on the forum index, rite at the bottom, there is a bit where u can do ur own RPGs. U cant create 1, or post in one unless u have been "granted special access"

Go to RPG section on application and create one (fill the form). Wait evaluation from RP mod/admin and wait approval from RP Admin (Glenwing). And then wait for SF admin (Louis/Glenwing/HitNRunner) to put you in the usergroup before you can post in the RP stories.
