Ahh- I know it's off topic but it depends. For one of my friends, having braces was agony. For me, it hurt quite a lot. For another friend it didn't hurt at all. It's just basically how much you think it's going to hurt that actually makes it hurt. Or it could just be that lump of metal sticking in you cheek lol Seriously, don't worry about it. Now mine only hurt when they're tightened. Now- on topic.
