IC: Crimson struck Zeei with his sword, putting a wound into her side, but before he killed her he released the magic and stared down at her, "You see mutant. That is why you get for challenging me. You are no elf, but mere half breed. Beings like you are so expendable. I think I will just take over your mind." he said with a dark laugh.

Equinox do you have the slightest idea where you are flying to? demanded Quasar. They, with Eris and Throat Ripper had been flying through the spine for several days.
Of course I know where I'm going Quasar... I think I went in the wrong direction though. Equinox replied. He lowered his head and looked around as Quasar shook her head at him. Still, at least flying through the spine was better than just sitting around.
Equinox do you even have an idea of where you're going!
Not... not really. he replied.
Quasar was about to make a retort at him when Eris shouted, "Both of you shut up and look! There's a castle in the distance!" he shouted at them.
He was right, in the far distance as the two dragons went lower was the hazy outline of a castle.
"I wonder's what's over there. Quasar, Equinox if you wouldn't mind could you go there?" said Throat Ripper.
Yeah, see Quasar I told you I knew where I was going.
Quasar growled at Equinox and the two went towards the castle.

OOC: Thanks guys, here comes a very angry cannibalistic, 7000+ year old dragon! why am I the only one clapping...


IC:
Nidhog had been sleeping; it was a wonderful sleep that had kept him in an old castle in the spine for three weeks. He didn't care, or even try to get up. The sleep was just so great. The he heard them. It sounded like two beings talking but they kept talking, then he heard the sound of wings...dragon wings. He got up, very angry at the fact that he had been woken from his sleep and at the fact that there was a meal right outside the castle. He stood up and let out a huge roar. He walked out of the broken doors of the castle and went into the air saying, Who dares wake me! He flew toward two small two-legged creatures; intent on making them his snack before he set off after the dragon he had heard. As he was landing, he said to the two creatures, I am Nidhog, and both of you are my next meal! He his the ground beside an odd looking creature and knocked both of them down from the impact of his immense weight hitting the earth.

OOC: Oh don't worry, Voenth, I have dragon eating creatures in the book I'm writing, so don't worry, I too clap at that

IC: Crimson felt as her claws went into his cheek. He turned around to face her, but was knocked down by Nidhog's great weight. He looked up at the great black dragon and rose up. He laughed at him, though not in fear, "I do not fear you dragon. I have fought a dragon even larger and more powerful that you. But, if it is dragon meat you wish... my own dragon is coming this way." Crimson said pointing up as Equinox and Quasar started to descend onto them.
He hoped, if possible, to get Nidhog on his side. He would need all the help he could get to conquer the Empire, elves, dwarves, and Varden.

Equinox and Quasar both paused as they saw Nidhog. Though they have seen two dragons larger than him, both were frightened at his sight. Then on the ground they noticed a sight. Two people, one they recognized, and one they didn't.
"One of them is injured. And the other is Crimson. You two fly down we have to help the injured person. And don't worry about Crimson, hopefully that large black dragon will kill him." said Eris.
Are you crazy! Look at the sight of that! said Equinox.
Do it you fool. Land! ordered Quasar. Though he didn't want to, after all Nidhog was about twice Quasar's size and Quasar was larger than Equinox.
They landed, and Eris and Throat Ripper jumped off Quasar.
"Ah look, four more fools enter my domain. It's about time, I've been wanted to kill you for awhile." said Crimson.
Eris and Throat Ripper looked over at Zeei. Both were shocked that she had fox ears and a wolf's tail, but they didn't worry about it.
"She's injured. Should we take her?" asked Throat Ripper.
"Well, seeing how we have the devil's servant and a large black dragon to deal with. Trying to escape would be a problem." said Eris.
Crimson laughed, "You are all so ignorant. I know longer serve Galbatorix."

Throat Ripper saw the flame go towards him, he tried to shield himself, but he felt Quasar grab him. Quasar was injured, but not fatally. She managed to protect Throat Ripper.
Stay back Throat Ripper. Go help Eris with Crimson. she ordered. She turned back towards Nidhog, No body pins down Equinox but me! she roared. He blasted a large plume of fire at Nidhog's face.

Eris countered a slash from Crimson. Crimson laughed, he was only playing with Eris. He did a complex move, and knocked Eris' sword out of his hand. Eris rolled under a slice and grabbed his sword and blocked Crimson's which was inches from his scalp.
"Crimson! What are you plans here!" Eris demanded.
"Why would I tell you fool. But as of now... your death." he said.
They clashed swords again, and Eris nicked Crimson's arm, but he put a slash across Eris' chest.

Equinox was under Nidhog pinned to the ground. He bit into his foot and started to rip at it. Now I won't be the only one with a mutilated foot! Equinox said determined to tear deep into Nidhog's foot.

OOC: May I join? *cowers*

Quasar stood up, injured, We have to get out of here. she said. He looked down at Zeei. Get on me. It's too dangerous here. We should leave. she said. She picked up Throat Ripper in her jaws and threw him onto his back.
Eris! Get away from Crimson and we need to leave!
Though as Eris turned to go towards Quasar, he felt something slice through his back. Crimson had slashed a deep wound into him. Quasar roared and dove at Crimson, she picked up Eris in her claws and roared at Crimson. Now she had to help Equinox. With Eris, Zeei, and Throat Ripper injured, and Equinox in a bad position, it was her left.

Edit: Yeah you can.

OOC: Why thank you, but I shall join later. For now I wait to get a new charry accepted. I'll bring him in.

OOC: Wow, that is cold! Gornath would kill her if he weren't bleeding to death.

Quasar looked down at the wounded white dragon. He was smaller than her, but still, having to carry him, Equinox, Eris, Throat Ripper, and possible Zeei, there was know way that would work.
Stay still. I'll do my best to heal you. she said, she looked at Eris, he groaned and stood up.
"I'll help if I can. Throat Ripper's is only knocked out." said Eris. He and Quasar started to heal the white dragon, and Equinox aswell.
"Are you hurt?" Eris asked Zeei.

Crimson watched as they all went into a group. Hidhog was injured, but Crimson only laughed, Nidhog, I'll help you only if you swear to not foil my plans. he said.

OOC: Small?? Gornath is over 300 years old. no need to edit, just letting you know he is a large dragon. BTW, how old are your two dragons, I would look it up, but I'm too lazy...

IC:
I need no help, and will not swear assistance to anyone. Said Nidhog as he regained his sight. He flew after the white dragon, who again shined its white light and practically blinded Nidhog. He flew back, blasting the group with fire and saying, You cowardly dragon, come face me! Quit hiding behind that white light of yours! He continued to blast the entire group with fire.

I am no coward, I am Gornath, dragon of Anthor, lord of the skies! Roared Gornath at the black dragon. He, having had his leg healed stood up and shined his light even more brightly, in an attempt to drive the black dragon away, but unluckily the black dragon had learned Gornath's trick. He stayed just far enough that the light didn't blind him. Gornath then unleashed a powerful white flame that burned through the blakc dragon's huge scales. Gornath looked at the rest of the group and said, White fire, common only to my clan of dragons, nice isn't it?

OOC: Yeah, but Quasar's over 600 years old. Or 700 I'll check which one. Equinox is around 150.

OOC: Ok, just making sure you knew, lolz, Nidhog dwarf us all! *runs away*

"Because your injured, and I thought that you might want help, but I see that I was wrong." Eris replied rather shortly. Eris, there is no need to be rude. Let her do as she wishes. Quasar replied flicking Eris with the rip of her tounge.
They watched her as she went to get some water, than they, Equinox, and Throat Ripper turned to Crimson. He wasn't attacking them, which for them, was a very odd experience.


Yes, I've never seen white fire before. Do you and Nidhog know eachother? asked Equinox to Gornath. He then looked at the elf as she went to a nearby brook. He made sure that Crimson wouldn't attack her while her back was turned to them.

"I do not care. As long as you do not trouble my plans at destroying the empire and Varden." said Crimson.

OOC: Lolz, its fine Silv.

IC:
I do not personally know him, but have heard of him. He is called the demonic cannibal of the North. He came down here looking for fresher food, he killed practicaly everything in the land he first came from. It is farther north than the land I originally came from. Said Gornath as he readied himself to flee from the huge dragon and prepaired to fight the eld creature. He though to himself, There is treachery in that one. He launched himself into the air, his huge, powerful wings creating a small wind. He said, Come, we must gather help to despense of this beast!

I can promise nothing, should I decide to turn on you I will do so, but at the moment I am somewat preoccupied by this feast in front of me. He dove at the white dragon who nimbly dodged him and flew higher into the air.

Hopefully they do not ally with eachother. Crimson's bad enough without a cannible dragon. Yes, if you meant Crimson... he is my evil rider. He's been hunting me for as long as I can remember. said Equinox. He went over towards Zeei who was near the water. Are you coming with us? You are injured, you won't be able to take those two by yourself. So come with us. he said.

Throat Ripper mounted Quasar, but Eris looked over at Equinox and Zeei, "Is she coming?" he asked.
I'm not sure Eris. I have the feeling she wants to stay here, but its not safe.
Eris went closer to Zeei and said, "You should come, if you don't want to come with us, at least get away from Crimson and Nidhog." said Eris.

"Fine, I will not disturb you, as long as you do not interfere with my plans. Now, chase your meal, I must come up with my invasion plans." said Crimson.

OOC: And now here comes Radwerth.

"Blasted forest, always trying to tear your clothes!" Birds took to the air, startled by the loud call. An old man hobbled through the trees grumbling as he went. "Travel, travel, travel. That is all I do now a days!" A fierce frown was plastered on his face. He exhaled loudly. Forest annimals scattered, frightened by the strange intruder. "Being a wizard can be bothersome!" He bellowed. His long beared bounced up and down as he uttered the words. "Always being followed by some frightened bunny!" A white head appeared from behind a tree, its long ears sticking strait up. It took a couple steps forward only to be confronted by the grumpy wizard. "SCAT! BE OFF WITH YOU, YOU SLIMY SICK EXCUSE FOR AN ANIMAL!" The bunny retreated, but did not leave all together. The wizard continued to grumble about the inconveniance about having a rabbit constanly following you. Suddenly, he grew very quiet. He listened, straning his ears for any sound. "Battle going on most likely. Better see what is happening!" With that he continued his shuffling walk, but this time, he was silent.

OOC: Don't let them find my little guy yet.

Do you dare attempt to tell me what to do? Asked Nidhog as he attampted to dive at the small group of dragons, but was repulsed by the shining light of the white dragon, Gornath.

We must get out of here! I cannot hold this forever, it has a limit! Roared Gornath as he flew in between Nidhog and the copper dragon.

OOC: Sorry, Pass, and sorry for the wait....

Equinox glared at Zeei Hurry up and leave! If you don't do anything I'll just pick you up in my claws and fly off. he said. He knows he sounded rude, but he didn't want to leave her here with Crimson and Nidhog.
"Equinox, should we just go. I don't want to leave her, but we will all get killed by those two if we don't." said Eris.
We have know other chose, I don't want to force her. We will go, but if Crimson or Nidhog attacks her we will come back. he said.
"Fine. We should go then." said Eris, he mounted Quasar, and looked back, he didn't want to leave her, none of them did, but hopefully those two wouldn't notice. Equinox and Quasar flew up, both lookig down at Crimson.

"No, not really. You may do as you wish, just don't interfere with my plans. And if you do kill the green dragon, you may eat him, but save me his head." Crimson said to Nidhog.

OOC: ATM pass, I am attempting to get caught up with my about 50 other Rps, so I will try to post later, go on ahead.

Radwerth gazed at the seen unfolding before him. "Tut-tut," he whispered. "A cannabalistic dragon...hmmm...not a very nice sight." He haruphed twice and screwed up his face into an even fiercer frown than before. "Looks like he's after that inocent tyke." uttered the wizard. "Better help the poor beasty." Radwerth moved a little bit closer, careful not to make a sound. "An air current should do the trick. Good way to allow our little friend to make a suprise maneuver on that horrible lump of a giant." The old man muttered a few inaudible words, and mummbled and complained about how they wouldn't work for various reasons. His face finally relaxed a bit and he growled. "Found it! Oops! A little too loud." He paused for a minute, and waited to see if they had heard him. When he saw that they hadn't he let out a releaved breath and continued his ramblings. "Big enough for the little one to catch it, but small enough for the big one to miss it." He nodded twice and uttered some words in the ancient language. "That should do the trick," he mumbled, "Now to wait..."

Equinox looked down, and so an old man walk up towards the ones still left on the ground. He was about to go back, but a gust of wind hit him and Quasar, and it made them soar away. He looked back, they better be alright. If they weren't he would turn around once able.

Crimson saw the dragons leave. He turned around and saw an old man come towards them. "Who are you to think you can challenge us old man." Crimson laughed. He pulled out his sword, "I guess I will let the mutant fight Nidhog, I will fight you."

OOC: Don't underestimate Rad!

The old wizard put on a sad face. “Humph! Young people these days. Always disrespecting their elders and betters!” He suddenly stood strait up and walked forward without a limp or a hobble. His voice seemed to change as well. Instead of being wheezy, it was clear and filled with melody. But if you want to fight,” he said, “Fight is what we shall do!” He raised his walking stick and it appeared to grow. Radwerth grinned. “Brisingr Orum!” he uttered. A serpent seemed to materialize in thin air. It burst into flames and flew toward Crimson.

Crimson was shocked by what Radwerth had done. He was surprised by this magic, he had seen little like it. Using complex words, he mad the snake dissolve into a puff of steam.
"I too my powers you old foot. Though I must admit, your skill is surprising." said Crimson. He then did the same thing he did as Zeei. He made the air around the wizard like water, and the ground below him shake.
"Try to fight that off!" he challenged.

Equinox and Quasar flew up high above the fighters on the ground. Should we go back? asked Equinox.
No... not yet, but we should at least stay here. Quasar said.

OOC: I meant what Crimson used on her. Back in the first few posts of the rp.

I fight to eat, I fight because it is all I have ever been allowed to do, but who are you to question me! Roared Nidhog, angry at himself for letting the thing get into his mind. He began to tear the forest apart with his bear claws, angry at himself and at all the races of the North that cause him to be the way he was.

OOC: Pass with Gornath.

"Don't need to!" uttered Radwerth. He muttered a few inaudible words and disapeared with a puff of smoke. A blinding light flashed. The wizard coughed horsely as he appeared behind Crimson. "The light was for your benefit," he said. "Risa datia!" Mists arose from the ground obscuring the view of anyone in the near vicintity. Radwerth chuckled and then spoke the words, "Brisingr risa fra deloi!" An inferno of flame broke from the surface of the earth. The wizard chuckled again.

OOC: "Risa datia" means "Rise mists" and "Brisingr risa fra deloi" means "Fire rise from the earth."

OOC: Umm, question, what was your goal in this story??

IC:
I am far from a poor soul. Laughed Nidhog. He then said, I now live for revenge and love every second of it! He launched himself into the air and began to use his normal fire and he began to incinerate all the forest in sight, in an attempt to corner the thing.

It is time we stopped these evil beings. Said Gornath. He was tired of the power that the black dragon had, and he knew the black draogn had yet to reveal his most powerful skill, he had heard much about it and knew it hat to do with the earth, but what?

With a huge roar, Gornath did a mid-air flip and dove toward the black dragon, his white scales reflecting the sun and giving off a purer light themselves, his huge white claws sparkeling in th sunlight, his mouth seemingly full of some white substance. Then he opened his mouth more, and a white colored fire came forth and began to burn the back of the huge black dragon.

OOC: I'll have to talk to Silver about it, because she was the one with the idea for the castle. But for me, its mainly for Crimson to start his attack on Alagaesia.

OOC: That's good to know. That way I know what I'm going to make Radwerth (and someone else) do.

Radwerth yawned and destroyed the piece of would before it could reach him. However, despite the bold front he was putting on, he was actually growing concerned. Crimson was actually very powerfull, and this battle would be very difficult no matter how much he knew about the Ancient Language. Of course he could smash a tree into his enemy, but there was something about the enemy before him that made him decide against it. Even one so evil as Crimson might have a destiny that would save Alagaisia in the end. The wizard prepared for the coming onslaught.

OOC: This post was showing Radwerth a little less crazy than he usually is. It's not as fun to do it this way lol.

"Getting tired old man?" Crimson laughed evily at Radwerth. He then summonded a large quantity of air, and condensed it into one super blast. He knew the wizard was strong, he had to at least distract him to get him to leave. Crimson fired the massive lightning at him, then turned around before the attack even hit. He went into the castle to prepare... war was coming.

Equinox felt his leg tremble in pain. He roared out. What's wrong? Quasar asked worried.
We have to go back. Something bad is about to happen. he said. He, and Quasar turned around. Eris and Throat Ripper readied there weapons. And they desended back to the castle.

Nidhog chaced the mutant to the gates of the caslte where instead of charging the gate, he just flew over it and hovered there, prepairing to release the hidden power inside of him. He began to use hsi power and cause the earth beneath the castle to crush the annoying thing ad the castle too. He would kill them all.\

OOC: Pass with Gornath.

OOC: Silver, its your turn.

OOC: RoD, your turn.

Radwerth disapeared just before the lightning strike hit, and reapeared in the place where Crimson had been a moment before. He looked around as if expecting to see his enemy there. The fierce look on his face changed to confusion, and then recognition. He let out a sigh and then said, "What is the world coming to?" at this point the old wizard shook his head. "The world's villains running away from old men." Radwerth looked up at the fortress towering before him and nodded three times. "It's about time to see what's inside of that...thing." He started walking toward it and then turned around suddenly, glaring at the bunny trying to follow him, "And no rabbits!"

OOC: End of chapter one...lol. Joking.

Equinox and Quasar landed in front of the castle. They looked at the large old door that led into it. The old wizard went in front of them, and before him, Zeei.
Be careful, we don't know what could be in there. Equinox said to Quasar, Eris, and Throat Ripper.
"We won't have to worry, besides, we could possible kill Crimson now." Throat Ripper said triumphantly.
Eris gave out a laugh, "Throat Ripper, how many times have we tried that and failed? Anyway, Equinox is right we should go."
mainly Throat Ripper, could see better. As they flew closer, they saw the black dragon shaking the castle.
"What's he doing? Should we try and stop him? Only Crimson's in there." said Throat Ripper.
"Well, the old guy and Zeei went in there. If it wasn't for them going in... then yeah, we could just leave Nidhog to destroy it." said Eris.
As they flew closer, Eris shouted in the ancient language, "Trees burn and consume the dragon!" with Quasar's and Equinox's added strengh, he was able to do the spell.

OOC: Guys, Nidhog began to try to crush that castle, I mean its like everyone disregarded my earlier post.....
