Re: Happy New Year I am sure this year 2007 has be one of challenges, new things, major and minor changes; good ones and not so good.
I am one of those, but there is one thing which has been consistent during last year, this year and hopefully the next to come. That is how grateful I am to be part of the Saphira Forums community. I have continued friendships with members I met here last year, new ones I've made this year and hopefully I'd be lucky enough to add on some more this coming new year. Yesterday I received a copy of an e-mail received by one of my oldest and greatest friends across the boards, which re-affirmed the fact of how much real you all are to me. I was accused of the possibility of me being a "Con" on Saphira Forums and other boards. It was heartening the indignation displayed by Wolvie and Valkie. I answered Mr. John Walker's e-mail with all the honesty I have. To him also I wish him a Happy New Year, and if I really were a "middle-aged woman prowling in about a teen-age site" (or something like that) for almost two years, then I wouldn't be a very good "con" person, wouldn't I? Thanks to you, all my friends. It seems this year has been the year in which my integrity has been strongly attacked. However, I can keep my head held high and my heart wide open, because I still believe in honesty and friendship. Thanks to each and everyone of you, my friends of Saphira Forums. This year aims to be a big one for the Inheritance Cycle fans. This year we will finally be able to lay hands on the book we've been waiting for for so long - Book III. Not only will Book III be released on 23 September, but before then we will finally know the title and cover art. Hopefully CP will release more information about Book IV as well. ...And maybe even an Eldest Movie will be announced...
