Skills:
1) Seals: Ka can control the 6 Reapric Seals of Heaven, Earth, Hell, Void, Reapric, and Chaos. This is not magic as it does not require any words from the Ancient Language, but it does require a knowledge of Reapric Runes and their meanings. Although like magic in the sense that use of the seals is very taxing on the body. Heaven Seals are used mostly for purification and healing and manipulation of Heavenly Elements (Air, lightning, light). Earth Seals are used more for building or shielding or manipulation of Earth Elements (metal, rock, dirt, water). Hell Seals are used more for fire based destruction and manipulation of Fire Element. Void Seals are more used for reincarnation of spirits or reanimation of dead bodies, like zombies; the Void seal has many other uses and is like the "other" catagory. Reaper Seals are used for communication over long distances and summoning his weapons. Chaos Seals are the most dangerous seal Ka could use, so dangerous that they were banned from use in his home land. The only ones allowed to use them were the King and Queen, and even then only in dire emergencies. The reason they are so dangerous is because they can do everything the other seals can, except with more power but with equal strain on the body. (If a Hell Seal had a power of 50 with 5 rings, a Chaos Seal would have 100 with 5 rings.) The down side to useing them is that they are unpredictable. You may tell it to light a small camp fire, but instead it wanted to light the forest around you on fire, or light a small fire on your head, or not even light a fire but summon a dead soul; this is why they are called Chaos Seals, there is no predicting what they will do. Although these are not what they are solely bound to do, it is what they are best at. Seals can also be placed on things to enhance that items ability (Hell Seal is put on a sword, that sword with burst into flame) Also, sometimes he may say an incantation for a Seal which increases it's power, however while he is saying the incantation he is very vulnerable to attack.

2) Instant Transmission/Teleportation: This is used to get away very quickly. As the name suggests it will take Ka from one place to another in the blink of an eye, but the farther away, the more energy he must use.

3) True Form: This skill allows Ka to unleash his true potential. An example, normally he would only be able to use one Seal at a time, but in this state he can use all 5 without becoming drained. The draw back is that he will have to rest for twice as long as he keeps the form. (2 days in form = 4 days rest)

4) Devil's Messenger: This is another Form Ka can enter, but only when he is under severe mental or emotional duress. When in this form, he will change. His eyes will become yellow and glow and all of his defining features, cloths, and such will become a flickering shadow. He will have no voice, but those around him will know what he wants them to know. While in this state, he looses the ability to use normal Seals, but gains the ability to use Shadow Seals. They are like combining all of the normal seals into 1, and can only be used in Devil's Messenger Form. Also, while in this form, he can create weapons out of the shadows that make up his body, and all physical attacks will pass threw him. There may be more powers that he can access; the full extent of this form is not known, as few Reapers have ever entered it's state have been sane.

Character Personality: Ka is a friendly person, to those he knows. To others he would slit your throat as soon as talk to you. This doesn't mean he wants to, but it wouldn't bother him to do so. It's not hard to get to know him, as he is pleasant to strangers, he just doesn't like them all that much. He doesn't like to be in large crowds, and would rather be off by himself or watching from the distance. He dislikes fighting, he prefers the silent approach or avoiding conflict all together, although he won't run away from a fight unless it is obvious he will loose. If he has his mind set on something, it is difficult to waiver him from it without using force. He also cherishes friends like the rarest of gems, and will do anything for them, including lay down his own life. He has a basic knowledge of the Ancient Language, although nothing significant, and his knowledge of dragons is pretty basic: they taste good with a bit of seasoning, and stay away if you value your life, however his knowledge of the other races of Alagesia are lacking extremely. He has tried to avoid Dragons, Riders, Elves, and just about every other living thing in Alagesia for fear of his life, as it seems to be the only thing he has left.

Character History: Ka comes from a land beyond Surda. He can't remember it's name, much less what village or city specifically. He has been in Alagesia for 10 human years (278 Reaper years) so he doesn't remember much of his past. His time in Alagesia has been stressful from it's beginning. As soon as his he, his parents, and his brother arrived here they were attacked by slavers, Ra'zak, Emperial and Varden forces, and a myriad of other things. The only things that didn't attack them were the Riders or their Dragons, but he has grown to dislike (not hate) most things that live in Alagesia. His parents died in Alagesia after numerous attacks, they were eventually over whelmed. Rathon was taken by slavers, so Ka doesn't know if he alive or dead. Ka only managed to stay alive because his parents and older brother protected him. He has wandered from city to city since his parents death when he was 10, so he has been alone for 6 years. He has stayed alive this long thanks to quick action on his part and his knowledge of Seals. No one knows where exactly the Reapers come from, or where they get their power. In truth, the only thing anyone knows about them is that they pre-date the creation of Alagesia by a few centuries, and the Karite family are the first Reapers to step foot into Alagesia to date. The Reapers are a peaceful people, peaceful but very strong. In every war recorded in their records, they have either won or come to a stalemate, until Gres Dorndo took the throne from Kale's father, Kane, in a massive civil war. This is the reason the Karites fled to Alagesia, hoping to find freedom. Obviously, they did not. The fact that Kane was a King and Reana his Queen, makes both Rathon and Kale Princeses, although his Rathon gone, Kale is the one who rightfully should take the throne, but it is doubtful he will ever go back to his home land.

Weapons:
Scythe: A head taller than Ka, it is a straight staff with a curved blade at the end. The staff has various runes and seals on it, each with a different meaning unknown to Ka. The the scythe grows with Ka so it is always a head taller.

Straight Blade Katana: Ka's sword is similar to a katana or samurai sword. The only difference is that rather than having a slight curve to the blade, it is straight like a long sword. The blade is roughly 3 feet in length and has hand-and-a-half hilt so that he can switch between one or two handed strikes. The hilt is stained red with a black leather wrap and an onyx gem stone on the pommel. The cross guard is a even-legged cross, or plus sign, and each leg measures around 4 inches in length and comes to a rounded point. The blade is a dark gray, and has a jagged spike design on the bladed edge. Also along the blade are seals and runes, some of which Ka knows to mean "protection", "forever edge", and "break not", the others he has no knowledge of.

Throwing Knives: small knives that line the inside of his cloak. About 6 inches long and extremely well balanced, they are perfect for silent kills at a medium distance.

Likes: - Being alone or at distances with other intellectual beings. The dark. Eating. Sleeping. Combining different Runes and Seals for different effects.

Dislikes: - Large groups of people, bright lights, being hungry, being woken up unexpectedly.

Weakness / Fear: - He is afraid of being captured by any of the major powers in Alagesia and he is afraid of never seeing his brother again. His one major weakness is being bound, if he is bound by magic, rope, or even someone just holding onto him, he will go berserk for a for second and then his mind will go blank and all the fight will leave him.

Animal Companions: - None.

Character's Physical Description: Ka is about 5 foot 9 inches tall and has jet black hair that is kept in a messy, spiky cut. His eyes are deep red and have typically have a cold look to them. He has a single scar that runs down the side of his face, he doesn't know how he got it but it tingles when someone gets close to him. His arms are clean, except for a few small scars from long healed scrapes. On his back is his family crest seal. Inside the seal, on one of the many rings, is his true name in Reapric, the crest seal is made of a 7 pointed star with the name of an immediate family member on each tip. Ka is at the top, his brother to the left, an unknown to the right, mother and father below then and aunt and uncle below that. Names of people whom he has never met will not make sense to him. It is nearly the same color as his skin so it is hard to see. He typically wears a black hooded traveling cloak, brown sleeveless shirt, black pants and black leather boots. He keeps his sword on him at all times, strapped to his left side and under his cloak. He also wears black fingerless gloves. Around his neck, on a silver chain, is a silver, 8 pointed star known as a Chaos Star and in the middle of the star is a pure white diamond, it is the only thing of real value he owns. It was given to him by his brother on his birthday before he was taken. He walks with a long, fast stride, as if he is trying to get where he is going quickly, but without looking to be in a rush.

Dreams for the Future: - To live, rather than just survive. And to have a family of his own.

Reason for Dreams: - He has been surviving for a very long time, he wants to be able to live. He has been without any sort of friend or family for a long time, and misses the feeling of belonging to one.
