i play the original versions of bach on the piano. i play it, leave forget, come back, and play as if ive never forgot.

lol dont try breaking a board at home with you face or arm like they do it doesnt always work out the way you expected.


my forhead+board= ow...

the boards they have have things down the middle so they break kinda easy. white is the easiest, then orange, then yellow is the hardest. but orange and yellow feel the same to me!!

for my black belet test, i had to do a 5 hit combo, so thats 5 places with boards, and each place had 2 boards, so i had to break 10 boards without breaking a stride. i couldnt feel my arm for days.

im a (sort of) purple belt (5th kyu) in shotokan karate. the gradings are every 3 months but you decide when youre ready to grade. i ve only been going for a year and a half but im 5 belts away from black...
i suppose it sort of helps my great-uncle runs it.

I don't like karte i can beat people up with out going ohhhhhhhhh. lol

I think all that running on walls stuff is cool, but I can do it for a maximum of 4seconds. I learned some awsome athletic training ways and attack moves from the Prince of Persia games.

i also watch jacky chan movies and i played path of neo for the X-BOX.

im lrning from dead or alive 4 on my xbox some moves, and chuck norris taught me round house kicks and i took karate for a year... i never past white, ( i rly rly hurt my teacher once)

if i try any move ill end up knocking out myself...

My daughter did Shokotan for about six months but quit because she didn't like it. Now she has been doing Taekwondo since April. She has been given a leadership scholarship which eventually leads to an instructor status. She's really into it and I've never seen her so comitted to Shokotan as she is to Taekwondo.

i take all different kinds. it is inner-grade martial arts. right now were working in jijutsi(wrong spelling)

i took taekwondo when i was younger and loved it. but my moms ass of a bf wouldn't let us go. she didn't seem to care.
n-e-ways. i'd love to take it again, but i don't know if i can do anything like that now. consideribng may arm.

I, too, take Taekwondo, but its not pure Taekwondo, we have a blend of Filipeno, Brazillian, Chinese, and Japanese arts (Judo, Jujitsu, all that stuff is included). I'm a blue medium belt (which isn't a normal belt, but I got special recognition for amazing grades in school (nerd pwn!)

i used to do karate and tye kwon doe.

My youngest daughter is learning Taekwondo. This Friday she has her mock test for yellow belt. She started this particular branch Mid April and has done a lot. She did orange belt in a mont, she is part of the demo club, and she is in the Black Belt Club in which she is taught sparring and board breaking. I'm very happy she is so into it.

heh, 2 weeks ago i tested for my 1st star in taekwondo(its like 1/4th of a degree), i put a dent in the ceiling breaking my board. lol. otherwise, i was fine, so i got the belt. woot!

i know 3 girls who are KArate national Champions...its wierd knowing them...dont get them pissed..
