the manga does a lot better job telling the story, the anime is really just the attention grabber lol

It has no number. It is a bonus episode in no way, shape or form tied in with the main storyline.

I loved Nyu at first but she just became more annoying, at times I was like "Go away Nyu! I want Lucy!!!" but I still like Nyu ^.^

Elfen Lied is so dark o.o I love how little they hold back with everything they do.

It's the first, and so far one of two animes I've ever watched completely. Blew me away, then I read the book and I was like "Damn" except more profane.
I thought it was going to be confusing as well, but it's more of a "human" story than anything else.

I'm going to watch it, just...at the "naked" bit, like, how much do they show? And for how long? Is it just "Close your eyes for a second and it's gone" or what? How long do they stay unclothed? Is it like, a lot? Or...? And is that the only part with nudity? Is there any language? Do they speak in English at all or are subtitles needed? Sorry for all of the questions XP

Well, with the nudity... it's fairly lengthy, but it's not graphic if that's what you're getting at. Just... no clothes for a while, and mostly in the beginning episode or so. It's not disturbing or anything.

There is an english dubbed version which in my opinion is quite good, but my link to watching the show died some time ago, so I can't really help you out there.

I really liked Elfen Lied. I've read the manga and watched the anime, and I'm actually proud to say both made me cry. It was that good, because I hardly ever cry. The nudity was really strange at first and some more...intimate...parts I felt were not needed, but it's still one of my favorite mangas. Im just upset that onemanga is being shut down, because that's where I first read the Elvin Lied manga.

Well, you should be informed that Elfen Lied hasn't been on Onemanga.com for a number of months now, you can now find it on 1000 manga, a sister site, however I cannot post a link here due to the mature content of the manga there.
