Weaponry: A maroon Rider's blade named Draumr (dream), a cherry-wood bow and arrows

Dragon: Female - Maroon/Burgundy - Hayn

History/Personality:
Jannah was only fourteen years old when Hayn, the maroon dragon, hatched for her. After, she was taken to the capital of Ilirea for training. She became an accomplished magician and flyer, the areas were she excelled, and was fair at swordplay. After years of training, on Jannah’s twentieth birthday she was presented with Draumr, the Maroon dream sword. Among other Riders, Jannah was welcomed. She became friends with many, as she was witty and eloquent. However, she often missed the family she had to leave to become a Rider. She was allowed to visit them once, when her mother died, and the experience of death left her very shaken, and thankful for her partial-immortality.

Hayn mated with the Navy-blue dragon Aoyr, and laid many eggs. Aoyr’s Rider, Adrian, was an elven-Rider two years older than Jannah. Eventually, the two fostered a romance and were married after Jannah became an official Rider.

During Jannah’s training, Galbatorix returned after being presumed dead. Galbatorix, was in fact, Jannah’s elder cousin. During the war that was to follow, Jannah could not fight for her people as she was pregnant. During the fight, Adrian and Aoyr were killed. Jannah never recovered, and it is unknown what happened to her after her husband’s death. Did Galbatorix kill her? What became of her child? What of Hayn? All are questions that have no answers as of yet.

All in all, Jannah was a very timid Rider, scared of death and sorrow. She had her share of it in life however, which only increased her fears. She was also scared of pain, and the strain of a Rider’s life inflicted much upon her. When the citadel of Ilirea crumbled, a maroon dragon and rider were seen flying off. It is unknown if this was Jannah and Hayn.

*Note: Jannah and Hayn were born before the fall of the Riders, taught in the old ways. They were created for the RPG Opening competition, but I plan on bringing them into a few stories as an old Rider and Dragon. I’ll later bring up a profile of Hayn, as well as Jannah and Adrian’s child.
