Character Personality: he has a sharp, intelligent mind and a quick wit, although his jokes are usually at the expense of others. He can be cruel, and believes that the only way to survive and live successfully in the world is to disregard the feelings of other people.
However, he is loyal to his own kin and would fiercely defend anyone he cared about if they were in danger. He is not particularly talkative. His personality is rather grim and reserved, which makes him a good (albeit reluctant) listener.

Character History: Ghoum was born into a family of the middle class; His father worked for a lord on his estate and his mother was the daughter of a farmer. Ghoum grew up very close to the animals he loved and admired. He learned to ride at a young age and was very good at it; Ghoum was raised as a very respectful child. At the age of twelve he fell in love or what he thought was love with a pretty maid that also worked for the lord. Or at least he thought she was a maid, after pursuing her for a few months he found out she was the daughter of the lord.
Ghoum had made the girl love him in return, that was the first mistake of his life. Lela was her name; Ghoum and Lela grew up together and grew more in love. The lord saw this and had tried to separate them it didn’t work.
On their eighteenth birthday the lovers were separated, Lela was sent to Ura’baen, and Ghoum was sent to serve in the king’s cavalry. He rose in the ranks with his great skill in riding and his grasp of tactics.
Ghoum saw Lela sating next to some peaty lord, a few years later while he was riding in a parade. He could not believe that he saw her after all those years. That night he deserted camp and found where she was staying. He broke in and confessed his love to her until the guards’ drug him out and threw him in jail.
Ghoum was only in jail for a few weeks, because a young soldier named Groudes was stationed as his guard. The young man opened the jail doors and gave every one of the prisoners a choice to follow him of try to make it on their own, every body including Ghoum agreed.
Groudes got every body out of the city and they worked a mercenaries and highwaymen. Ghoum and Groudes split company with good favors and Ghoum traveled to sudra.

Weapons: He caries a plain Morningstar, a small lance no more than a spear, and his bow into battle, and A cut-and-thrust sword in a beat-up sheath.

Character's Physical Description: during battles He always dons his black leather and plate armor, and helmet. Both based off of Greek "Hoplite" style minimizing weight, but being effective in protecting the user. However because it is lightweight, he is easily able to move at high speeds. When he is out of battle or traveling he wares worn travel boots, Brown woolen pants, a white shirt (Well it used to be white) , and a worn leather belt that holds his money, a few pouches, his sword, and a loop for his Morningstar.
