All I saw was darkness. "Were am I." I said out loud. There was a flicker of light and I passed out at what I saw. I woke up again. It was dark this time. "I won't give light. "Who are you." I asked. Serias bounded toward a den under the roots of trees, and his sharp eyes saw Erias on the ground and a man. he lunged forward and knocked the man down. He got up and slashed at Serias' eyes with a sword.

The rider got up. "darn little dark-" he fell forward and Serias stood over him. "u should not have let ur guard down, Eragon, dark elves cant be knocked out." Erias could see Serias with blood all over his face.

when i arrived i saw Eragon, searis with blood on his face, and a passed out Earis "what in the name of..."

I woke up. "Wait." I said. I then ran back to Eragon. I healed him...

"you just attacked a rider" i said "why did you do that he could help"

"he is not the person u think he is. he killed so many dark elves. heal him and leave." Serias now had 2 scars running verticals down both eyes."i can only see heat now..."

I glared at Serais. "He saved me before you did." I helped Eragon up...

In the misdt of the battle Erais walked away leaving them behind. She climbed a tree and started to cry. Her pendant started to glow. Then there was a woosh of wings and a eagle sat by her. There was something weird about it...

I walked over to the shade,I took out the dagger and took him behind a tree.

After five minutes I came back around and said"the shade told me that galbatorix is looking for me. Also that my father is dead."

it wasent till dawn that I got back.I slowly walked into camp cluching my arm. It was cut from the shoulder down to my wrist.I sat down and staired at fire.

"if we keep spliting up like this,"sighed Serias. "we might never come back together. u peopleare vurnable without me."

I woke up when I heard someone come in to camp, it was Sithira. I saw that she was wounded so i got up and sat by her "Do you need help with that?" i asked .....

Erais started to run. It had taken her 2 1/2 days to reach her detination. A tall elf walked out. "I am here. What do you need?" Erais asked. "I need to pass on my training to you. I will die soon." So Erias and the elf started.

A week later, there was a flash of fire. Serias and the group stood up. On a log sat a phienox. The color of a burning fire. It looked at Serias and was gone. Then there was a rushing in the trees. They turned around. When they truned back Erias was standing exactly were the phienox was...

"who taught u?"asked Serias angerly.

"Where have you been?" I asked her

'Not now Serias. They can't know. You already know who it is.' She mentaly said. "Everbody came over to know what happened except for Serais. "I can't tell you." Was the only reply they could get out of her.

I was staring into the woods i heard somthing calling me.It was coming from behind a tree."All of you stay here" I walked into the woods and behind the tree.It was another shade.

Erais put her dagger up to the shade. "I knew we couldn't trust you." She said. Then the shade was dead on the ground. Erais said something. Then Sithira was transproted 100 leagues away.

I was mad but I knew that I had to get bake to them. I cursed to my self and started to run back. " I have to get there be for they do they dont know what is goming" I said to my self. Running as fast as i could.

Serias was walking around with his hood up. there was a loud crash at the inn, and a shade and 5 urgals came out. Serias grinned. "more fun for me," and dashed at the party.

"Well since everybodys gone what should I do." Erais said sarcasticly to herself. She to took off only in her true form as a Phienox.
