"No," I then grabbed at the air and a blade white hot appeared. It had pearl white ivory around the handle. "Now lets start." I said my eyes on fire...

Serias smiled. "u know u cannot defeat me. im immortal. i could kill u in one blow, but i will go easy, just because i feel like. it. even u cannot defeat a guardian!" he dashed forward and clawed her stomach. then he quicklyleapt back when she struck and slashed her across the face.

I laughed. "You can not beat me either." Then I tore at his armor which ripped in half...

I got up and dissapeared. Serais felt something in his hand. He opened it and there was her amulet. "Oh no." He whispeard.

he saw Serias' power failing. she was her normal self once more and was staggering. he took her sword, put it in her hand, and made her stab him through the stomach. he quickly put the amulet backon her, then turned into his normal self and heal. "u won"he said as he smiled.

All of the sudden I jerked "What happened?" I asked. Then Aras said "She doesn't even remeber what happened."...

"it is nothing,"said Serias. come and rest a little. after that, we'll look for jack." Erias and Aras had a conversation as Serias thought how lucky he was to be with his childhood friends.

"Serais, Aras says I went weird. What happened?" I asked. So Serais explained what happened. "I think since you used so much power you wouldn't beable to remeber." "Oh," I said, "How did I do that?"...

well, ever elf has a special connection. for example, what u just did. although most dont know how to control it, as i did. i can tell u were trying to, but the power is too great,"said Serias, then he turned very serious,"dont do it again."

"ull kill urself,"said Serias as he clashed blades with Aras, who was frustrated to see Serias so powerful, even though he was going easy. no matter what he did, he could not touich the dark elf, who began to laugh.

"Aras, no matter what you won't be able to touch him." I luaghed. Serias looked at me and said, "Its good to her you luagh again." I looked away then replied. "Oh come on just let him hit you once. He'll stop then."...

Serias shrugged. he kicked Aras in the shin, ggrabbed the twin's hand with the blade and made it come down on his shoulder. "there, "he said. then he grinned. "my turn!" he arced his blade upward, then, quickly blocking the edge, he brought it down on Aras' back.

I ran through the woods trying to find them "Where are they!?". I had run to tell them that i had found Jack, he was wounded but not badly. I stopped when I heard people talking and if my ears served me right, two of them were sparring. I ran twords the sound, then i came apon Serias and another person i did not recongnize."Serias" i yelled, after getting his attention, i walked up to him." i found Jack, he is only a leage or two away from here"."He is hurt but not badly, if i could have i would have brought him here but i hurt myself while battling with Galbatorix"." He needs healing and when i found him i was to weak to help, that is why i came to find you and Erais." .......

"ok,"Serias said calmly. "stay here u two. ill go with Slania." he turned back. "show the way."she led him to the place. Jack was on a ground, his clothes and armor torn up. "estrick ongar,"said
Serias in the dark elf language, and instantly, all his wounds healed. "ok lets go back,"said Serias.

I saw Serais carring an unconcius Jack. "Now you can try using your healing power." Serais said. I walked over muttured a few words then he started to breath. He opened an eye, "Thanks." He mumbled. I smiled, "Sleep." He fell asleep.

"Alright. Serias can i ask you somthing?" "Sure", "Who was the person you were sparring? .....

"it is my twin, Aras."said Erais. Slania looked very surprised. "u have a twin?" "yes, and i knew them both from a very young age. im 67 years older than them,"said Serias.

"Oh, I can answear that." I said. "Hes my twin." "Your WHAT?" Slania said a bit unconvinced. "Aras come here." I pointed to the space by me. "WOW you are twins." She said freaked out...

i was very surprized to hear this, but i knew i had to ask..."What happened to Galbatorix?"

Serias smiled and said," finally, we are all together to journey. this going to be a lot easiers. we are heading toward Galbatorix's castle."

"Nothing." Slania said. "So what happened when I was out." "You don't want to know. At least I am not going to explain." I said...

"Was it really that bad?" and if you can not explain then can you at least tell me if Galbatorix is finally destroyed??" .....

"Murtagh,"replied Serias. "we need to get rid of him. he has taken over the throne."

"Murtagh??" i asked shocked,"The storys i've heard about him were always good, i thought he was kin to Eragon? Why would he do this?" ....

he was bound to galbatorix, and now he got power hungry." said serias sadly. "i never thought it would come to this."

"He has turned evil." I said there happy you now know the truth. Then I walked away crying...

"I am sorry if i said anything to upset any of you, i did not mean to" i said as i walked out of the camp site to a lake near by

(Sathira) I felt the warmth of a fire near by. I followed it till I found a clearing. I drew my sword ready for an attack. I froze as i heard a thoud on the tree behind me. an arrow had hit it, just an inch away from my head.

"Who are you and what are you doing here?" i called out once i had shot my arrow

I was stuned that he was looking at me. I was watching,moving from shadow to shadow.

Slania luaghed a bit. I walked up to the stranger. I smiled then said. "Don't worry we are not working for Galbarotix. But you should worry if you are. And if you need prof that we aren't." "I am sorry Erias" i said laughing, then i turned to Ssthira "Uru'baen, thats interesting. Why are you in Du Weldenvarden if you are from Uru'baen?"

Serias grabbed my dagger and pointed it to Sithiras throat. A drop of blood came out. "Why are you here. And why did you come near us. Do you honestly think its safe to approach two part dark elves, A pure dark elf, an elf, and part elf. You must not be very wise." I grabbed Serais arm and pulled him back.

"Sure." Was the only reply she got. We headed out. It was noon when I asked "Should we stop in that town." And pointed to a small distant village...

"It would be a good idea, we need provisions.We are almost out" i said, while starting to walk to the village

So for about an hour we headed there. We stopped and got what we needed. Then we were off again...

I dissapeard. "Were did you go Erais." whispeard Slania. "Its Galbatoirixs men there looking for me. Don't let them see you."...

"Hurry" i said to Ssithra{sorry if i spelled u'r name wrong}" put it on and hide!" ......

" I can tack them." I said drawing my sword.

The soldiers walked past. Then Serias and I were alone. We got seperated so Serias and I decided to continue after searching but failed. "Now what." I said sadley. "We continue." He replied. "Were to." I got nothing in return...

"No" i said while pushing her into a house near by" We will wait until they are out of site".......

Serais and I just continued in silence.

"What did you do that for!" I yelled at her I looked around I saw people staring.
