Re: what is the most painful thing that has ever happened to you i fell down concret stairs at school and sprained my leg. a fluid sac under my knee leaked so i had some fluid in my knee, the put a bandages around the area so it wouldnt get infected, otherwise if it had all the fluid in my knee would of had to be withdrawn by a needle
