 Is this Forum based in Iceland???where is the Forum based, Iceland??? I figured out that the only magor city in the timezone this forum is in is the capital of Iceland! The rest is ocean!

no the time is set to 0 gmt so that everyone can adjust it to what they would want it to be. This forum is not only for one location, but for everyone, so it was better to be neutral.
