Blizzards

School got cancelled and you could only go home if you had a ride. I finally got a ride with a friend and was dropped off at a friend's house. Later we left and tried to make it to another friends house a block away. That would have been a normal 5 min walk, but it took us 20 minutes to get there. We were running and taking covering behind cars and houses and twice took the offer of entering someone's house. My eyelashes froze so I had to keep them open so they didn't freeze over. School got cancelled for today too. It was really bad. Gender: Girl Affiliation: SF Rebels Dragon: Imnaha	Here in the Chicago area we are expecting a blizzard coming down from Canada on Sunday evening, Monday morning. I have no class on Monday because it's a holiday and I am not scheduled to work, so I'll be able to keep comfy and have a PJ day!!! Yey!!! I do, however, feel cheated from my White Christmas, though. We had absolutely NO SNOW during the holidays!!! _________________ ~.~.~.~.~.~

We got REALLY bad snow storms (Like 2 ft of snow) once a week for 3 weeks!! We were stuck in my house, there was no way to get out. Then when it was FINALLY over, we got our driveway plowed (we live in the country) and the next day the wind blew it shut again!!!!! My dad had to walk up our driveway (1/4 mile) to go to work. He is a State Trooper and they had ALOT of wrecks because we got ANOTHER snow storm. let me tell ya, it was not fun! Oh yeah! We also ran out of water, so we had to melt snow for dishes and drinking water for a week!!! _________________ Before you talk, listen. Before you react, think. Before you spend, earn. We had a blizzard over the week-end.
