I think that was the original meaning, but it's kinda been altered somewhat.. it depends on where you live I guess... Not to be stereotypical, but I'd say preppy would probably refer to people who shop at Hollister, constantly go to Starbucks, etc, etc... Once again, I'm not trying to be stereotypical, that's just what I gather on the meaning.

Mushy crap. I'd say it's when you may feel for this person, you may be in a state of love, but you can't talk to this person about what you need to talk about whenever. So, it is most loves, I'd say. Walks on the beach don't have to be mushy, they can be. Same with going to the movies, going out to eat, etc. It's gotta be special and you've gotta know it's special. Mushiness is pecks on the lips while looking away, holding hands without paying attention, blah blah. It's seriously everywhere. I just don't like it. Re: Do you have a BF or GF? @ GA...i only agree partially with you. Yes i can hurt u and tear u apart. but i think it all depends on who you've fallen in love with and what the relationship is like. For me..i fell in love with i guy after promising myself to never fall for anyone again. He had the same idea. So how did we fall for each other? the thing is...eveyone has different definitions and descriptions as to what love is. I was hurt in so many ways..and yet here i am. through all the pain and heartache of my first" love" and i was completely wrong. i always wonder though that if i wouldnt have went thourgh what i did, would i have met my current Bf? probably not. So was it worth it? I dont know. but love should always start as a friendship and it takes time. and now that ive found this amazing guy..i know what it feels like to be truly loved. and ull know when that happens. at least i did lol (=
and i dont think love is boring at all |

Yesterday me and him got to hang out and i think i like having a bf. like ive been hurt too much and i never think people should get hurt like that. And after that i didnt want to date anymore and i think dating can be so dumb sometimes but i gave it a chance and im really happy with what i have now.
