My character, or my self for that matter, is known as Azusis Cielura. His name comes from the spanish word "azul" meaning blue. For his last name, ciel is again from the spanish word "cielo" meaning sky, and ura is from the latin suffix -oura meaning "tail." Hence, my name means "Blue Tail of the Sky," literally translated into English.

My name is Azusis Cielura. I like to consider myself a simple western dragon, but many label me differently. I come from a small family in the south. My mother was a white frost dragon, my father a dark blue from the north. He left when I was little. As for my own scale color, it's rather unique. With other dragons, or at least the ones I have met, colors are determined by a dominant/recessive allele, resulting in one color or another. However, each allele I receive from my parents ended up being co-dominant. Therefore, I am neither blue nor white. I'm light blue. The color of the sky on a clear day.

My underbelly is a lighter shade of blue that runs from underneath my snout, down along my belly and to the tip of my long, sinuous tail. On my hands, feet, snout, and wings I have a darker shade of blue.

The horns that adorn my skull are curved inward. My eyes are seagreen, the color of the ocean before you reach the continental shelf. I have no spikes, special features, or special abilities.

As for my personality, well, as my mate is so fond of telling me, I am rather feminine. I take care not to get my claws dirty I guess you could say. I'm somewhat of a loner and a book worm, preferring the presence of my mate and nature to that of humans. But I'm learning to deal with them I suppose. Some of them aren't that bad, at least when they're not trying to jab a piece of pointy metal into my scales.

I don't like to lead others, preferring rather to advise the leader or work completely on my own, complimenting my skills with the group's. Give me a direct order and I'll most likely shove it back in your own snout. I like to listen to my own common sense most of the time. In the rare occasions I've been angry, I've been told my eyes change, revealing a starburst of yellow color around the pupil. It's rarely seen.

The only piece of jewlery I wear is a tail ring, fixated about 1/3 of the way up my tail, held on by a small piercing. Its dark grey blue in color, symbolizing the union of me and my mate, Shadow. Shadow is my dragoness, my mate and my love, who above all other things comes first in my life. Threaten her, and you'll most likely not live to see another day.

That's the only time I would actually get angry. Otherwise.. lets just have fun and explore, eh? *smiles, swishing his tail back and forth*
