Paraphrasing Saphira, the future is nothing but an abstract concept held within our heads. And the "present" is always in the past. Say you look at your computer, as you no doubt are at this moment. The light from these words travels at said speeds towards your eyes and it takes but a tiny fraction of a second. When you touch something it takes time for the nerve impulses to travel to your brain. The same with sound waves, taste, and smell. It's 52 and cloudy here, which is the norm through all fall and winter. (it gets a bit colder in winter though) It rains a lot here in the fall.
