Serias had been walking for ages, his nightmarish face burning with the power a dark elf, his golden eyes gleaming in the shade of the tall trees that surrounded him. His fast dragon, Chronum, flew across the sky at top speed, flat scales reflecting the light, creating everlasting rainbows. Serias knew he had to reach Terim soon, for he had to meet someone there. Du Weldenvarden proved to be a safe place to travel, for the magics of the Wood elves didnt affect his greater power. An owl with bright yellow eyes sat on his shoulder, for he had befriended it on his journeys. It was a special owl that could turn into a pellet, one that can be placed inside the body of an opponent, so then the owl transform and ripped the enemy apart from the inside. They were all camoflauged, for Serias had the power to blend in with shadows, to the point that even magic could not detect him. 'Chronum, tell me what is up ahead,' he said mentaly to his dragon. 'Land with no trees, only sand,'came the reply. Serias bounded forward super quick, so fast that even the wind couldnt catch him. 'The Hadarac Desert,'he thought with a smile.

'Erador,' Erias said, land near that water hole.

'Okay.' Erador replied.

When they landed they drank small amounts of water knowing what would happen if they drank to much. After that they settled down for the night.

Serias bounded across the desert toward Terim. he had very little time, for he knew that if he was late, the cerimony could not begin. He turned into his panther form, his owl still on his shoulder, its wise eyes staring around. He went even faster, the endless yellow becoming a blur. He had to stop twice, for Chronum had gotten tired. The only found lizards and snakes, but that proved to be enough for Chronum who now flew even higher, his form barely visible against the cloudless, blue sky. 'I see Terim,' said the Dragon curiously. 'It is quite small compared to Dark elf cities.' Serias didnt answer. his mind was focused on one thing; get there on time.

Erais had woken up. Then poked Erador.
'We have to go. Now.' She said.
Erador got and rumbled. Erais climbed on. They took off in the bright sun.
'Why are we going to Tierm.' Erador asked. Erais replied. 'I don't know. I had a dream. I just have a feeling we need to be there.'
As the day wore on she spotted a small village.
'Erador sneek around the twon. No one can see you or we are busted.' Erais said worried. 'Okay. But I am going to be as close as possible.' She said dicusted. 'Fine. Just don't be seen.' Erais left Erador a mile away. She then headed to the town.

Serias dashed into Terim at top speed. Erador had to stay behind or Serias would have to kill all of the people that would try to attack him. He transformed to normal, and with the owl still on his shoulder, walked into the inn. The placed smelled like a pig pen. Men were drunk everywhere. Those who got in his way as he walked toward the basment payed the price of being flung into the wall, creating dents in the uneven wood. Serias went down the rottening stairs, and a hum filled the room. There, in the center, was a circle of power. And around it, stood twenty warlocks, all cloaked and hooded. Serias nodded to each of them in turn. He took his place in the middle of the circle. "may the ritual begin,"he whispered.

As she entered town she felt unevered. She walked torwards the inn.
'Erais be careful. I don't care if they see me if something happens I am coming in.' Erais continued closer to the inn. She felt a strange thing in their. As she walked in, she saw drunk men. She felt like throwing up. She then felt that strange pull again. She walked near the source.

There was a flash of light and the circle was gone. "There", said the lead warlock, holding up a slightly pulsiating saphirre crystal. "Thank you for your cooaperation, O' Ancient one." Serias nodded. "There is someone at the door." Summoning unliftable magic, he pulled in a woman that was just seconds ago listening to the things going on inside the basment. "Who do we have here?"smiled Serias as the mgic began to squeeze the life out of her."Answer my questions or die."

Erais was gasping for breath. For a moment she changed. She looked like her mother. But then she was normal. She was gasping for air.
"My name is Erais." She said trying to get air.
'No Erador stay were you are.' She said.
'I can't.' She replied,
'Yes you can and you must.' Erais then started to cough as her lungs were being crushed.

Serias weakened the magic to the point where she could almost escape, but not quite. 'Erais,"he repeated. "Very well then. I have heard u name before. Do you happen to have a twin? And why were you listening in on our conversation? Do you even know how much trouble you have caused by entering this room?"

"No. I don't know if I do have a twin." She said franticly. Her sleeve then showed her scar.
"I felt something emitting from this room. I didn't mean to." Erais was on th vearge of tears.
'No Erador stay away. I will be okay.' Erais started to breath more easy. She tried to cover her wrist but it was to late.

"You carry a heavy burden there, Erais,'said serias."A gift from Shrukian, I see." Serias walked close to her. All of the Warlocks had telepoted away. They had gotten what they wanted. "Now tell me, where is your dragon?" He saw the look of surprise on her face. "Just answer the question." Serias frowned. "The drunks are getting violent. Hurry and tell me."

"I......What?" Erais was in shock.
"How did you know about that? I found her in the spine." Erais said. She then gasped for air.
"Can you please release the binding. I can't breath." She then started to turn a slight pink. She coughed as she hit the floor. She was gasping for air. The magic was undone.

"I know many things. Now come, we must leave here this instant. there is evil lurking in these walls."Serias replied. The owl hooted and let out a screech. Serias ran forward and grabbed Erais by the arm. He flew up the stairs at top speed and burst through the basment door. The drunks looked around, but no one was there anymore. Serias was already out of Terim, running so fast that his legs didnt touch the ground. Then he saw them. Shadows on the ground. Their shadows, as a matter of fact, were being followed by another shadow, one without a body connected to it. "Shadowhunter!"yelled Serias and dashed forward once more. "They are shadows that can stab other shadows with mortal weapons! If you geyt stabbed, you die!"

Erais was stunned. She wasn't saying anything as they ran.
'Were in the world did you go.' Erador said furiasly.
'I don't know. Erador you need to help me.'
'I am coming Erais. Don't let him stop.'
"What do you want with me? I am no one." Erais finally said. They just kept running. They were soon crossing the hadarac desert. After a while it got dark. They just kept running. In the distance She saw trees.

"To Du Weldenvarden. If u havent noticed, the Shadowhunter is still after us. As for who you are, you are wrong."Serias grinned. 'Chronum, we need fire! Behind us there is a Shadowhunter. Burn the ground where it is.' Chronum dived out of the sky and blew a torrent of Silver flame at the shadow. It stopped for a moment, then kept going. 'Darn,' said Serias mentally. 'Hide in the clouds so it cant get your shadow.' Serias pulled Erias on until they reached the trees. Serias sighed."We made it."

They stopped so fast Erais was thrown forward. She grunted. Then picked herself up. There was a huge raor, then a furiuse Erador crashed down. She stood in front oof Serais. She growled.
'Erador wait.' Erais said.
'Fine.' She replied annoyed.
"What do you mean, I am not who I think I am?" Erais asked walking in front of Erador.

Serias gazed hard into Eradors eyes who recoiled. "Do not defy me,"he whispered. "Or i shall end you." He looked around. Everywhere there were trees. Tall ones, and small ones, but trees none the less. 'Chronum, come down.'Serias mentaled. The silver beast landed in the Area next to Serias. He was slightly bigger than Erador, but Erador had bigger spines. Erador growled, while Chronum stayed calm and looked around. "We must make camp,"said Serias suddenly."I'll go catch some deer."

Erais and Erador went over in a small clearing. Erais sat down.
'Great, so as far as I know I could be in Galbatorixs hands.' Erais said,
'Well, I guess we will have to wait won't we.' Erador said as she settled in a clump of grass.
Erais got tired. She walked over to the sleeping Erador. She went and fell asleep under her wing. She and Erador were awaken with a start. Serais was sitting by a fire. "I aske again. What do you mean, I am not who I think I am?" Erais asked as she sat up.

Serias didnt answer. "You are not the person you think you are, because your parents had become part of you, that makes you precious to galbatorix."He said slowly, choosing his words carefully. He threw her a piece of meat. "dont worry, if i was with galbatorix, i would have killed you by now. I am an ally, remember that and never forget."Serias blinked. "You should sleep some more." Serias whispered Slytha, and Erias fell asleep.

Erais tossed in her sleep again.
'Erais, Erais, come help me. You can trust Serais. He will help you find me.' Erais bolted up right. She was covered in sweat. Erador opened an eye and said,
'What this time.'
'Its the same person.' Erais was paniced. She sat back down. She then calmed down and went to sleep.
She felt a warmth on her face. She woke up. She woke up Erador, she sat up and breathed in the deep cool air.

"Are you ok,"asked Serias as he came back with fire wood. "You look all sweaty. Has anyone contacted you in any manner?"Serias put down the wood and walked over to her."Please tell me, I need to know is anything has happened since i left. Chronum dropped out of the sky and landed next to Serias. 'Urgals, at least ten,' he growled. Serias nodded. 'Then we must leave soon.'

"Well in a way." Erais said uncomfortable. "Someone keeps calling me in my dreams. They need my help."
Erais then put her back agains't Erador. She started to breath more ealsy.
"Thats not even half of it. They first called my name. Then they said we can trust you two. And you can help me find this person. Every night for as long as I can remember I have been having these dreams."
Erais sighed. She then got her stuff together.

"I think I know who it might be, although im not sure,"Serias said with a gleam in his eye. "We will have to fly on our dragons to Kuasta." Serias paused, and didnt continue. He got on Chronum and motioned for her to get on Erador. 'Come, we must be off." The dragons' mighty wings beat with the power of the wind itself. They rose into the air, and flew of to the city like shadows, and the darkness swallows them up as the burning sun set.

They kept flying.
'I wonder were that city is located.' Erais asked Erador,
'I don't know.' She replied. They continued flying in silence. Then there was a small black speck. It soon got larger,
'Maybe thats the place he metioned.' Erador asked Erais.
'Maybe.' she replied hten asked Serias. "Were are we going? Is it safe to land there." She pointed to the city.

Serias nodded. "Thats is Kuasta, birthplace of Brom th Rider." Serias began to descend with Chronum, and they soon landed in a clearing a mile away from their destination. "We shall camp here until nightfall. Then we shall enter the city." He put5 down the fire wood he had cut down in the forest and lit it with magic. The flickering flame was a slight silver that reflected even light itself with it's beauty. Serias then caught a deer from the surrounding plains, and roasted it over the fire.

Erais' hair glittered in the glowing flame. She just sat there staring in the fire thinking. She didn't even notice Serias when he walked up. She then noticed him when he handed her some of the deer. They ate in silence.
She had the same dream that night.
'Erais I need your help you have to find me. Help me escape.' The person would say then she would reply.
'I can't if I don't know your name.'
She got an aswear this time. 'Erais you have to help me. Enerais.'
She sat up bolt right. She was soked in sweat. She cooled her self of in the night breeze. She didn't sleep anymore that night.

Serias, who never sleeped, watched her as she panted. 'How long has this been happening? I belive you said since we met.' Serias got up. "It is time. Come."He beckoned to her as Chronum began to rise in the air. 'We must make it there in stealth. I think the dragons should fly as high as possible. We'll climb the wall and sneak over to the town hall, where someone is waiting for us." Fencarion, the owl, hooted and fly off after Chronum. Serias grabbed Erais' arm, and ran towards the city.

"Uh..What?" Erais asked. "Why do we need to get there in stealth." She asked as they grew closer. He came to a stop Erais lost her balance and fell. They were in front of a huge wall.
'Be careful. I still don't trust him.' Erador said.
'I will you know me I never get caught off gaurd. Well except maybe once or twice. But thats not the point. I will be okay.' She replied. She was in a good mood. That almost never happens.
"Why do we have to climb the wall? Who is waiting for us?" Erais asked again.

"The guards attack intruders at night, and the person we are supposed to meet is a friend of mine. You shall see very soon."Serias grinned. He grabbed her with magic and flung her across the wall. Looking around, he teleported over it, not noticing that a knife was sticking out of the place where the head of his shadow once was.

Luckly she landed on her feet. Serias then appeared next to her. She was still trying to pull herself together. She noticed her surrondings. There were different shops and houses. She spotted a hooded figure.
'Erais I don't like this. Are you okay?'
'Yes I am fine Erador, I am with Serais remeber.'
'Yes, okay. We are supposed to meet up with each other tomorrow.' She then lost contact.
"What now Serais?" She asked.

But Serias had dissapeared."You're invisible, but I will contact you mental to tell you where i am. By the way, the person I need to meet is part Dark elf. He reminds me of you." Serias heard a sound. A guard dressed in heavy plate armor had just walked by. A huge broadsword hung on his back and clincked against his armor when he walked. "Uh, oh.,"whispered Serias."We've got trouble!'

Erais turned, he was walking strait up to her. "Ma'am." The gaurd said. "Its not safe in the streets at night. You'd better..." He broke off. "Wait your the one everybody has been looking for."
'Erais.'
'No Erador stay were you are.' She then felt small pricks. The two dragons were fighting. Chronum wouldn't let Erador reveal her self.
"No you must be mistaken me." Erais replied.
"No I don't think so. You match the description perfectly except maybe." He then out of no were took her arm. It uncovered the scar. Erais looked up in horror.

Suddenly, a blade sprouted from the guards chest . He fell with a crash. Serias stood over him, a blade made of roots in one hand. "I should have known the spell would wear off,"he growled. 'Chronum, knock out Erador, stop toying with her or she'll come for Erias,'he then signalled mentally to his silver dragon. 'Very well,' growled Erador with a hint of amusment. Serias saw how Chronum hit the other dragon across the face with his tail, who fell and landed with a mighty crash on the ground, unconsious. "I'm sorry for that,'said Serias calmly as Erais winched from her dragons pain. "Chronum had to, or we would be known to everyone."

'Erador. Erador.' Erais tried to contact her. But it didn't work.
"Thanks." Erais said. She then took the bracelet from the gaurds hand. then muttered thats mine. She put it back on her wrist.
"Now what do we do?" She asked as they started to walk away.

"We have to go to the town hall,'smiled Serias as they walked. "keep your hood up, or someone else might see you." Try to keep up with me or we might not be able to make it to the harbor with him on time, for there is a job we have to do there." Serias sprinted fast, but just enough so that Erais could keep pace. They reached the town hall in no time. "Are you ready to go in and meet my little friend?"said Serias with a huge grin.

Erais shrugged and replied,
"Yes, I guess."
So they walked up the steps. It took a moment. There were alot.
'Erais, I am sorry for the way I acted.'
'Erador. Are you okay?'
'Yes I am fine.'
Just then they walk in.

A lone cloaked figure stood in the middle of the thousands of chair that lined up to the top of a platform, where the mayor should stand. "Welcome, Serias,"the stranger said silently, his voice snake like in a whisper that sounded like a song. 'You may take your hood off now,"replied Serias, who was looking slightly confused. The stranger took of his hood, and there stood Enerais.

Erais was shocked.
"I....What....You." She sputtered. She then said mentaly to Serias.
"I get it now. Look at his eyes. There different there red. His good side kept contacting me in my dreams. He is being controlled by something. Serias we have to help him."

OOC: I have to go.

Serias nodded. "Not controled, but possessed. That is why we have to go to the Harbors, to the place where this whole mess started. Now come, both of you."Serias turned around and walked off. He walked past the tavern, where drunken men were singing lullabies to make each other laugh. He smelled the ocean before he saw it...

It took a moment to reach the harbor. When they got there there were many ships.
'Erais please becareful.' Erador said worried.
'I am .' Erais replied.
"What do we do now." Erais asked Serias. She started to panic a little bit.

But Serias wasnt paying attention. His eyes were closed on a statue of a Wood elf, a handsome one. A circle of power surrounded the dark elf as he said unfamiliar words. "Stand in the circle,"commanded Serias to Enerais, who obeyed. Instantly, there was a bright flash of light. Enerais fell to the ground his eyes closing, not red, but blue and green. He hit the ground with a soft thump and closed his eyes.

Erais felt a pain in her body. She collapsed on the ground she was breathing hard. Then it started to subside, she was breathing normal again. She then picked herself back up. She turned around and saw Enerais on the ground. She gasped. For now he was normal he looked just like her.
"So...You...What did you do...Is.." She tried to form words. It didn't happen. Then she managed,
"But this can't be. What happened. What did you do?" She asked bewildered.

'I took out the evil that possessed him. he just needs to rest a little and he will be fine,"Serias smiled. "But i need to go and have a walk around the city. That was a powerful spell." Serias trned and walked off, leaving brother and sister alone in the dark.

Erais watched Serias dissapear in the crowd. She then walked over to Enerais.
'Wow I can't believe I have a twin. Why didn't I know this beofre.' She thought to herself.
'Erador. I have a twin.' Erais told Erador exactly what happened.
'Wow, so that was the person who kept troubling your dreams.' She asked.
'Well sort of. There was one other one. I am sure that my dreams won't stop.'
She then felt tired. So she rested agaisnt one of the dock poles. She fell asleep. They were both asleep when Serias came in to view.

Syrianna was flying across alagaesia looking for someone to help him. When he sensed 5 magical beings he thought he should check it out. When he neared he saw a pair of dragons, a pair of what looked like twins and a dark elf wlking toward them. He looked acustommed to these people and the dragons there so he thought there was no harm in checking them out.

When Syrianna , and his own dragon Sytheras, landed next to the camp. Serias jumped as they landed and the ground shock. This woke Erias but Enerias was still in his solatary slumber. "Hello" said Syrianna to Erias and Serias. " I am in need of Assistance. But before anything else my name is Syrianna, and this is my dragon Sytheras" He gestured to his brilliant silver dragon. It was somewhat bigger than the other pair but they quickly spoke , all the while keeping slightly causious.

Syrianna looked around for eaves droppers and said "Are you allies of the Empire. For if you are you will be vanquished."

Erais turned around. She drew her sword slightly.
"I am Erais, this is my brother Enerais, and this is Serais." She said pointing to each in turn.
They started to walk out of town. They then came up on the dragons. Erais then said,
"This is Erador, and Chronum." She then helped Enerais on Erador.
"We have to travel deep in here." Erais said pointing.

"Prove that you are trustworthy first,'growled Serais, putting a knife to Syrianna's neck. "You should know better than this Erais. Dont just blur everything out, or I'll bind you mouth every time a stranger appears." He turned back to Syrianna. "What are you doing here?"he asked roughly."And what assistance do you require. Tell us first and iI will consider."

"Serias no." Erais said.

She grabbed his arm, she pulled him back.

"Wait. Lets see what they are doing here first. Then you can do what you want with him. And you can close my mouth shut." Erais said still holding him back.

"let me go or ill throw you," said Serias. "I wasnt going to hurt him. I was checking if he was trustworthy. We cannot just tell people our names, when the Empire is looking for some of us. You have to be careful." Serias pulled away from Erais and inspected the elf. Then he sighed. "We might as well leave. There may be people nearby who can alert the Empire of coordinates.'" He smiled slightly and looked toward the setting sun. "We should make camp here, and leave when the sun sets.'continued Serias."I seem to have a little bit of bread and meat left." They sat down, and made the camp. They didnt put up the tent, for they werent going to sleep. They dragons flew off to hunt deer and the other creatures they could get their claws on. Looking at Syrianna, he muttered,"You should not fly over cities, for someone could shoot you down. Chronum and I are the only ones who should, for we are the quickest of the other too, although he may not be the strongest."

Erais walked up to the to,

"Excuse me, you haven't even seen me fly. So you think that Erador and I can't."

Erais said discusted. She then strode away. She was called after, she didn't listen.

After awhile Enerais came and touched her arm. He smiled,

"Thanks. You now for saving me." Erais smiled back. "Your welcome. After all your my twin."

Serias sighed. Shes so stubborn, he thought. 'No you cant,'Serias contacted her mentally, replying to her last comment.'You know it to be true. How is Enerias?' Serias got up as the sun set behind the clouds. He noticed that Syrianna had fallen asleep. He grumbled something under his breath an woke her up.

Erais said back to him mentaly.

"Yes I can. I have been able to fly over the Empire without them seeing me. Yes he is fine. He is coming back to camp. I am not going to tonight, I will meet up with you guys tomorrow." She then broke their contact.

She continued to walk. She climbed in a tree and went to sleep.

Serias suddenly looked alarmed. "get down!"he whispered to the elf that was still rubbing his eyes. Urgals came out of nowhere. They are being controled!, he thought. He instantly killed them all with magic. [i]Urgals! There may be more/i],Serias contacted Chronum as he grabbed Syrianna by the arm and ran in his dragon's direction. He turned into a panther and ran.

Enerais woke up and darted after them,

"Wait up." He said.


Mean while Erais woke up. There were Urgals under her. She started to attack. Their were so many she couldn't count. She kept killing them.

Erador where are you. I need your help Then Erador came down with a roar. They kept fighting. They didn't stop coming. They just kept coming and coming.

Erador we need Serias. She then started to panic as she felt her energy start to weaken.

Serias heard the clash of metal and the roar of a dragon. He dropped Syrianna off, and growled,"wait here." He darted toward the sounds and saw Erador and Erias being overcome by Urgals. there were at least a hundred in the clearing. Muttering words of power, he brought down a meteor, which killed half of the Urgals, although not all of them. "Pralaza!"he screamed in the Dark elf language, paralyzing the rest of the Urgals so that erador and Erias could put them in their place.

Erais was gasping for breath. Then a sharp pain in her back. She screamed. Then an Urgal died. Erais grabbed onto Erador. She felt a strange feeling in her back.

Erador whats happening She asked she then clapsed on the ground breathing hard. Her breath started to fade.

Serias killed the remaining Urgals and ran to Erais' body. He felt her forehead. It was so hot it burned. "I know this curse,'he said quietly as he racked his brains for the countercurse. "The Dremsora Geckoana, as we Dark elves call it. A-" He stopped. Blood was trickling from Erias' mouth. The owl on Serias' shoulder hooted. "The beast is eating her from the inside!"he yelled suddenly. "Necronum Mesnaros Frecaia Leprosanga Dongeg!" Erais' fever went down quickly. Safe, thought Serias as Erador took off toward their camp.

Erais felt herself cool down. Then the pain stopped. She felt herself being flown back.
She opened her eyes.
"Thanks Serias. I am sorry. I wouldn't have gone if that was going to happen." She then fell asleep.

"Erais." Enerais yelled. He ran up to her. He picked her up and set her on the ground.

Serias got up and walked to the silver fire he made. Taking some dirt in his hand, he put his hand in the fire. The sand glowed bright green. "True,"mumbled Serias."But will it split and come together stronger?" The dirt seperated, then compacted together to form a ball of glowing, green clay, which shone like a bright star. Serias let it was into the fire, in which it disappeared. Serias nodded. "Just as I thought." He got up and walked of to a tree, breaking off a branch.

Enerais stood up and asked,

"What are you doing Serias?"

Erais moaned. Enerais then sat down again by Erais. She began to toss.

"Can I do anything to help her?" Enerais asked very worried.

Serias didn't answer. He just walked around ripping off branches with a loud 'crack'. When he had gained his desired amount of one hundred, he stopped. He revealed his forearm, which held the Hand of the Ancients. The roots sprouted leaves, and a beautiful liquid, the color of silver and black, slowly dripped down to the pile as they gleamed in the sunlight that shown down upon them. He began to cast a circle of power around the existing materials he had layed there. Erias floated off the ground and landed in the pile, her blue and green eyes closed. He took a step back, closed his own eyes, and began to mutter a spell that sounded to the surroundings much like the sound beautiful bird makes when it's music resounds over a valley. Before Enerais could do anything, the pile around Erais burst into an amazing, rainbow flame that flickered with every breath of the wind.

IC- Syrianna had been watching everything. He didnt need to interupt with all the comotion. " What have you just done. I have nevr seen this before. It seem i am not so wise as i thought. And as for your dragon beiong the fastest. You have no chance against Sytheras. He is twice the size of yours and has twice the power, speed and agility." Sytheras and Syrianna grinned at each other.
"Do you wish to see the exstent of me and my dragons power. We shall fight here and now. Or once you have recovered from whatever you just did to her. Will you both be alright?"

Enerais just stood there. His mouth hung open. Erais could feel a warmth around her.
"What are you doing? What is this?" Enerais asked.
The flame slowly turned to a gold.
"Serias pleas give me an answear." Enerais asked. He started to move forward. But something held him back.

"Later,"said Serias as he held Enerais back. He turned to Syrianna, saying," You are teribbly mistaken. This is a disguise to conseal my dragons true form, By'gunaka, the dragon of Ancient Lore. I will not reveal it until the time comes." Serias looked at Erais whose eyes slowly began to open. "She is awakening. I am not tired at all, although that would have killed any rider. It was lucky that I was here."Serias sighed. "There are so many thing you do not know. The magic that I used is an ancient spell older than the riders themselves. "Huh." Erais said. She slowl sat up,
"What happened?" She asked. She stood up. She swayed for a moment. She then walked slowly to Erador. She climbed on Erador. She tehn drank something.

"You were being eaten from the inside, by a pellet. I am lucky I have seen my owl do it, or you would probably be dead."Serias replied with a glance at the place where the pile dissapeared. "I put the strongest protection spell on you. No one can now attack you with magic, and any Sower, as we call the things that eat you from the inside, will die on contact with your body."

"Very interesting. I have heard of this ancient dragon. I have seen it before long, long ago. As for the ancient spells i have not heard of them. However you, my friend, i have heard of. Serias the dark elf. My people are afraid of you. You have much power within and you know it." said Syrianna as he smiled.
That night they made a campfire and ate. "We must leave soon. The Empire now of us and Galbatorix will try and catch us. I want to go to him but you must not be captured."

Erais didn't say much. She just listened.
That night she had the same dreams she had had. She woke up. She didn't sleep anymore that night.
"Are you okay Erais?" Enerais asked conserned.
She nodded her head. "Yes."
Of course Erador knew better. She kept her head down while they were getting ready to leave.

"We will travel to the east, a little farther across the Hadarac Desert. From there, we will travel south to the Beors, home of the dwarves. I think they would let us pass through their tunnels."Serias continued as he began to transform into a gryphon. There was a bright flash of light, and there stood the mighty creature, it's wings of silver feathers reflecting the sunlight like little mirrors. "Get on,"growled the new Serias before them. "We have a long journey ahead of us.

Enerais and Erais were a bit shocked.
"No thank you. I will ride Erador. She will be able to stay pace. I know. SHe is small, but that just makes her faster." Erais said. "I just am a little, uhm. Creeped out about the thought of riding you." She finished hesitently.

Serias smiled. "Ahh, I dont feel that good anyway. I'll fly slow on Chronum so you can keep pace." He got on his mighty platinum scaled dragon and darted upward at the speed of sound, creating a sonic boom. "The coast is clear,"he yelled down to his fellow riders."We should make it to the Hadarac by nightfall!"

"Hey. Do you not think we can keep pace." Erais scowled. "We can to." She then darted off.
She soon saw the hadarac desert. She looked back. They weren't behind. After about half an hour of waiting on the ground they showed up. "Told you." SHe said with a smile of satisfaction.

"You are quite fast little one."said Syrianna with the hint of a smile on his face." But my dragon could have gone to Du Weldenvarden at that time. Soon, very soon you shall be able to do that."

That night they rested in the dunes and ate. Theyn spoke throughout the night of thier adventures but Syrianna was reluctant on sharing his life with these strangers. Finally they pushed him into telling. He told them about his parents, his training with the mighty Eragon and of his life up to this point in time. This speech sounded well prepared and it lasted for hours. But never once did Serias, Erias or Enerias make an impression of boredom.

Meanwhile there dragons were having agood time racing across the Hadarac desert. They also compared their flames and strength. Sytheras had definatly the most strength as he was at least twice the size of Erador or Chronum. Sytheras also had a stronger flame than the others even though Chronum had the best looking one with his silver flame. It was impressive and lit up the sky. Sytheras was also resonably fastbut Erador was built for speed, She was small and nimble and easy twisted around Sytheras. However when she did this she seemed to tire after about an hour of doing this. Sytheras may not have been fast but he had endurance. He hoped to help these dragons reach full potential but showing them how to do certain excersizes. It worked. After about 3 hours of doing this they already show an improvment.

Come back now Sytheras said Syrianna to Sytheras It seems you and your friends are tired. Come back and eat and rest.

Serias was smiling at Syrianna's mighty dragon when his dark elf eyes spotted it;an army of Urgals as big as the Hadarac was runnning toward them. "Urgals!"hissed Serias and formed his roots into a flamberge. "They had spotted our dragons! We cannot run. We have to fight!" The party dashed forward. The quickly began to kill the beasts, but there were just to many, and soon, Serias saw his friends begining to be overwhelmed. Serias nodded at Chronum. it is time,Serias said mentally. He raised his hands and yelled with all his might while summoning magic,"By'Gunaka!" Everyone except him were throw of their feet, even the other dragons, byy a shockwave that rippled outward like a wave. In front of them all, stood a dragon, with not one, but two pairs of wings, and his scales stood on end, and were rainbow colored. But the most important thing was his size. Being the size of Galbatorix' castle, he killed the remaining four-hundred Urgals with two breaths, his mgihty rainbow flame burning them to a pile of ashes. Everyone could get up again. "Behold,"said Serias."By'Gunaka, dragon of Ancient Lore!"

Erais stood there. She was a bit terrified. Enerais was amazed. Erais slowly backed away. Then their was a flash back for her.
Their were yells, then a roar, then fire, then she felt herself being picked up. "Shh its okay I've got you two." The person said. Then there was a burst of light. Then the ancients stood there.

Erais then started to back away even faster.
"I've seen this before." She said in a trembling voice. "Along time ago." She then started to run away. Erador ran after her.

Serias looked around. I',m turning you to normal, he said mentally to his dragon, and did. Why did you do that?he asked, with anger in his voice. They could've possessed her! Chronum didnt answer. He just stared into nothingness. "I have no wish to teleport her back. She'll come by herself,"Serias mumbled under his breath. He turned to Syrianna. "We should camp her until she gets back. The spell I put on her is unliftable. No harm with magic can be done to her."

Erias found a log and sat on it. She thought for a whlie about what had just happened.
I don't know why Erador. I am just scared. I honestly don't know why. She said to Erador. Erador sat by her.
Well maybe its because he hasn't done it very often. She asked.
No Erador. I had a flash back from when Enerais and I were babies. There were screams of pain everywere. Erais then began to tell her about what she saw. After awhlie it got dark.
We should go Erais. Erador told her.
You can. I want to stay here and think for awhile. Erais replied. Erador just sat quiet after that.

Serias bit the piece of meat he had just cooked. Chronum was flying around in the sky, his sharp eyes looking for prey that he could catch, for he hadnt eaten for days. They had made camp in the desert, and it was getting fairly cold, for there were no clouds and the cold front had hit them full force. Serias heard the soft crushing sound of sand being stepped in. On of the pairs where lightly tapping, while another, surley a dragon, was beside it.

Erais soon grew tired.
Honestly we should go. I don't like it out here. Erador said.
Fine. Can I get on your back then. I am really tired. She asked as she stood up.
Yes. Erador replied. She then nelt down for Erais. She got on they then took off. After awhlie they met up with Chronum.

I found her!Chronum contacted Serias. But Serias wasnt listening. He turned around, but there was nothing there. "Put the fire out!"he roared as he ran back to the startled Syrianna. Then he saw it. A shadow moving across the ground without a body. Chronum, come! And hurry! Then, their fire went out.

" I sensed it to. Now quickly hide. We do not know thier intentions. They are blocking me. Maybe you should try" Syrianna and Serias hid themselves and waited for the shadow to walk past. Sytheas quickly come. We are in the presense of someone i do not know of. Hurry!

Chronum then raced in the other direction. Erdor quickly followed. Erais slipped a few times.
Why the hurry Erador?
I don't know. But i can sense something really bad.
Erais then was quiet. They soon approached camp---They are still in the sky--- Erais drew her sword quietly whlie she was on Eradors back. She then jumped down with a soft thump barely noticable.

"It's a shadow hunter. Do not worry,"said Serias as he got up. "It can only attack shadows. He looked toward the east and saw Chronum flying towards them. He felt something attack his impetrable mind. He attack back with an icy dagger, eaisly breaking the shields. He pushed on to the point that the attacker went mad. Then he withdrew. "Someone just attacked my mind,"Serias mumbeled.

"Hmmm. I have heard of these shadowhunters. I have never personally seen one before. This is a time to remember." Chronum, Erias and Erador flew to the ground. Syrianna said" What happened to you? Where did you go? Well the most important thing is that your back. We have taken care of that thing, or should i say Serias has."

"Erias and I met one before we went to fetch Enerias. Almost killed me."Serias said seriously. "I think we should procced on foot, for our dragons cast huge shadows, and the Shadowhunter population has been rising. We would be killed before we had gotten halfway across the desert."Serias nodded to Chronum, who turned invisible and didnt cast a shadow. Scout ahead and see whats up. I feel as if thousands of voices are screaming in pain, being swallowed up by the death of eternities,Serias said to his dragon, who flew into the air, and flew south.

"Should we go?" Erais asked,

Erador you will have to be extra careful of your shadow. Erais said warningly.

I will if you will. Erador replied.

They very qiuckly got rid of any traces of them being there. They soon. set out. It was later that day when Erais asked,

"Can we stop for a break some where?" She then wipped her brow.

"Of course,"replied Serias with a smiled. "I would like Erador to walk. It would be much safer that way. Chronum should be back soon." And sure enough, Chronum was flying through the air at top speed, his gigantic shadow visible against the partched ground. The spell wore off, he said. I saw a small encampment, about twenty leagues off from here. I found it burned, and the people eaten. I also found one survivor, and he is on my back. The silver leviathan landed onto the yellow sand with a ragged man on his back. Serias ran over to him quickly and took him off. "He's badly burned," Serias mumbled. "I can't save him." Turning to the man, he asked,"What happed to your desert home?" The man gasped as if there wasn't enough oxygen in the air and said,'There were so many of them...our weapons bounced of....and all of us were chopped to little pieces." And so, with a last gasp, he died. Serias was concerned. What could have attacked the nomads of the area with such force? He looked up quickly, and got onto Chronum. "We must go! There are things here that are coming at us at unimaginable speeds! The shadows dont matter anymore. This is something much worse. Quickly,now, get onto your dragons." Chronums wings began to flap and he quickly began to gain altitude.

Erais stade behind. She was sitting next to the man. She said some forgein words. She stood up so she was directly in front of him. She then raised both her hands so they were level with his eyes. Then there were some flashs of silver light. Then for an instant there seemed to be a raspy voice. Then it was gone. Erais qiuckly got up on Erador she soon joined Serias and the other two. She was silent.

"I thought you were goingto stay behind Erias. Oh well. You might aswell come. There is no point staying witha dead man. Yes i know what you did" Syrianna said to Erias sternly. "But it had to be done. H was going to die anyway."
The trio of them walked towards the wreckage of the small group. As they approached they realised the true exstent of what had happened. Housed were burnt. Men lay dead in the road, there twisted bodies burnt by all the flames that had engulfed the town.

Erais then explained what she had done,

"I extracted what happened here from him. I stayed for a little while to get it."

She then jumped off Erador. She walked by some burnt homes. She then said aloud,

"How can they do this. What drives them to do it." She then sighed.

"They don't care what they do. They just take orders. Mindless drones for a bigger more powerful enemy." Syrianna bent down to examine the foot prints in the dirt."They head north towards Galbatorix." Again Syrianna scanned the area for survivors and more clues."What could have done this. I have never seen tracks like this before"
Syrianna walked round the area and found more and more bodies. They scattered the ground as if they were swatted flies. "Serias do you know what has done this? And should we go after this monstrousity.

OOC-can someone make up something similar to urgals that follow galbatorix. Kinda an elite force of his. I cant think of anything at the moment.

OOC- it think ill make it a dark elf creature of some kind.

Serias stared at the footprints, his golden eyes glowing with the streaks of flame that had enveloped the houses. "I know this creature. From my lands. It seems they have made a pact with each other." Serias quickly stood up and ran into a burning building, his eyes full of surprise. The building collapsed on its self. The was a raor, like a waterfall, that came from the sky. A stream of golden water fell from the sky, right onto the building. An explosion vibrated the air like millions of humming birds. Serias walked out of the building, grinning and holding a silver object. He put it in his pocket. "No, we shouldn't follow them. It will only kill you faster. He walked over to Chronum, who began to flap his powerful wings once more, gaining strength. "Now come! We have much to accomplish."

Erais ran then jumped on Erador as she started to fly.
"What was that thing you took?" She asked curiously, "Now were do we go?"
Erador then came along side Chronum. Erador had a glint of glea in her eyes.
