Doesn't the dragon correspond with the riders magic color?
So Arya is a strong option......

On topic: Personally I don't think Roran will be able to use magic he dosen't seem the type who find learning a new language easy and his mindset seems a bit too practical to be an efficient scholar.

and remember, eragon couldnt do magic b4 saphira. and brom said that his magic was that color because of saphira. and dont say arya already has a dragon, she is just an elf, and elves love trees and plants reasoning why arya has green magic (just a theory there, but it is already discussed that she has no dragon.)

Just saying, CP told us that the cover would feature an emerald green dragon, which leads me to think that the emerald green dragon will indeed exist.

On topic, I doubt Arya will be a Rider because she's already over a hundred years old - so much older than greenie (when/if he hatches).

Roran has no need to be a magician. He killed almost two hundred men on his own, with wards only to protect him from weapons that the men weren't using, and he killed the Twins singlehandedly. Also, though it is not as worthy because of Eragon's wards, Roran didn't shirk from attacking the Ra'zac in Helgrind.

Brom was definitely right. Fate does have a morbid interest in Eragon's family, but I doubt that anyone else in it will become a Rider.

Arya being older than the dragon wouldn't be a problem the dragon's ancestral memories would allow it to overcome the age gap easily.

It is most likely to be Arya. Is there any possibility it will be Nasuada?
