Skills: Wings: Eliora has only had them for a year, so they've just gotten big enough, and strong enough to support her weight for five minutes. She still training them, and doing her best to strengthen them. If she got in a fight, and needed to run, Eliora would be able to fly one mile before they gave out.
Scythe: Eliora just began training with the scythe because it's the weapon Melantha uses. Eliora had to make one by herself, but doing so allowed her to get to know the feel of her weapon, and to make one that suited her needs personally. Eliora still isn't good with the scythe, but she's a quick learner, and she may become a master with it as I RP with her.

Race: - Half Elf-Angel, half Elf - explained at bottom of application

Home Village: - Outpost on the edge of Du Weldenvarden

Parents: - Adoptive mother: Lucienne (died) Birth parents (Eliora doesn't even know their names yet): Cirana - a third generation Elf-Angel (killed by elves), and Raiden (former Angel-Elf, became complete elf. Died fighting Galbatorix)

Siblings: - Adopted sister: Calantha (unknown to Eliora, Melantha is her half sister, and also unknown to her, Mel used to be her adopted sister.)

Character Personality: Sweet, and trusting. Eliora hates to think bad of anyone, even those who are her enemies, and have hurt her at one time or another. Eliora is always smiling, and always having fun. She doesn't really want to grow up, and holds onto her childhood habits, hoping never to lose them. One of Eliora's childhood habits is her mischievous nature. She's always sticking her nose in other peoples' business wanting to know what they're doing, and to lend a helping hand. Eliora loves being around people - especially Melantha. Eliora loves to cook, and clean, and is quite good at both. Eliora loves bringing random people home to have dinner with her, especially when Melantha is away. Eliora is always innocent in a childish way, and even makes everyone like her, -no matter who, or what they are. Eliora accepts everyone she meets as a friend unless Melantha prohibits it. Eliora enjoys going out of her way to help others - even animals. Eliora loves to learn, and is very diligent with anything Melantha tells her to do. Eliora often takes initiative, and does whatever needs doing before others notice that it needs doing.

Character History: Eliora remembers little of her early childhood, as Lucienne put a magic barrier over the first year of Eliora's life to protect her from it. The magic barrier caused Eliora to have bad memory until the age of six, so she chose to remember that as the real beginning of her life. Eliora worked hard, and was good at everything she did. She looked up to her sister, Calantha, and did her best to be like her. For some reason the elves couldn't seem to accept Eliora, and so the only ones she felt loved by were her adoptive mother: Lucienne, and sister, Calantha. when Eliora turned eight Lucienne died. How nobody knew, but it seemed to be from some infection she had gotten around the time she had given birth to Calantha. Eliora grieved the death of the only mother she had ever known. Calantha seemed to be the only one to care about her anymore. One day after Eliora's tenth birthday, Calantha left to search for her best friend from her childhood, promising to one day return. After that things seemed to be okay, that is until Eliora's eleventh birthday. The elves began to treat her more like a servant, than a member of the outpost group. Eventually she felt she was being treated like a slave, and wished that all the elves there were dead. Unknown to Eliora, a silent listener heard her wish, and that night as Eliora slept, the entirety of the elves there were slaughtered.

Eliora walked outside her home the next morning, and looked around in shock. "What happened?" she said, half dazed... a dark winged person looked at her. "You wished that they would die, and I, an angel of death answered your request." the death-angel said. Eliora looked at her in awe. "Just because I wished for this?" she asked. The death-angel smiled at her. "That is not the only reason." she said, "The other reason is because you are an angel, but these elves tried to destroy the evidence a long time ago." Eliora was gaping now as she asked in disbelief, "I'm an angel?"The death-angel nodded. "If you want to be an angel, just say you wish to be one forever." she told Eliora. An angel... Eliora felt like trusting the death-angel, and she thought she wouldn't mind being an angel. "I...I Want to be an angel... Forever!" Eliora said. The death angel smiled, a smile that didn't reach her eyes. Eliora gasped in surprise as she felt wings start to grow, and feathers right above her ears. "I'm an angel..." she gasped. The death-angel smiled again. "Yes. You are." she said... Victoriously.

Melantha took Eliora from that place, and began training her. Eliora became determined to learn everything that Melantha had to teach her, no matter how long it took.

Dislikes: - Anyone, or anything that makes Melantha unhappy, or angry.

Weakness / Fear: - She is still a student, and knows very little in the way of fighting, or self-defense. She's afraid of not being good enough to learn from Melantha.

Animal Companions: - None

Character's Physical Description: Eliora is a little over five feet tall, and still growing. Her hair is shoulder length, and silky to touch. Her eyes are almond shaped, and always hold a look of pure, childish innocence. Eliora's pupils are elongated like a goat's (from side to side). Eliora has three feathers over each ear, and she wears white feather earrings. Eliora is left handed, although she is well balanced thanks to Melantha's training. Eliora wears a long white, or off-white sleeveless tunic that goes to her knees, and light brown tight leggings. Eliora wears elf-made boots that are also light brown.

Dreams for the Future: - To become the best Elf-Angel there is.

Reason for Dreams: - She thinks of Melantha as a death angel who destroys all those who make Eliora unhappy. Eliora believes she was chosen to either be a death angel, or a healing angel, and she looks up to her teacher.

Angel~Earth-dweller, and Earth-dweller~Angels

(Earth-dweller being non-angelic or non-demonic creatures)
An Angel-elf is not half angel, but an angel that has been given elf like qualities, without losing any angel qualities. Earth-dweller~Angels, are whatever race they started out as that have been given angel qualities, but they're nowhere near as strong as an Angel~Earth-dweller. Their wings start out white, but the darker the heart, the darker the wings. If the heart reaches True Black, then the Angel~Earth-bound, or Earth-bound~Angel becomes a fallen angel, or demon, and there is no return to the world of light for them. There are three shades of black the heart can go through. The first can be returned from, the second can be, but it's very hard to return from it, and the third is True Black. Angel~Earth-dweller types have to bond someone by the age of 25, (or 25 years as an angel-insert race) or they either die, or become complete insert race. The bond is much like a dragon and rider bond, although the Angel~Earth-dweller generally has more of a servant attitude. Earth-dweller~Angels don't need a bond until 50 years after taking on angel qualities, and half Earth-dweller~Angels, half Earth-dweller don't need any bond. Angels who have been given earth-dweller qualities are not allowed to have children, as having this kind of child would destroy the mother at child birth - the forbidden child taking the mother's power, and adding the power to it's own.
