My second Gryphon. She's more of a neutral girl.

Here she is.

Name: Sevena (Sea-ven-uh) Also more affectionately called Seva by Iaras.

Age: 200

Gender: Female

Skills: Screech; This ability is common among Gryphons. The screech is very much similar to a high-pitched shriek, but shriller and more piercing to the ears. It can stun/deafen any twoleg nearby, though it is a bit more dramatic with dragons, or anything else with sensitive hearing. For a dragon, it first sends a sharp pain through the skull, commonly incapacitating because of how sudden and piercing it is. In some cases it can even drive a dragon unconscious, but this only happens if the screech is continuous. Sevena has trained endlessly with this skill at the orders of her master and King, Iaras, and over the decades have gotten well enough at it that she can keep it going for a good five minutes. As a consequence, however, if she does go for that long, she receives a splitting headache, can't think straight, and is mostly incoherent for the next twenty-four hours, if she doesn't lose consciousness.

Home Village: Zaflen on the country of Tenya.

Parents: Unknown, Sevena was taken into the Zaflen Palace as a young hatchling.

Siblings: One younger brother, name unknown.

Character Personality: Sevena is possibly the sweetest gryphon anyone will ever meet. Except if anyone bad talks about her King. Or if she has been ordered to kill you. In that case it would be much better to run. But ever since hatching she has been a gentle, kindred spirit. She helps anyone that asks for it, though only if it is safe for herself and them to do so, and if it aids her King. She is protective of those she considers her friends, and especially for her King, Iaras. Ever since she saw him that day when they met in his nursery she's had a crush on him. She allows no one to down talk about her King, not even the other servants. She knows that he controls her with her feelings for him, though she doesn't really care. In her mind she loves him and would do anything for him. Iaras abuses her love frequently, but she views it as a test of her loyalty and commitment to him as both a servant and a mate. She will do anything for her King, including kill, more than kill, she will murder for him, without a single second thought on the matter. If Iaras wants someone dead and asks her to do it, that someone will be dead at least within the next twenty-four to forty-eight hours, seventy-two at the absolute most. It would be best to avoid her as a friend, because she will set you aside as quick as it takes for Iaras to order her to do so. If her King wishes one of her friends dead, and for her to be the one to do it, she will follow through without hesitation. Such is her deep loyalty and trust to the Zaflen King.

Character History: Sevena was hatched in the hatchery of Zaflen's town. In the regular servant sweep the Palace had conducted, she was selected as a personal servant for the young prince, Iaras. She was barely out of the egg when she was taken from her parents and brought to the Palace to grow up there with the Prince. She loved him the first time she saw him, even as a newly hatched youngling. She doted on him throughout their childhood. Either she was blind to his cruelty or just didn't care, because he would abuse her and mistreat her as if she were merely a toy, a rag doll for him to do as he pleased with. She was also the only one he trusted with his secrets. To this day she marvels at the fact that he trusts her so, but she is vigilant. She never told then and she never will now, not even to her dying breath. Through the years of his plotting, killing, and drinking of blood, she was the steadfast servant that never, ever left his side. Soon after he killed the female schoolmate, he began to regularly drink from her. He would claim that her blood was the sweetest to him. She has scars under her feathers in the hollow of her throat from the slashes of his foretalons. For her, it was a pleasure to serve him in such a way, giving him her blood so he could become stronger. Life for life. Once he was King he of course had his choice of any servant he'd like, but most of the time he would come back to her. Now in the strange land of Alagaësia, he relies on her more than before for his drink of blood. He only brought her and one other; any other followers he's collected has been while they've been here, and none of them are gryphons. She also has explicit orders that if he is for some reason unable to kill his mother, she is to do it. And this she will do, and maybe, in her hope of hopes, he will make her his mate and Queen.

Weapons: Claws, beak, Screech

Likes: Iaras, no question. The sun on her feathers.

Dislikes: Anyone she catches talking against her King. Cold nights.

Fear: Iaras will leave her or tell her he doesn't want her.

Weakness: Iaras. He could do anything to her and she wouldn't care.

Animal Companions: None, only Royal Gryphons in the Palace are allowed a Tamen. (She thinks of Teak as sort of hers, even though he and Iaras are bonded)

Character's Physical Description: Sevena is on the small side for gryphons, perhaps slightly smaller than a Shire draft horse. Her feathers are a beautiful mix of salt-and-pepper (black, white, and grey), an unusual color for a gryphon. Her fur is a creamy white-gold speckled with occasional flecks of pale grey, and her tail has a dark grey tuft of lion hair at the tip. Her eyes are a kind and gentle green with flecks of gold. Her foretalons are not as sharply kept as Iaras's, but they can still deal a good death slash if she aims right. Her ears are small and delicate, barely higher than the crown of her head. Her wings are the same creamy white-gold speckled with occasional flecks of pale grey.

Dreams for the Future: She strives to prove herself to Iaras so she might be his mate, if not his Queen.

Reason for Dreams: She loves him, why wouldn't she want to be his mate?

Alignment/Side: Iaras's

Side Note: Her love is blinding her, just like Seenia. If she weren't so oblivious to what he was doing to her she might have the strength and will to resist him.
