Skills: Jake skills were carving rock into magnificent statues. He made elves, dragons and even swords. Jake was also amazing at chipping at the rock to find diamonds. He knew what was in the rock before it came out completely. He was good at identifying constellations, he could tell the stars apart always.

Character Personality: Jake is very self-concerned. He always puts himself in front of others. He's narrow mined and doesn't have mush common sense. Jake rarely asks if anyone needs him or if he can do something, He just goes ahead and does it. His parents learned to put up with it. Jake likes to wonder away. He wonders for hours in the mine, he doesn't care if his parents are worried or not. When someone is in jeopardy, Jake just walks away whistling. Jake has a soft side though, when someone is depressed, he starts talking and they are normal in no time, happy as can be. He cares a lot when someones feelings are hurt and always stops to help and comfort them. He makes fun of people though, so he can make them feel better. Just so he can feel good. Jake isn't ever compassionate, when someone comes to him, he doesn't care much for them. He ignores anyone who comes to him with problems or just to talk. He isn't someone to talk to about news or just to chat.

Character History: Jake was born May 30th in the sands of the desert. He lived there until he was 2 years old then his family started traveling west. They would find water in puddles from rain in plains nearby, and steal food from the nearest food source. Jake and his family moved toward the mountains as wars began. They never taught Jake anything at all through the journey, never talking or pausing except for rest. When they reached the end of the desert, they started to the mountains. His parents hoped to keep him from having to fight when at the correct age. They reached the mountains 2 years later, talking none and doing the same things every day. They would walk until very late into the afternoon, then stop and rest and eat. Then continue moving. When they reached the mountains, Jakes mother Lily began teaching Jake to talk, him father James taught him to mine, then he started his career. At age 6 Jake found a source of many diamonds and rare gems, he told no one. He continued to mine at it for 3 more years. when he turned 9, he finally told his father about the source and they mined it together. At age 10, everything was mined and they had a large amount of money. He was happy. Then, they began spending the money on a good home and supplies for mining and getting food. A large amount went to Jake for finding it, though he had told no on e at all.

Weapons: An axe with an emerald in the middle of the axe along with an emerald at the bottom of it. The axe has a gold handle and a small emerald leaf on it. The blade is made of solid silver. He uses it to mine in the mines deep in the mountains, He found all the material there.

Likes: Jake likes to go to the mines and watch the diamonds glitter as they were being brought to the light. In the mornings he enjoyed watching the sun rise and at night, the sun set. He loved to hear the birds sing.

Dislikes: Jake doesn't enjoy fighting. When wars came, Jake immediately went to the mountains with his family and they began mining. Jake doesn't like to clean much or leave the mountains. He's very picky about what he eats.

Animal Companions: Jake's animal companion is a light brown chinchilla with sparkling bronze eyes. He loves it like his brother.

Character's Physical Description: Jake had a round face, not a circle, an oval. He had a bright green shirt with a sleeveless vest over the shirt that was a darker green. He wore the same darker green shorts, just above his knee caps. He wore dark brown leather boots with leafs lining the edge. He was very quick and agile. He had large muscles and a large upper-body. He was 3 1/2 feet tall and wore shoe size 12. (Kids today) He had smaller leg muscles, but could hold a bunch!

Dreams for the Future: Jake dreamed that when the wars were over he could travel to meet the elves in Du WeldenVarden. He wanted to study among them and see what they do.

Reason for Dreams: Jake dreamed these because when the wars started he had to stay in the mountains, he hoped to find something new he didn't know.

Alignment/side:Jake was not sided with anyone. He doesn't side with Galbatorix, or the Varden.
