Post Results of the Eragon movie
Everyone that has watched this movie and only those who have watched it must agree with me when i say.... THIS WAS THE WORST MOVIE IVE EVER SEEN. Id rather watch the wiggles , there more entertaining then this movie.

I highly reccomened everyone who hasnt seen it not to watch it. Its a complete waste of time, unless you have nothing better to do of course.

BUDGET:
The movie was developed poorly and had obvioulsy not been invested in properly. The charecters are horrible , the acting... HORRIBLE , the story line HORRIBLE.

As stated above They did not put enough time and effort into the movie , and did not spend the extra money to make it atleast have decent for the viewer.

LEAST AND NOT LAST...........

THEY SHOWED PICTURES OF THE CHARECTERS IN THE FIRST PAGE OF THE BOOK AND CHOKED OUR IMAGINATIONS DEAFEATING ALL PURPOSE OF CREATING THE BOOK............... MANY PUBLISHER THAT DO THIS DO NOT HAVE HALF A BRAIN.

Oh, give it up all ready. Everyone knows the movie didn't follow the book...boo hoo hoo.

Tell me something...do you know anything about making movies, or what it takes to make something into a successful franchise? Eragon had a lot of pressure mounting on it...and they just put the wrong people in at the wrong time. Stefen Fangmeier was a man who obviously TRIED to make this not suck. I think he did an awesome job with what he had. Saphira looked beautiful, and honestly...I could not imagine her as anything else.

As for the writing, they hired the guy who wrote Jurassic Park 3. Excuse me if I kick the person who hired THAT man because he obviously was the wrong man at the wrong time. Hire the people who wrote the LotR movies...look how they came out!

Give it a couple years...we'll see Eragon make it to the screen again as a major movie series. It just needs the right directors, right actors, and for God's sake...good writers. Someone who understand the trilogy but will no t be bias and try to write a good 2 and a half hour movie. THAT'S what I want...and I'm sure everyone in this forum. I may not be a moderator, and I have no authority, but PLEASE don't make a topic that's been made one million times over.

I hope you learned something from this...now go read a good book. Or better yet...take a few classes and write one.

Nice speech, although I'd say it's borderlining on a flame.

Shame it doesn't make the movie any less crap.

They obviously had a budget, but they had no way of knowing how to properly spend it to make something that could be good for both the fans and non fans of the books. If they had keep it closer to the book and hjad made it longer then they could have had there version of Harry Potter or LOTR. In the first promotions this is what they compared it to, saying that it would be better [-(

I just....
DESPISED that movie. UGH! I wasn't worth watching just as a movie! That's what I thought BEFORE I read the book. Sorry that I disagree with you. (not really, but OK then. We're discussing, people disagree)
Anyway, I'm picky about these things. Ignore me if you like.

I liked the movie, despite the changes. It is actually one of my favorite movies.
