but what if whoever kills roran is like some major villain in the 4th book then eragon would obviously risk his own life to go avenge roran

Do you know how torn apart Eragon would be if Roran dies? Roran is Eragon's only fanily besides Murtagh who Eragon doesn't consider his family. Murtagh can't die. I was thinking that maybe Katrina would die and the man on the beach in Eragon's dream is Roran.

yes. but roran would be even more torn apart about katrina dying than eragon would be about roran dying, but you have a fair point.

I personly think King Orrin or Joed will die. Or Islanzadi.

well its possible. I mean what's galbatorix a master at. I mean he could figure out eragon's true name and that could happen.

Oromis said that he thought he could guess Eragons name, but he wouldn't and Galby has centuries of experience in the matter. And its possible arya was lying so she wouldnt have to tell him. Because his truen name must be a really good one so she didnt want him overconfident. OR what if his true nam meant slayer of evil or something then he would think he couldnt be killed by evil when he actually could be

Possibly, but I think Eragon's true name has somethimg to do with fire. Don't you think it is odd that the first word in the AL Eragon used was Brisingr? It might also have something to with fate because Eraon's future was so hard to read when Angela told his fortune.

I agree, and also with what happened with his sword and how it responded to brisingr. It might aslo be similar to the original Eragon's because Eragon has to rebuild the riders and and the old Eragon was the first leader.

I've been thinking that for a while. It would make perfect sense if Eragon's true name is similar to the first Eragon's true name, but either way I still think his true name has something to do with fate, fire, or both.

I don't know if his name would have to do with fate exactly. It seems it would be too broad to be a part of his name.

Fire is a good bet. A lot of things have happened to him that has to do with fire.

Brisingr was the first word Eragon said in the AL which is odd. Eragon also killed Durza with Brisingr. Also Eragon named his sword Brisingr. I bet you anything that Eragon will kill Galby by stabbing him through the heart with his flaming sword.

It will probably come down to a sword fight in the end. That's how a lot of things ended.

I found some hints that CP gave out about book four. I don't remember all of them, but one of them was that there would be a fight to the death in book four.

I hope it isn't between Murtagh and Eragon because we all know who would win there...
