 bit - jpg helpwhen u scan a pic. and it puts it into bitmap image how do u covert it to jpg file????
. . .  this question was for my friend. i didn't know off the top of my head.

I don't think size is matter.. I have a 3400 x 5000 pixels BMP drawing around 16 MB and I still can convert it using paint..

it was HUGE!! it was 17000 pixals by 22000 pixals

Some applications can't load a file that exceeds 100 MB. From your experience, maybe Paint is one of those.
