To be honest, the original Dark Water (the japanese one) is much better than the remake. The remake are mostly disgust me with all the dirty water eeewww,,, Have anyone watched "Shutter"?? It's a movie from Thailand it's the scarriest movie ever!!! Maybe it would be addopted by holywood just like the grudge and the ring and dark water... here's some scene from the movie.... it's creepy!!! I can hardly stand most movies now because they resort to sex scenes and nudity in erotic forms just to keep the attention of the audience. “The Amityville Horror”, “The Ring”, “Saw” 1 and 2 are all good movies, but I have to say that the Alien Quadrilogy is at the top of my list. I'm not sure if it's allowed to bring back a topic this old, but since Halloween is approaching, and very soon, I thought it would be okay. I wanted to ask you guys if you know of any (preferably modern) scary movies that I could watch in the next few days. I plan on downloading something that I could watch to get me in the mood for Halloween; you know, I'm just trying to get into the spirit a little. The movie doesn't even have to be entirely scary, maybe even something that has a lot of comedy mixed into it, like the Haunted Mansion, starring Eddie Murphy. Anything that has a somewhat scary feel to it. These could be recommendations for anyone. So, does anybody have any favorites or suggestions? _________________

I do enjoy scary movies, but I always fail to actually find them scary. No matter how realistic the effects are, the fact that it's being filmed through a high quality video camera with famous people starring in it (most of the time) ruins it for me. Only film I ever found scary was The Blair Witch Project when I was 12. It ripped my nerves to shreds.
