American Adult Swim will never have it (though they did look in to it they decided not to) after running the whole thing though the late night censors and all that fun stuff they only had about 3 eps of air time that would flow... (oh well) how ever, I have found a great place that has Full eps of 1-12 (they removed ep13 blast them all >.<) quality is a good enough

The one thing you want is someone to be there for you but your strong emotional defenses make that difficult if not impossible. Ehh.. this is a strange anime.. Don't get me wrong, I like anime, I can list off at least five shows that I love, and I'm a huge Gundam fan.. But some anime I just don't like. From what I've seen, this looks like one of the ones I wouldn't like..It's a weird feeling.. more like a vibe, actually.. very undescribable.

That video just made me want to watch the anime now

Nyu and Lucy are both Diclonius, lol. She doesn't change race every time her personality changes.

Basically, Lucy is the half of the personality that still has Diclonius instincts, which drive it to attempt to wipe out humanity and make way for the Diclonius, who are the next evolutionary step.

Nyu is still a Diclonius, but she has no instincts and no memory. Think of it like this:

The moment Lucy went into the consciousness of Nyu for the first time, it was as if she (Nyu) had just been born. Then Kohta and Yuka found her and brought her up as a human, not as a Diclonius, meaning her Diclonius instincts were never 'programmed' into her.

Just to clear something else up, Nyu still has the use of vectors, she just doesn't know about them, let alone how to use them. I do believe towards the end of the manga she discovers the use of them.

Oh, an add on to my above post explaining everything, the horns are slightly more significant than being cosmetic. If one is broken, the Diclonius goes into a deep coma, and if the second is broken they die.

This may not be a definite rule, however: At the end of the anime we are made to believe Lucy dies by having both of her horns taken, although it isn't 100% certain because you never actually see her after the point that her horns are knocked off, and in the manga they both get blown off and she regrows them, as well as coming back immensely more powerful, so perhaps the horns being blown off could be the equivelant of a bullet to the head? You'd generally die, but there have been extremely rare cases of survivors.

It's true, but it actually comes in between ep. 10-11.
It basically clarifies some plot lines in the first 10 episodes.
I haven't watched it yet because I can't find an English dub version and I'm a continuity stickler.

That's an interpretation of it, perhaps. Do you remember the very last scene?

It is, the anime's shorter by about a third of the manga. The manga is more fleshed out and it continues the story to a more complete ending. I haven't gotten there yet though.
