I'm going down to Grand Collie Dam with my brother and his Team of Pyros, to put of a 63 thousand dollar firework show, the company EFI. Later I'll tell you guys how it went and show pictures on:

I didn't know people celebrated the 4th July. I just presumed it was an important date, like the English St. George's Day or whatever. I'm such a moron sometimes lol.

Firetounge you got to remeber the 4th of july was when we opposed the british and many people risked their lives just by signing the declaration if they had lost the war everyone who signed would be tourtered, killed and have their insides burned. so we celebrate it by shooting off fire works which were i live they are illegal or at least some are unless you are with the state or county blowing them off for a show but our neighboring state they are perfectly legal to fire if you get a permit and perfectly legal to buy so we went bought a bunch of fire works and are gonna shoot em off (by we i mean me)

WoW! look! I'm in Russia.......besides, i find it really weird to see people blowing up copper and aluminum on certain day. WE use guns here. Flare guns. So fun. Only adults though......

sounds fun lol. So how come we don't celebrate the end of the world wars? Or something similar- I feel very left out lol And I don't think you're meant to have fireworks in my town, but we use them on November 5th anyway (shh, nobody will ever know )

As far as I know.. we don't really celebrate the 4th of July.. but we do hold a full 2 minute silence in all the country at 8pm to remember the death tolls at WW2..

I live in minnesota all of our neighboring states have good fire works i should say yoiu can still get fireworks but they are crappy ground ones that just kinda throw out some sparks but we have family in wisconsin so on our way back some times we will pick up a bunch but i prefer going to south dakota (the fire work capital of the UNITED STATES and possibly the WORLD) and get fire works but i am the pyro technician of the family so i light em off (firecracker near gas dont try it)

i was a devilish little kid with fire works. roman candles were something to shoot at those electrical things on the poles. fire crackers in a frogs mouth? big bro did that one. ill just blow stuff up this year.

oh our dog is a wuss we were shotting off some fire works and the door was open (he has learned hwo to open the screen door) and he goes missing. we look around and i go to take a pee and he is sitting in the bath tub it was funny

It's really weird you know.. in America they're celebrating and here in Holland (and other European countries) we're showing respect to the dead..

we are celebrating the day that the 13 colonies signed the declaration of idependance. we honor the ppl who fought in this country on Memorial Day

We are going to hang out with my cousins, they flew in yesterday. That's about it.

well we shot everything off yesterday and it was a blast. i was the pyrotechnichian (fancy word for a guy who blows stuff up) and it was fun we shot off a bunch of fire work show grade artillery shells and watched it explode best holiday of the year.

The best recognition independence day got today was the guy who sits next to me in class saying:
"Hey, isn't it American whatsit day today?"

I plan to sit home and do nothing. My grandparents won't let me shoot off Roman Candles because it's been to dry. Can anyone say, "forest fire"?

Did he let you shoot them off, or did you sneak in, grab some, and then shoot 'em off? I really wish I had some Black Cats and a bottle rocket or two... You can get into some massive trouble when you mix those two. I learned that from experience.... If you want even bigger trouble, strap five Black Cats to one bottle rocket. Tie all this to a Roman Candle. (Put the fuses of the Black Cats next to the fuse of the Roman Candle.) Light the fuses to the Black Cats and the Bottle Rocket. Make sure that the Roman Candle catches. Let it catch though, don't light it with a lighter or anything. Then set it somewhere and run far away.

well we had alot of fireworks that i shot off. but he kept a stash hidden away for the actual fourth and i found em and shot em off everybody loved it and my dad forgave me for stealling them

we didnt shot fire works. is that crazy or what? my couisn flash every body... not on purpose... it was funny..

i started shooting fireworks then my dad remembered a cop lives really close so we had to stop cause its agaisnt the law cuz its so dry
