Where are some really neat places U have seen?

I've been to Bishops Castle in Colorado
It's really kool, I've climed all the way to the top.

There is an adage that states, "If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself." The Bishop's castle is an admirable example of that thinking. Started in 1969 by Jim Bishop, the castle is a bit of architectural fantasy snug against the San Isabel National Forest in the mountains of Colorado. The land was destined to become a castle long before Mr. Bishop knew it, himself. But his neighbors could see it. He started the project intending to erect a cottage with the abundant local stone. As that stone was laid around a large water tank, people started to joke that it looked like the Bishop home was beneath a castle turret. It was several years before Mr. Bishop would see it, too. But once he did, his focus was attenuated – he was going to build a fairy tale castle on the land he loved. His ideas are so strongly rooted and so well thought out that there are no blueprints or plans. The king of this castle simply visualizes what he wants the next segment to look like, and then goes to work bending iron, felling trees, cutting rock and laying mortar. Decades of work have yielded surprising results. The castle is replete with arches, decorated with intricate ironwork, and sports a bell tower, a steeple, and stained glass windows. There is even a dragon on the premises. Its scales are stainless steel scrap from a local hospital, and it breathes fire from a hot air balloon burner. But the work of one man's hands cannot complete the project. The great castles of Europe were built by hundreds or thousands of people over the course of many years. In order for Jim to compete, and see his work finished in his lifetime, a group of volunteers has been allowed to build ancillary structures like the castle walls, and the gate.

Wow....taht would be awesome to go see....MAN!! Ive been to washington D.C....thats about it. I was in the NAtional Cathedral.

ive been to the sears tower and all the famous mueseums in chicago Illinois, ive gone to disney world 3 times, uhhhh, ive been to amsterdam, california's red wood foests, and i sampled wine in an honest to god winery in california, ive been to fort wachuca in arrizona(sp), uhm, ive climbed up Miller'speak in the arizona mountains, ive been down to yellowstone in montana, and ive been across the golden gate bridge on foot twice. i went rock climbing around the california coastal cliffs, ive scuba dived in the florda ocean, ive climbed up mt. doom, one of the sand dunes in michagan, ive seen the grand canyon in arizona while i was visiting my brother who serves the army, uhm, there's probably some more stuff, but i cant remember it.

That's a lot of places. I've been to different places in Califorina, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, Canada, Nevada, and Mexico.

wow big building ive been to alaska. and i live in maine. way across the continent

Well the only thing I can think of is the Four Corners.

iv been to idaho, texas and to a couple of bootcamps and army bases. I'am going to D.C. this summer.

ive lived in washington DC and London, been to Paris and Rome, Milan, and Venice, been to 47 states, and mexico, jamaica, the caribbean, the cayman islands, portugal, and i currently live in dallas

also been to disneyland and world, and houston, and was born in austin. ive also been to vatican city.

you guys wouldnt know it because its in australia, but ive been to questacon, theres everything, and i mean EVERYTHING!!! there. theres even a six metre slide!!!

I've been to New York and Nevada. Haven't seen many "cool" things there though. But I did go to Nintendo World, which is in New York City.

I've been to Universal Studios and Disneland/California Adventure! I'm going again for christmas this year. The farthest I've been from home is San Diego!

It was AWESOME!!!

at boondocks near salt lake city, theirs this really cool flight simulator. it's awesome, you controll it and it goes literaly any direction you want, even upside down! (it doesn't move forward and backward, but it feels like you do.)

Um... I've been to Central America, Washington, oregon, and, uh... Disneyland twice.

whear else have i been........? hmmm....let me think.....ive been to several army camps, courtesy of my brother whos IN the army, uhh......ive traveled to pennsylvania, flordia, ohio, missori, michigan, california, montana, new mexico, arizona, indiana, wisconsin, oregon, kentucky, virginia, mmmm....let me think....ill send another post in a minnet. i have to trace my memmories to see if i forgot any vacations from when i was younger.....

I've been to the Carribean a lot. I went to Turks and Cakos, Jamaica, Bonaire, Grand Cayman, Bermuda (and got sucked up by the triangle, lol), and I've been to Sacramento and San Fransisco California

I hsve been to Japan. I got one person mad at me but it was awsome!!!!!!!!

ive been to the St. Louis Arch about amillion time [used to live there then i moved] The Plaza here in k.c [it is so beautifull in the winter with all the lights] Scince city [here] and the Science Center [St. Louis]

I've been to Venice! but the water there smells so funny and it stinks

i have been to the grand canyon. and south carolia in USA. but this summer, im goin to PARIS!!!! also to canada bcuz thats where my aunt lives and my grandpa got me a beach house at Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and i can bring anyone i want this summer.
