yes thats kind of strange because how would the elf use magic or whatever and figure that out?

Not really, the elves were supposed to know more than most people so I"m not suprised.

Hmmm Eragon half Elf, could he possibly become more elf-like, and possibly know Galbys real name then control him??? Seems possible but too easy.
