i like that one! like eragon asks arya to marry him, she's so shocked she kills him, saphira gets mad and kills the whole elfin race, the varden get mad at her and kill her, they get killed by murtagh and thorn, murtagh sees eragon dead and dies in grief, thorn looks back at murtagh to see what's wrong and crashes into a wall, galby dies from the lack of people to rule over, shruikan dies from guarding a stupid egg forever. ANTS RULE THE WORLD! lol

I think that Islanzadi, Orrin, and Angela will die. Angela just doesn't matter too much, and if my theory is right, then all of the leaders will die.

i dont think murtagh & thorn will die fighting eragon i think they will change their true name and get the last dragon egg but galbotorix(sp) will capture them and kill them

An interesting theory. I don't think that Angela will die, cause CP's sister would be pretty mad if he killed off her character. I think that Islanzadi will die and possibly Orrin. I also think that Elva will die.

Why would Eragon and saphira die anyway. It's the most rubbish thing ever if the hero dies in the end.

some books do kill the main character, but rarely, and in this series, the main cahracter (eragon and saphira) have been foretold to live for and EXTREMELY long time

Yeah I agree - Angela specifically said that Eragon will never step foot in Alagaesia again, even on his way to avoiding that, he would still encounter the same fate.

Personally I think that Izlandi dies, making Arya the new Queen of the Elves. Arya could decide to move the elves from Alagaesia altogether - hence Eragon's dream in Eragon?? I dunno, just a thought

I think Thorn will probably die. The person on the beach wailing in despair (from Eragon's dream) could be Murtagh utterly distraught over the fact that his companion has died and will never return.

i have had that thought too, but so have quite a few people on this site

yeah - i think it's one of the most likely theories - and ties in really well with the "beach-dream" thing. also, it seems kinda sad for Thorn that he hasn't been able to go through a natural growth so yeah

and hes missing three feet of his tail, he has no chance, and murtagh will live. Murtagh is awesome!!!

Yeah that missing part of his tail will definitely affect his battle prowess. As Eragon mentioned in the first book, when he and Saphira join minds while flying, he didn't realise how much the dragons relied on their tail to fly

ya they use it as a rudder to guide their flying.

Umm...guys...I think that Galby will just have the tail grow back...or else he is a complete idiot...
And if Thorn died and murtagh didn't, no matter if you like thorn or not, it would ruin the series. To make it a good ending, if one of them dies, both have to.

i think murtagh and thorn have a 50:50 chance of dying

eragon and saphira will probably not die, and thorn probably will, but i dont think murtagh (*prays to god*) will die
