age doesn't matter, eragon will live a slong as any elf. Besides if they don't hook up soon , they'll eventually get together when eragon is older

but soon is more interesting. and it would pass the time Eragon needs for his training. Arya and Eragon'll get ALOT closer during that. they have to spend lots of time together during training, and they WILL spend time 2gethr outside of training, so i can see Arya's feelings for Eragon developing over that period of time. And Eragon would be the only one besides Oromis who would be able to understand her.

if it were gonna happen it would be in a 4th book but thats not possible as its a trilogy

eragon is realy in love with arya an she shows sighns of having an affection for him as well because of she smiles at him an stuff so arya will probably be pregnant in the last few chapters of the book

now that there are 4 books, i believe in my old theory now more than ever. the chances 4 a child have just gone up if u ask me. eragon and arya now have more time to develop a deep relationship, and if arya is the next rider, by the 4th book she and eragon should have feelings for each other

i think they have a kid because eragon loves arya, but maybe arya loves eragon too, just arya dont wana disturb his lessons

I think if they did have a child it would be in the epiloge of the 4th book. For me that would be the only place it would fit.

I am sick of all the Arya theories.

First off, CP almighty is a tad off the mark with his own writing. I personally do not see how Eragon could fall for Arya. Arya is condescending and arrogant. Sorry, but she is. Still, for better or worse, she has to be Eragon's lover. No other candidates exist except Angela or Nasuada. Nasuada would be caterpillar! Angela doesn't make a whole lot of sense. She is old enough to be Eragon's mother, (yes those stupid theories of Eragon being a bastard drive me up the wall.) And although she is on friendly footing with Eragon, I should think that she is still technically neutral as far as which side she is on. I would also think she would remain so. Second, Arya is only one of the candidates for rider. I agree she is the most likely. In a way this would be rather refreshing, if she was. It might break her out of her shell, besides which, it would ensure that she becomes Eragon's lover.

As for a child, this would have to be in book 4, or later.

the thing is, eragon already fell for arya. the only question left now is whether or not arya will fall/has fallen in for eragon. and arya is only "arrogant" around eragon b/c she didnt want him 2 fall 4 her. she saw that he waz developing feelings, and didnt want to b the reason he couldnt concentrate or b a good rider. and u said u were sick of all the arya theories, yet u said if they ended up together later it would b "refreshing" and u listed tons of reasons why she is the only one that can b eragons lover... contradicting yourself?

he fell for her because of her beauty of course. that and she was in his dreams. He had obsessed about her for weeks and then she's just THERE. what other reasoning do you need? it was pure infatuation at first. The first sign that it has turned to anything beyond that was before the battle of the Burning Plains when he says he won't chase after her but he refuses to stop feeling for her. That seems rather selfless to me. That's really all there is to that subject.

Oromis or somebody, I think it was Oromis, said that elves rarely have kids, and when they do it is am honor, privilige, and the deepest devotion of love one could give. There might be an epilog that goes sevral years into the future, and then they have a kid, but for the timeline of the series,I think they will probly just admit it all, and get 2geather, but not get married and have a kid until way later.
