In WI. why do u want to know. Plus i can only send in the U.S. and maybe canada. but not from anyplace where it would have to cross an ocean or sea. it works like this i would send a letter to ur skool. u would send a letter back to ur skool. then u would send a letter to some skool then they send a letter back to u and so on.
