She can 'speak' with almost any animal as long as it is advanced enough. She has an especially strong connection with horses and can communicate with them best. Magic and combat skills Neela is a skillful magician and is on par with all but the magicians older and/or more natually gifted than her. She favors fire and water out of all the elements and uses them often. Neela was trained from childhood in hand to hand combat and swordsmanship. She is very fast and nimble, and can use almost any weapon at her disposal.Though not as strong as other elves, she is still lethal.

Character Personality: Neela is very reserved when it comes to herself and her past. She enjoys meeting new people and making friends but she does not trust easily. She almost sees trusting as a weakness and tries to avoid it though she often fails due to her tendancy to find people and enoy being with them. Although quiet about her past she is not quiet when it comes to other things and can be quite the smart alec when annoyed or just seeking amusment. She is not easily angered and when she is she doesn't often show it. It's rare for her to completely lose her temper but when she loses it...she really loses it. She enjoys having fun and sometimes is reckless just because she's bored. She is not offended easily and loves bantering with people, whether it's for fun, serious, or just plain pointless. When people bring up uncomfortable topics for her she either remains silent or tries to divert the conversation to another topic. If you speak directly to her and she doesn't answer she's either lost in thought or she just chose not to answer. When she's quiet she's usually listening to whatever is happening around her whether or not it seems like she is.She's a very restless person and doesn't like to stay in one place for too long.

Character history: Neela grew up on the ouskirts of Nadindel in Du Weldenvarden. Her father taught her how to handle a sword, knife, bow and arrow, and how to fight in hand to hand combat. Her mother taught her the healing arts and how to properly wield magic. She and her older brother Alutious were very close and trained together with their parents often. When she was 16, Neela's parents and brother were killed in an Urgal ambush on the edges of the forest. Neela's father told her to run and hide when the Urgals attacked and she did so, but she watched her family be slaughtered and has never forgiven herself for hiding. After her family was killed she moved from place to place, learning about magic and combat from accomplishedelves who agreed to teach her. For a very long time she enjoyed the company of trees and animals to people and felt at home in the middle of the forest, where no one else was around. Eventually she began to miss the comapny of others and moved to Silthrim for a while. She soon gre bored and, began to move from city to city, looking for ways she could find a way to help keep peace. Now Neela usually finds herself on the outskirt of towns searching for something interesting to do. If nothing presents itself she will go into the town or village and find something interesting to occupy herself. Neela often will roam the forest if she can't find anything to do.

Weapons: Neela is most comfortable with hjer long, thin but very strong blade she calls Adurna because of the long turquoise strip the runs the length of the blade. The handle is simple silver and is made for one hand but can be held by two. Neela also carries a curved dagger with a a single perfect sapphire on the hilt. She keeps it mostly as a backup but she can through it well. She also usually carries a light bow she sang from a willow tree and a small quiver full of arrows. She only uses them when necessary as they are not her choice weapon.

Likes: Neela likes adventure and having fun. She also likes solituded and silence on occasions.

Dislikes: She dislikes feeling caged and helpless. She hates it when anyone gets the better of her.

Animal companions: A black stallion who has an Arabian like appearance though much larger

Characters physical description: Neela is tall and slender with long graceful limbs. She has the basic appeance and build of an elf in most ways. She has long wavy, midnight black hair that she keeps tied back when she's fighting or working. She has piercing, icy blue eyes that can be as fluid and inviting as water or as hard as ice depending on her mood. Someone inexperoenced looking at her would not expect her to be a fighter.
