Wil stood at a small break in the dark forest. The trees around him loomed ominously, as if bidding him back to bed. He wouldn't go. This was his chance to prove himself to his allies. He was clothed in a dark tunic, a dark pair of slacks, and a cloak as black as night. Being a friend of the elves, he could have come by day, but he wasn't sure the elves were ready for the secret he was about to hear. He wasn't even sure if he was ready, but take the plunge he had. He remembered recieving the letter bidding him come to this spot immediately earlier that morning. The handwriting was beautiful, and the human runes too perfect for an Elvish hand. That was his guess, at any rate. Not sure he could trust the contact, He'd scouted the surrounding area before and found no traps to walk into. There were no tell-tale signs of an ambush, but he'd always have to be careful of that...Wil heard a sound in the darkness, and turned his head toward it. In the velvety blackness, he couldn't be sure of whether it was the person he thought or another, more sinister being. Wil stepped back a pace and prepared himself for battle nonetheless.

Skolirio was riding Zepher through Du Weldenvarden after a trip to the outskirts. When he heard a commotion in the sky. There was a huge black....figure fighting a dragon. Then the Dragon's rider fell from the saddle and hurtled toward the ground.
" Zeph you think we should check that out? "
" Sure we got nothing else to do. "
At this Zepher let out a laugh sounded a lot like a growl.
Skolirio barely got to the clearing where to his surprise three people were. On with blades drawn standing very still and two others. One was obviously the rider and he didn't have any idea who the other could be. And the Dragon he saw fighting had also landed in the clearin destroying some of the forest with it.
" Hello, could i ask whats happening? "
Zepher let out a howl. He didn't like not being the biggest creature in the clearing.

Kit! Danagon thought as he saw Shyara and Kit come in to the clearing. The figure was still locked in place. "Explain while I heal!" Danagon yelled, running over to Shyara. "Weiss Heill." Danagon whispered, hand on Shyara. He looked at Kit. "What happened?" Danagon had seen these bruises on Phaylnx and others. Shade! Danagon thought. Andep suddenly roared in pain. Danagon looked towards the sky.

Andep got hit in the side by the black creature. Andep knew it was a creature made by a Shade. He roared at it, green fire burning it. They brawled back and forth untill the shade got him square in the chest, then attacked his wings. Andep began falling in to the clearing with Danagon. Andep, no! The creature disinegrated. Levitate!Danagon yelled in the ancient language. That was the last thing Andep heard before he lost conciousness.

Danagon wavered. All this magic. Andep levitated above the ground and slowly fell. When he had hit the ground, Danagon also fainted from not having enough energy. The final thing he did was release the Triblood from his Stay spell.

OOC: Thing that attacked Shyara was like a Shade and if a real Shade attacked Andep then we can say that the creature was made by a Shade. I think I'm going to wait till everyone else that wanted to join has had good chance to do that.

OOC: If you want you can extend your entrance so you begin walking or something and suddenly you are hurt to badly you fall next to Danagon in the clearing! *Cheer* I wanna see people heal the almost-dead Andep, the out-of-energy Danagon, and hurt-so-badly Saheit. Andep is on one side of the clearing, Danagon in the other so you can fall next to Danagon Hes looking for a girlfriend!

OOC: Ok, Lightning Rider you can go. So you entered the clearing, with a dragon on the ground, a standing rider, and a by stander. THere is also a man just standing to the distant. Then one figure dressed in white went and healed the dragon. THen a green dragon and black figure fought over head and the black figure dissapeareed and the green dragon fell. The figure dressed in white levitated the dragon so it would land softly and fainted. then a female elf (i believe) ran in tired and scared and fainted next to the figure dressed in white. Now do whatever ha ha.

Skolirio and Zephyr seemed to be ignored because of the battle overhead. All th others eys were on the fight that was lost, so only he saw the woman come into the clearing clearly disorientated. She stumbled rather close to Skolirio and Zephyr. Then all of a sudden she fell to the ground at Zephyrs feet.
" Wow looks like dinner came to me. " Zephyr told Skol letting out a throuty laugh, well more of a growl.
" Yea Zeph she looks scared here lay down we can prop her up against you, your fur is warm and ill grab a blanket. "" Is this all i'm good fer' now a'days? "" Shutup Zeph, you know thats not true. "" I know but it is always fun to mess with you. "Skolirio grabbed the women, who was elvish, she was taller than him with rather long hair and was very light, rather beautiful Skolirio thought to himself. He propped her against Zephyr's big furry body, then went to his pack to get a blanket. The elven women didn't seem unconciouss per se, but she was definetly out of it.
" If you can hear me, I am Skolirio son of none and you are not in danger, well from us and this large dog here is not gonna hurt you either. We will try to help you the best we can. "
Skolirio turned away, but positioned himelf in front of the woman. He looked around the clearing.
" So yea I'm still looking for an explanation. I just saw a dragon defeated by a shade or some type of dark spirit. Another dragon and its rider, im assuming. And a hooded figure who hasn't said a word. I also feel like that one in white is that green dragons rider. Why do i get the feeling i walkied into something more adventerous than i can imagine? "

" I am Skolirio, and the wolf is Zephyr. The elven woman isn't hurt as much as she is scared and disorientated, she ran to the clearing and dropped to the ground and she hasn't spoken since. There is no need to heal her though you are tired i can tell. Anyways your dragon might still need you, the spectre it fought was powerful. " Skolirio was still confused but try to force on an air of conidence. While he spoke he never left his post in front of the woman.
" Do you know the others? " Skol directed the question towards the rider.
" Hey Skol be ready for a fight we know not if these people are friend or foe. "
" I know Zeph, do not worry I am always ready you know that. And if it comes to a fight we will protect the woman. "

OOC: Me too. I call going next though! And who's soothing voice was it? I have to thank you.

Skolirio noticed this Danagon looking at the elf woman for most of his speech. But, he didn't blame him she had an air about her that was powerful yet fragile and beautiful. Then she stirred. He almost spoke to her but she seemed to have plans for herself she healed her wounds and began to eat a peice of food from her pack. So Skolirio reluctantly drew his eyes away.

" Danagon, you need not ask if anything you were here first. But yes the woman needs to rest and i try to follow fates signs so i will stay as well. As will Zephyr. I will help to prepare the camp, I can cook if you would like while you tend to your dragon. I know it must hurt you to see him like that. "

Skolirio while wanting to leave and go back to his life of more or less solitude, wanted to be loved by people, he wanted friends. He had to try.

" Your okay with this right, Zeph? "
" Of course these creatures are likeable enough. "

" Well then its settled we are camping here tonight. "

Skolirio almost laughed out loud at what he was seeing. Danagon the rider found his love at her first sight it seemed like. Skolirio wouldn't interfere then he wasn't looking for a mate quite yet, but soon maybe. Skolirio walked towards the dragon not close enough to touch but rather close. Zeohyr cut contact to him. Skol knew he hated the dragons when they first met, but he would come around.

" I was just travelling with my companion, when i heard and witnessed the battle between the other rider and his dragon. I rushed here to see what was going on. Then everything just happened rather quickly. And here we are now healing and learninf more about eachother. " Skol walked over and saw tents and such by the saddle and gestured towards them, " Are these the supplies, i will set up camp while your dragon is healed, you guys will be hungry soon enough. " Skol laughed at the end.

" Hey Zeph don't be rude. "" You know how i feel. "" Do not be so targic, jsut cause your not the biggest beast an- "" You do not even understand! " and with that Zephyr ran into the forest.

" Ugh Zephyr why won't you tell me why you hate them? " Skolirio muttered under his breath.

OOC: i feel...forgotten...lol.

IC: Wil dropped. The spell had relaxed his muscles so much in such a short time. Damn, I'm out of shape. he thought as he pushed himself up. He looked around. The scene wasn't much to look at. In what had been an empty clearing was now what looked like a regiment of Dragon Riders. "Holy..." he started. He turned to the one who had spoken to him. "Yeah, I'm Wil, and I got this weird letter." he gave the letter to the other. Something didn't feel right. Something...dark was watching them. Wil searched around mentally and found the oppressing darkness. He drew his blade and started to walk adjacent to the direction, and then, quick as a hunting dragon, he sprinted toward the dark feeling.
Wil slashed, barely missing as the shadow-shape twisted around his blade. He gripped the blade with both hands and thought, Brisingr. The blade and the area five feet around him erupted in a circling ball of flame. The shadow screamed and disappeared. Wil looked around, felt the attack coming, and dodged just enough. A small gash appeared in his left side, just below his arm. Too close... Sweat was working its way into his eyes, making them sting with pain. He as much of it away with his shoulder as he could and jumped away from another fatal strike, this one slicing a paper-thin cut into his head just above his ear. He wondered if the others even knew what was going on. "Help would be nice!" he shouted, a little frustrated. He dodged a third attack that sliced open his forehead and added blood to the sweat pouring into his eyes.

Skolirio had watched the....Triblood it was called he believed....walk into the forest and coould just barely make out the fight between Wil and the shade. Wil was losing and he had recieved some small wounds, but he seemed able enough. Skolirio was unaware he was the only one watching until the Triblood called for help.
" Ugh i guess ill have to step in and save the creature. "
Skolirio drew his blades Justice and Fate and charged into the forest where the fight was happening.
" Kveyka! "
Justice and Fate burst into Lightning. Skolirio led with a stab at the shade's stomach to make it back off of the Triblood who was practically blind from the sweat and blood dripping into his eyes. The shade backed up but attacked again, Skol blocked the attack and tried to retaliate but the shade was quite aggressive and wouldn't give Skol a second to think. Skol was blocking all of the attacks, but his arms grew tired from the canstant action. Skol blocked and backed away quickly buying some time. The Shade was on him in a second, Damn Skolirio thought to himself. Skol parried by deflecting the blade across his body, but he wasn't fast enough and recieved a deep cut on his side. THe cut enraged Skolirio and he went on the attack. He was feinting and slashing the opposite way but no matter what the shades blade was there. It was so fast. Finally Skol slipped a blade through and cut the beast on its side, the lightning burned the beast and it howled iin pain.
" Hey Triblood you can step in whenever you need too. " Skol yelled as he backed away a little. He wasn't outmatched but he didn't feeling like wasting this energy when he had allies with him. And his mind wasn't in the right place either, he wanted to know where Zeph was. He didn't want him to get attacked when he was alone.

OOC: Yea sorry i posted agin somewhat quickly, but i think we should make an order. Wil, Me, Aorian, Princess Arya, ANd kit when he returns on monday

Danagon heard a clang, a plea for help, and then saw Skolirio run where the Triblood was now. "Stay here." Danagon whispered to the elven girl. Danagon ran forward, charging the Shade. He plunged his sword in to the Shade's chest while Skolirio and Wil distracted him. The Shade dissapeared, and Danagon realized he had missed the heart and the Shade had given up. Andep made his way over there. Suddenly there was black over head. "Duck!" Danagon yelled, forcing SKolirio and the Triblood down. But the shade grabbed his arm anf took him hostage in the air. Andep erupted in flight. Andep and the shade continued fighting. You will not beat me! Danagon drew Wilae. "Brisingr!" He yelled, plunging it at the Shade. This time he got what he wanted, the hand. He opened his eyes to see ANdep not able to come down, the Shade fighting him. The next thing he saw was that he was falling in the air in to the clearing

OOC: For people just joining:

-A Triblood and Danagon/Andep got a ltter to come here. Danagon is dressed in white, Andep is green, and the Triblood is wearing black.

-Kit and SHyra came after SHyra fought with a shade creature

-Andep fought a shade creature in midair. he was ambushed because he saw a girl running and was scared and he was flying down to her when the shade ambushed him from the side.

-The girl fell by Skol and Zyph who also came out of no where and fainted

-Danagon has a huge crush on the girl

-Danagon levitated Andep when he fell so that he wouldn't hit the ground hard and then Danagon fainted.

-Danagon then went over to the girl, zyph, and skol

-the girl woke up and healed unconsciousness andep

-Danagon tried to talk to her when the triblood screamed for help. He and Skol fought and Danagon missed the heart of the shade. THere was silence when the shade dissapeaared, followed by black right above skol, the triblood, and danagon.

-Danagon forced the other two down and the shade grabbed Danagon's hand, hauling him in to the air.

-Andep and the Shade creature dragon fought in midair and Danagon sliced the claw holding his hand. Danagon fell free falling, ceratin of death. Andep couldn't get down to him.

-The girl, Saheit, levitated Danagon and then let him fall. Danagon was only left with a circle around his hand (a scar) as a memory when she healed him.

-Andep gave some energy to her only to be told not to.

-Danagon asked her what happened and how she had gotten here and she said she didn't know and walked away. Andep of course knows since she was the distraction he saw that ended up with him being ambushed.

-Saheit is sitting in a tree, Kit and Shyra are together, ANdep and Danagon are close to each other (although Danagon more than anything wants to go over and talk to her.) And The Triblood and Skol are together. Zeph ran away, scared. Andep is going to go talk to her about what happened since he saw it.

AND THATS THIS ENTIRE STORY LINE SO FAR IN ONE POST!

Elfrida glared at the trees and rubbed her long face scar thoughtfully, her Werecat blood was acting up again, giving her knowledge that someone would need. She quickly changed to a cat and climbed the nearest tree, and jumped in surprise at seeing a human in a tree. "Who are you human? she asked in her mind she called out to her Horse and Wolf friends and told them to be careful, and studied the human in front of her. she changed back to Elf form and lifted the human's chin softly, and looked into her eyes. "Tell me your grief, child" she said, "and I will help you the best I can."

OOC: sorry that Elfrida called Saheit "child" but that's how she is...

Danagon drifted in to a light sleep.

Andep walked over to Saheit. I wouldn't touch her if I were you. He said, smirking. He then gestured towards Danagon. He's never had a girlfriend. Girls of course fell in love with him from age 11-18, but he never found interest. I don't know if he loves you or just wants to protect you since what you did. Also I need to thank you Saheit. And I saw what happened...I think I can explain some gaps. So he told them what he saw.

Earlier...

Why would she travel with him! He is not clean of spirit. But what is he! Andep watched the girl and boy walk through the forest. Suddenly he saw a dark figure. He used his vison. Shade! He used it as a curse. The man quickly dissapeared. It all made sense. The shade had obtained that elf. THe elf was no longer needed and was either killed or returned to where he was obtained. Then the shade clapped his hands and turned into the black devil, as Danagon called it, in Andep's mind the super-blac-evil-scary-dragon-looking-thing. He knocked the girl over once, and ANdep was already flying faster to catch up. He did it a second and third time. Andep knocked him over and began fighting him while the girl ran. She was going to Danagon, good. Andep roared. The shade had cut a cut along his right hind leg. He bagan fighting, and then they went thorught the air, circling each other. Andep flew to Danagon in escape, but the Shade caught him. He was over Danagon now. He slashed at the thing as hard as he could, breathing fire or all colors now. Another strike, this time along Andep's neck. ANd Andep fell, just like Danagon did a hour later. He saw the shade dissenegrate, and heard Danagon yell before he was knocked uncosciosness.

Now...

I guess fate brought us together. Andep finished. Danagon opened his eyes. He sat up, and looked over at them, one eye brow raised. Andep chuckled and nodded, and Danagon layed back down, supposedly *sleeping* although Andep knew he was eavsdropping now.

OOC: Okay guys lets try not to jump too far ahead of people lol

Skolirio was standing by the Triblood whoom he just shared a battle with. He was thinking about the fight that just took place. Danagon saved him and almost died because of it. He was a good man, with a good heart.

" Hey Triblood, your a warrior. I like you more already. " With that Skol walked away not waiting for a reply.

He made his way towards the downed rider. But, then something crazy happend he passed out.....again. So Skol decided to thank him later. Then the woman walked away from the group looking very....scared. Skol wanted to talk to him but was unsure if he should wait, cause he could tell alreadyy Danagon couldn't keep his eyes off the woman.

Zephyr where have you been?I am trully sorry I was very frustrated, it won't happen again. I got to far and when i heard the commotion I knew I wouldn't make it in time, but I tried.
It's okay Zeph I am glad you are back, I missed you. Ill fill you in over here, come on.

Skolirio and Zephyr went to a small tree, about 10 feet from Danagon. Skolirio explained the attack to Zephyr who was angry with himself for not being there.

"Name's Wil, and thanks." Wil called. He walked over to the man (young or no, he was still older than Wil) lying unconscious in the soft grass. He didn't feel too drained himself, and therefore transferred a decent amount of energy into the man's body-enough, that was, to at least keep him on decent terms with life. Then he got up and walked away to another, smaller clearing. It wasn't too far of a walk but it gave him the space he needed to think. He sat at the base of an old, strong tree that looked like a magically changed form of the oak trees he remembered from back home, and contemplated everything wrong with the situation.


ooc: i did post, but then skol disappeared from Wil's side, and my post wasn't right anymore. lol, so i changed it.

OOC: Ha i had Skol go over and talk to you and now im all confused lol

SKol noticed to Triblood walk over to where Danagon was laying and it looked like he transferred some energy into the rider. Then he walked away to a clearing where he was probably contemplating this whole crazy situation.

Skol was somewhat interested in the werecat that had appeared, so he decided to walk over the the group. Skol had always found werecats intriguing and eccentrc. They always knew more than they told and often spoke in riddles. They were more or less fun.

" Hello werecat, I am Skolirio. And My lady I am glad to see you up and about it seems you have gained your strength back. It was amazing what you did for Danagon, I thank you for he saved me and i owe him. " Turning away from the elf he looked to the werecat again, " have you any idea what has been happening here? "

Wil started back toward the group. He saw Saheit storm off, and followed her instead. He followed from up above, in the trees, but he figured she still knew he was there. He dropped beside her at the dark creek. "Don't worry about him. He's just infatuated. Interest can do hell on the mind and manners, you know. I'm Wil, by the way. Nice to meet you..." he held out his hand. His tone raised a little at the end of the sentence to imply that he had not yet actually met her.

Skolirio felt that the atmosphere was somewhat tense. But, he stayed anyways and still got no answers as usual. Danagon tried to lighten the mood with a joke.

" Well almost dying does make the day more interesting. " Skol said trying to keep things friendly.

Skol then noticed Danagon breaking up the group so that no arguments errupted. The rider was smart he would give him that.

" Yea I will help set up camp, and we can get our food later. I see you do not eat meat aswell. " Skol wasn't to surprised most people who could use magice knew that animals were not moral to eat.

Then Danagon made the mistake of trying to whisper something so that an elf wouldn't hear. Seheit stormed away rom the area. Rookie mistake.

Then Danagon completly frustrated stormed off with Andep. He entered Skol's mind telling him to take a shot at Seheit. Skolirio wasn't going to do that though, they were friends forged through battle in a short time. Danagon wanted this woman so he backed off, but he did sit rather close to where she was so that nothiing bad would happen to her. Then Wil went over to talk to her. And Skol kinda o listened to the surroundings.

Skol heard a slight movement in the sky. He thought it was just the wind, but then a black figure passsed overhead going right for the area where Seheit and Wil were.

Skol jumped to his feet and sprinted towards the clearing while he opened his mind to search for danagon.

Danagon, get back now!

Then he yelled out loud to Zephyr.

" Zephyr time to wake up and redeem yourself. "

Wil looked around and saw the dark form. "Saheit, what is it?" he asked. No shade, surely. he thought. A shade would've attacked by now. He felt more than saw Skolirio coming to the creek.

Careful. It's no shade, but apparently Saheit knows it. he sent. He watched the scene apprehensively, not sure what he could do to help.

Wil felt his heart give a halfhearted (excuse the pun) twinge at Saheit's suggestion that he hunt. His father's voice deadened any feeling that might have welled though.

He could see his father's face very clearly. It was illuminated by the candle flickering weakly near the bed. His father's face was sheet-white, an extremely pale color for a vampire. His father's words, his prophecy, rang in his ears, still. Careful, boy, about your relationships. Care for everyone you can, but don't get to close to anyone. You are a curse to any woman-or man, if you end up sliding that way-that wants to be close to you. You'll cause nothing but misery for anyone you get involved with. Care, but keep your distance.

Wil shook his head and cleared it of memory. He gave Saheit a weak, caring smile. "Thanks." he stated simply, and then ran off to hunt.

He reached out with his mind, enraged at himself for sticking so closely to his father's false prophecy. He found an innocent deer roaming nearby and slaughtered it's mind. He then struck a tree with his closed fist, shattering a good amount of the base. He wasn't himself. "You are nothing but a worthless piece of trash, a blight on this land!" he growled in an alien voice. But it wasn't alien. It was the voice of his father, cold, clear, and menacing. Anyone listening would've cringed at the sound of that voice.

Skolirio stopped his race to seheit, she clearly was fine. She was telling Wil that no one was to attack it. Why would she want it alive? It was a strange situation, but Skol wouldn't attack the creature if there was no need.

" Zephyr false alarm. "" I know, but I feel like the werecat is in trouble I heard something over there, we should check it out "

Skol and Zeph walked over to where the werecat used to be, but found nothing. Then they heard some commotion a little ways away. The sprinted t the spot to see th werecat on the ground and a short elf standing over her. Skol didn't know much about the werecat, but she was useful and held a lot of information. She was innocent in his eyes and therefore needed to be protected.

Skol looked at the attacker. Skol recognized him as a skilled swordsman by the way he balanced himself. It would be fun.

" I do not know who you are, but you will leave her and go if you would like to enjoy your live a little bit longer. "

Skol cocked his head towards Zephyr.

" Stay out of this one no matter what happens alright. And tell anyone else who comes I want this fight, its a test for me and I must pass or fail on mine own. "

Skol was unsure if the others would let him die if it came to that, but Skolirio wanted to test his strength. He would go all out here and see what it got him.

Wulfe frowned at the approach of someone, then turned completely to face his opponent. He laughed a bitter laugh, 'every time I nearly capture her something happens." he said, "It will be a pleasure to watch you die." Wulfe drew his sword, stepped into a defending sword stance, and waited for his opponent to make the first move, after stating his rule first of course. "No Magic, this is a sword fight, you would die if you tried using it against me anyway." A rule he himself would break if his opponent turned out to be better than he thought...

OOC: You can do the sword fight.

OOC: You want me to control Wulfe too?

OOC: I find it easier if one person does the sword fight than if two do, so yes

OOC: Tell me what an ideal ending or the fight would be....obviously you dont want wulfe to die lol

Skolirio watched the elf draw his blade. It was a hand and a half sword. He carried it with the stance of a fighter. The elf made a proposal of no magic. Obviously that was in Skol's favor, but he couldn't wrap his swords in lightning then. So Skol drew his swords, and decided to attack first.

Skol rushed in fast stabbing with both blades at his enemies stomach. The elf parrried the blow blocking the blades to his side, then tried to slash down on Skolirio's back. Instead of fighting the parry though Skol follwed through it and was out of the way, before the slash connected. Skol turned around and slashed at the elf's feet with Fate and then stabd at his stomach with Justice. The elf was fast though and somehow all three swords hit together.

Damn he is good, but im better I can beat him.

Skol rushed in again and clashed blades. Then finally their blades locked and it was impossible for either to gain the upper hand. But then Skol heard Danagon'svoice in his head saying he could win and a burst of energy flowed into him giving him the upper hand.

Skol pushed back hard and the elf retreated. Skol pushed forward and came across with a slash at both sides of the elf's sides. The elf got his blades there a second too slow and recieved a gash across his left side.

" And you recieve the first wound elf. Give up now you are no match for me. "

OOC: He can end up losing and leaving quickly. (don't wound him too much )

Wulfe growled in his throat. Maybe he should change forms and see how this double swordsman fought then! Wulfe called in his mind to his two "helpers" and told them to be ready to fly, and ordered them to capture Elfrida while he distracted their enemies.

Death Haunt, and Blacknight arrived at almost the same time, and saw Wulfe. Death h. howled in rage, and Blacknight flattened her ears against her skull, but the just stopped and watched, willing Skolirio to win.

Elfrida regained conciseness but had no strength to stand. How? she wondered. Her scar always alerted her when Wulfe was near. Well almost always. She moved her hand to her face and felt her blood flowing free. "Not again" she thought.

OOC: hah okay prolly only one more strike will connect then he can escape if thats alright. Im assuming we shouldn't let elfrida get captured.

Skolirio noticed the werecat stir and her companions arrive, but he kept his eyes on the el the whole time.

" I have trained my entire life with a blade, you were a fool to try and best me. "

Skol charged in again fenting high and going low. The elf blocked in barely. Then Skol spun and tried a backhanded blow the the elf blocked quickly. As soon as skol heard the metal connect he pulled back and stabbed at his stomach. The elf stepped back quickly dodging the blow. Skol wasn't going to relent. He rushed in and stabbed directly at the elf's head. The elf parried and tried to go on the offensive. He came from the side and slashed at Skol's leg. Sko blocked it easily and shoved the elf aside.

" Okay last chance, surrendr or die. "

OOC: Remember when your done fighting to see Danagon and Saheit in front of a shadow monster ha ha

OOC: haha yea i know....the fight should go on for one more post form me and one more from morwen and then Skol ansd zephyr will join you two

Skolirio saw the shades and knew this was going to be trouble. He reached out his mind to all in the forest. Zehpyr steeped in aswell now knowing that the one on one fight was over

Danagon, Wil, Seheit, Andep, whoever can hear me get here now!

Skolirio stepped next to the werecat and stood by her protectively. Zephyr charged one of the shades and jumped at its throat. Zephyr missed his mark, these shades were fast. Zephyr hit the ground and turned to lunge again, but the shade was faster and had gotten on his side. The shade showed no mercy and slashed across Zephyr's side. The cut was shallow but it still bled a lot and hur even more. Zephyr tooke the blow and got closer the shade biting at its throat.

Skolirio knew that they needed help, and they needed it fast. They needed blades against blades not just these beasts, they were no match. Skol transfered some energy to Zephyr, then he turned to the elf.

" You coward! " Then he charged in so as to finish the fight. Again the locked blades.

OOC: Sorry Aorian, but they way this is going we will meet around the shadowy thing after this fight....unless elfrida wants to get captured

Skol had pretty much given up the thought of getting any help now. They should have been here by now. What is going on.

" Zeph track the cat if he goes after the werecat stop him, but only attack if he does. " Skol said out loud concentrating on the fight. He charged at the shade Zephyr was fighting so Zeph could break away. Skol and the shade clashed. Skolirio was tired from his fight withe the shapeshifter thing he fought earlier. But, he could hold off a shade for awhile atleast.

Zphyr never replied he just ran, Skol knew he would never let him down.

Wil I need your help, please get back here.

Skol wasn't sure if he could survive this, he needed help. He needed people. Further proof that him being cold to others all his life was a wrong decision. Atleast if he died here we would learn his mistake throughout life. He promised himself he would change for good if he got out of this alive.

Skol jumped back from the shade.

" Kveyka! " His blades burst into lightning.

" Die shade! "

Skolirio was fighting one of the shades. Then close to him one shade just disappered. Well he wasn't going to complain but it was starnge. He was still fighting his enemy though with all he had. He was tired and losing ground though. Then one of Elridas companions opened her energy to Skol. Skol took some, just enough to defeat the shade. He knew he couldn't get it in the heart, but sclicing his head would make him dissappear. SKol attacked viciously until an attack finall slipped through catching the shade on the side of his face. The shade howled in pain and turned to run. Skol let him run and turned to his allies.

" Thank you for your help in my battles. I might have died. "

Zephyr returned then tired and panting.

Skol he left the forest
Good, thank you Zephyr you are a true warrior and a true friend.

" We should return to the others. They never answered my call for help something may be wrong. I called to Wil twice even. I am very worried. "

For the first time Skol noticed the werecat unconciouss. He walke over to her and lifted her. She was light. He took her to the campsite and layed her on a blanket. He told her companions to guard her and when she woke up, to tell her to find him.

Skol and Zeph then set out to find Danagon, Seheit, and Wil. How could they have offered no help. Something better be wrong.

OOC: Yay you get to meet Danagon's brother!


"Saheit! Saheit! It's a distraction! C'mon!" She wouldn't budge. "Saheit!" He said grabbing her hand. "We have to go! It is not friendly!" The creature shapeshifted in to a human. "How do you know I am not friendly child?" Danagon lunged a sword but it shifted back in to the shadow. "There are three, maybe four people in the world who can help us right now. Lucky for us, I know one." Danagon yelled. He yelled as loud as he could. ANd then, in the shadow, came a light. "Eliza!" Danagonyelled.Danagon?Eliza had breathed white fire, or Ice Fire, all over the shadow. Eliza changed silver and began fighting the creature, Drenor on her back. "Do you always have to get in trouble little brother?" Drenor yelled. Andep!I'm here!Andep appeared over head. Danagon hopped on. He found about thirty arrows and three bows. Good. "Saheit, catch!" And he threw one bow and a pack of arrows after that. He saw Skol come out of the clearing, and he threw another bow and 10 arrows to him. Eliza and the black thing were not circling each other in the air. Andep burst in to the air. All of a sudden the creature turned in to a black dragon. It was about to attack Eliza when Danagon strum an arrow and released it, hitting the dragon's wing.

OOC: I am kinda confused on how Drenor and Eliza got here lol

OOC: They were in the area when i yelled ha ha. lets just say they were tracking shades. eliza was in her white form when she breathed the fire so she breathed white fire. hope that explains. Also the cats saying reminds me of "We must hang together, or we will all hang seperatly."

Skolirio was unsure what to do. He was a terrible shot and might hit his comrades. He decided to stay on the ground and fight if he got the chance. The riders could handle it.

Then the werecat ran up and spoke such a riddle to the elven woman. Skol didn't know what it ment.

Then the elf began to sing, it was beautiful. Skol immeadiatly wished he couls just lay thre and be peaceful. He looked at the woman. She looked so beautiful.

SKol knew she was to be Danagon's if anyones. But he doubted she could be tamed. She was so wild and beautiful.

Wil was furious with himself. His father's voice played in his head like a broken record, and it only added fuel to the fire of his rage. He didn't want to be alone. He didn't want to lead a life without allies or friends or love, for the gods' sake. He felt completely alone, and completely in control. It was control that he had difficulty with. Too much, and he was crazy and alone. Too little, and he felt his life slipping by him. He felt himself tearing apart from the strain of it.
Then a shadow flitted by. Shade. Damn shade. You'll die! he thought. He sprinted after it, moving faster than he ever felt he had before. He caught up with the shadow easily, and it melted into a humanlike shape. The shade grinned as it pulled out its blade. The blade was so thin that Wil had trouble believing it could stand against his own. This latter he drew forth and clutched in both hands before his body. They stood there for a moment, shade with its blade loosely in one hand and Triblood with his blade gripped firmly. It was tense. Then the tension fell away as the shade melted into the darkness. Wil barely got his blade to the right in time to parry the blow. He struck out at the receding darkness, only to have it twist around his blade. He was still too slow to duel a shade. He went on the defensive and continued to block the shade's attacks.

Danagon stopped. All of them, stopped. And time froze. Andep and Eliza lowered. Danagon felt the wind blow for him, his hair flying in front of him. Danagon listend to Saheit sing. "I'm sorry." he said. Weiss Heill. He quietly walked over to the dragon and got the arrow out. The wound healed, and the shapeshifter returned to its normal shadow form."I'm sorry." He muttered again. "I had lost the day I was born. All of you are bound to hate me. My fate has always been to betray my friends. And then to kill myself. I've never been very close to anyone. Now that I have met them....I just couldn't let them die." And with that, Danagon walked in to the forest. As he got to the edge of the tree line he said, "I am Danagon Galbratorixson." and he continued walking. He saw Drenor and Eliza try to follow him, along with Andep, but he told them through mental contact not to. He found a tree, layed down under it, and began silently reciting the prophecy he was supposed to fulfill. "If he gets the chance he will betray you, unless he can find out what his meaning in the world it."

OOC: If anyone else wants to talk to Danagon, feel free to.

Skolirio saw Danagon apologize and recite a horrid prophecy. Danagon had become Skolirio's friend in this shhort time he felt he should help him. So, Skol told Zephyr to stay away and to let Skol go alone to speak with the young rider.

" Danagon. You are a son to the king? This is a surprise, it truly is. Bt it makes no difference to us you have saved me and I owe you mine life. Do not feel bad for your rash decision. You acted in haste but your actions reflected that of a truly good and honest man. You will be forgiven. "

Skolirio was bad with sympathy, he was always to short and rash, but he felt this time he did better. Not the best but better. Skolirio didn't want to see Danagon like this he really didn't.

Quick Reply: "I just don't want to be a monster. I don't want to be the man my father is. I want to be Kondefson, to die in battle. I have told 4 people of this before: Drenor, Gavina, Ciar, and Phaylnx."

" I am truly sorry for your burden. It makes me not knowing my father seem like a good life. But, you should not be ashamed of who your father is, your are not him. You, You are Danagon the mighty rider of Andep. You have fought shades and shadows. You have saved countless lives. You are a hero. "

Skol said these things from his heart. He wasn't even aware he was telling so much. He really did want friends to help him reach his goals.

" Danagon, I am your friend. No matter who your father is. I am honored that you told us of this secret you bear, it must be a weight offf your shoulders. But trust me you will not be held accountable for his actions. "

Saheit stopped singing. She had stopped the fighting that's what mattered.

She listened as Danagon apologize. She did not speak at this she just listened then shock surged through her as she listened to him say who his father was.

She did not go after him as he walked away.

Usha She walked to where the shadow figure had retreated to. She did the honorary elven bow.

Saheit looked up in surprise. The shadow was in the form of a beautiful woman now. She was dressed in a silver gown.

What have you come for?

Him She pointed at Danagon

Saheit's eyes widened. She had known him for only a short while but she felt a connection to him.

You wonder why I come for him child? He has great power that he does not yet know he may cause a great evil in this land. This cannot happen I am here to keep balance.

Saheit did not know what to do she was torn Usha did not show herself to just anyone she was a forest spirit a goddess she could not go against her.

Please let me handle this I will make sure he does not take the wrong path.

Usha thought about this for a moment. You are daughter of the forest young Saheit. I do not come for you. I come for him. However, I will give you this chance. You are friend to me however, if you cross me it will cost you your life.

With that the beautiful woman turned into a shadow and left. Saheit let out a sigh. Now what? I'm bound by my word to the son of Galbratorix. She did not know what to do so she just stood there looking at the spot Usha had just been.

Wil growled fiercely and cut again at the shade. Again, his blow met only air. His arms felt as lead, and he was breathing in short, ragged bursts. The shade laughed at him. "You shall not last much longer." it said. It brushed strands of long, black hair out of its face, and looked at him with golden eyes. "Give up now. Why must this go on when we both know you will die here?"
Wil just spat at the thing's feet. "I will never-" he fell to his knees, his sword holding a good part of his weight now. He gasped for breath. He knew as well as the shade that he wouldn't last much longer. He got weakly to his feet. "I will fight until my dying breath." he said between gasps of breath.
"Suit yourself." The shade hardly looked winded. Wil had landed nary a scratch on the demon, and had himself been cut a few times. He armed sweat from his forehead and prepared for another attack.

Wil fell to his knees again (also propping himself on his blade, again), and caught his breath. He wiped more sweat from his brow and stood when he'd regained composure.
"Yeah, I'm okay. Thank you." he gave her a grateful smile. "I don't know how long I could've lasted. I'm no match for a shade." he sat down on the ground. "Bah, no match for a shade...what use am I if I can't even kill-nay, can't even harm a shade?" he asked. He looked to Saheit for an answer he knew could only come from himself.

Skolirio had heard the fighting when Seheit did. SKol saw her handle it. Then he walked over to the two. He eyed up Wil who was breathing heavy and hurt in many places. Mostly his dignity. Skolirio didn't notice that Seheit was upset and didn't know he was unterrupting anything.

" Hey guys I came over to tell you that Danagon needs some space he will join the group later. He is fighting a battle as you heard, with himself. " Skolirio gestured towards the rider as he spoke.

" Wil I am sorry I didn't help you. I actually just got out of a fight and do not know how would have fared anyways. Where were you? "

Skolirio didn't say anything to Seheit. He would wait for her answers when they were all together as a group.

Zephyr padded over to Skolirio.

Skol you might want to meet the newcomers.
Oh the Dragon and Rider yes I shall do that. He seems to have a connection with Danagon.

" Actually Wil i hate to do this, but you can tell your story to the group. We have some newcomers to speak with, so we should greet them first. "
With that Skolirio turned and walked towards the Dragon and Rider, gesturing for Wil and Seheit to follow.

"Give us a sec, Skol." Wil called after him. He turned to Saheit. "Don't worry. If we stay by his side, he can't tread the wrong path. I'll help in whatever ways I can, if you'll accept my offer. Think on it, and tell me later." He gave Saheit's sholder a comforting squeeze, then turned and walked toward the group.
"Welcome to our humble little clearing." Wil joked. He had a smile on his face, covering the thoughts that were going through his head easily. "Might I ask your names?" He bowed respectfully.

Skolirio liked Wil. He lightened the mood alot and was a good man.

" Yes what does bring you here. It seems you have a connection with our friend Danagon over th- " Right then Seheit ran by yelling to Danagon and trying to catch up to him.

Skolirio was surprised to see that and he felt he was missing something, like something happened while he was speaking to Danagon that he wasn't filled in on yet.

" Sorry about that. As i was saying it seems like you know Danagon. But that can come later, I apologize I have asked for your names and not given mine. I am SKolirio son of none and this is my companion Zephyr, " he gestured to Zeph.

Zephyr, walked up but still kept his distance. He was thinking to himself. Why dragons, always dragons.
