 Halo the MovieOkay Y'all it is still in the early steps of being made but I can't wait.
Okay I got this off of http://www.halothemovie.org/ Halo Movie picked up by FOX June 23, 2007 FOX has recently acquired licensing rights for the Halo movie. A big, big step towards finally getting the movie going. Peter Jackson has also continued his backing of Neill Blomkamp as the director saying: "We wouldn't want to do it with anyone else. It's Neill's call." Well it looks like finally things are moving in the right direction. Summer 2009. Only 2 more years, maybe:) ----------------- As far as I can tell Halo the Movie is still being made. Please post any info you can get your hands on and you opinoin. Re: Halo the Movie That would be cool if they did a movie about it. Its a pretty sweet game (even though I always get my butt kid by the neighbor simple kid!) I like watching the Red Vs. Blue pods, but I hope in the movie there isnt as much swearing as R vs. B. The whole thing is @#$% every three seconds.

Re: Halo the Movie I actually really hope they do make the movie. But I don't want it based on the time of the games. If they made the movie at the time the books were going in then it would be awesome. But then again watching the master chief do some wicked cool stunts on the screen in the areas where you were playing would be like "Oh my god!! I played that level so many times and he just went and did it!"

They halted production until after the release of Halo 3, so the release year has been slotted for 2009. Peter Jackson is not directing it, he's producing it. Re: Halo the Movie I have heard about them making a Halo movie, no telling if it will be really great though. In movies they can change so many things and make it disappointing. Just hope that they don't.
