No Orrin wouldn't be a good king I don't think. Maybe Nasuada if somebody was with her that had high power.

lol..I don think Nasuada is fit to be the ruler..for one thing she thinks magicians are a nuisance..read the first few chapters of Eldest on the Varden's exploits in Surda..somewhere it's mentioned that she thought magicians were a nuisance and had to either be controlled or removed..that like totally whet me against her..
I'm thinking Roran and Katrina..because Oromis did say that the last descendants of King Palancar did reside in Carvahall in Palancar Valley..or maybe the Bloodring Kingdom will rise again

it's not mentioned Du Vrangr Gata or the Black Hand..it s mentioned as MAGICIANS..she's against the use of magic..I mean she in a way, wishes magic to leave Alagaesia

i dont really know who should be king/queen
-roran is good at leading people, but will probably just want to have a nice and normal life with katrina
-katrina hasnt actually showed any qualities that would make her a great leader (though she hasnt showed any that wouldnt...then again we've barely seen her)
-nasuada doesnt like magic
-orrin is to much of a goof
-eragon doesnt want to king
-arya is happy with her job of carrying the eggs back and forth, and when thats done shell probably just be happy with going home and spending time with her mom
-murtagh...well i think hes a little psycho..sorry to all his fans!lol

im all for Queen Nasuada! but i read somewhere,i cant remember where , things that cp was saying about book 3, and he said he made a big change in her character and that she might not be that supported anymore (or something like that) it kinda makes you think...

why can't the head of each race rule together

it may be a triad with dwarves elves and humans ruling together,or separate, but i think only humans dwarves and urgals will be left in alagasia during the happily ever after, because i say the elves go with eragon and the two remaining dragons to alalea to rebuilld there races

roran shouldnt be the king he should be a rider as for nasuada, who would be her heir?

I do not think that there is going to be a King over all of Alegasia, because that gives one more person just too much power.

I think roran and katrina would be happy just to settle down and have a family. he does have good qualities that would make him a great king, but he will probably do what ever katrina asks him to and we know so little of her. I think from what we have seen so far Nasuada is the best suited leader she deals well with both the dwarves and elves which is very important, she has also beging to understand the urgals she let them join her army. She is close to Orrin and would have his support. She may not like magic but magicians do have to be controlled, to much power in the wrong hands is dangerous, look what galby used his powers for and the twins.

I say that Roran will be the next king of Alagaesia.

You guys do know Eragon said he would be king if nobody else will be... Then agian, he's fated to leave Alagaisea (sp) forever. And CP might not even say who the new ruler is. Maybe nobody will rule.
