This is what kind of confused me. At first I thought you meant that Brom may have asked Saphira to promise him in the al that she would not tell Eragon. So this promise would show distrust on Brom's behalf towards Saphira.

I think the rock of Kuthian is in some other place. Maybe Utgard, the mountain where the riders had an outpost. Or maybe in Doru Arabea, and it was some stage in the riders training. But I don't think he told her where it is, because he never told Brom about Solembums advice, or the fortunetelling.

Well, it said Doru Arabea had wild beasts all over it. Besides, it is when his power is insufficient. But I guess that doesn't neccisarily mean he is weak. His power is insufficient now, because he can't beat Murtagh. Maybe he will go there right away in the 3rd book or rigt after he returns to Oromis, and he can tell him where it is.

There are too many possible memmories to name so Brom couldn't have showed her all of those, because #1 She was so small and probably wouldn't remember too much stuff. #2 It would take months, years for her to see all of them. But still she probably would of learnt about the happenings of Brom and late Saphira, probably about what Morzan was like, what Galbatorix ways like, maybe Brom's training of Dragon Riders.

No, because, Eragon saw Arya's memories of the route to the Varden in a short amount of time. He probably showed her memories of rider training and battles.

Short time, 'green' experience, uncertainty.. under those condition Brom let "something" been passed to Saphira. Brom must have considered the posibility of Galbatorix captured Saphira, wasn't he ?? So that must be something Galbatorix also knew. Coz' it's far too risky if Galbatorix getting something "valuable" from Brom's memory.

No, but it's stronger than Galbatorix's and Shruikan's because Saphira chose Eragon. Galby forced Shruikan to serve him through the Dark Arts and in the process he made their crappy link. So, compared to the evil duo, Eragon and Saphira's link is much much stronger. That's what skulblaka meant.

How would she? She's been with Eragon practically all the time, so she wouldn't know any more than him (not including the stuff Brom told her).

She probably knows more than we think. She also has some of her ancestor's memories as she says that she is young in years, but ancient in her thoughts.

i was rereading a couple of parts in eragon today and i noticed something.... dangit my book isnt here!! god.. but anyways it was when eragon and brom were going to leave cavernhall and eragon told saphira to land and she said no, then he asked why and she said because of the slaughter at Doru Areaba.. and Doru Areaba is where brom's dragon saphira was slaughtered right before his eyes by galbatorix.. ( when i get my book back ill post the actual convo. ) so thats when saphira got some of broms memories.. and thats all she said about it

Brom probably just showed her some of her own kind so that she would know what they looked like. I don't think she knows Brom's deepest secret (described in the attention at the top of the page).

Could you plese elaborate? Brom only told her enough to get them to the Varden in case he died suddenly.

nm. I mean I really dont think that she knows much more than what Glaedr has taught her that the dragons teach no one but their own race. I really doubt that she would have kept secret more than she has told Eragon at this point. She DEFINATELY DOESN'T know about Eragon being Brom's son (I have proof in the announcement at the top of the page) or else she would have told him instead of letting him think he was Morzan's son all this time, which can't be good for his psyche.

Why wouldn't she be. Eragon's a young guy. Brom might think he can't hack it yet.

Brom is kinda dead. Eragon thinking he is Morzan's son is worse than him knowing that he is Brom's. He can handle it better than he's handling being Morzan's son. If he knew he was Brom's son, he would be a bit baffled for a time, but he would handle it and eventually come to be proud.

Other than what the dragons keep to themself, she doesn't KNOW too much more than what she has told us.

eragon know's that it's too dangerous to bring someone back to life, and saphira will stop him if she has to.

Hadarac, How long has it been since you last read the books? Saphira was the one who reminded Eragon to remember Brom told him that to so would mean certain death. She reminded him this when he did magic at a distance while trying to hamper the Kull's progress after they all got out of the Hadarac dessert.

No, I don't think so, at least, not until the right moment. Eragon has started to mature, but by the bit given to us at the end of Eldest, I don't think Saphira is ready to release that information YET.

ya, but that was right at the end of the book and she wanted to let eragon talk to roan (sp) alone and it was getting pretty late.. so saying.. oh ya eragon, brom is your real father wouldnt have been the best thing to do at the time cuz he would have gotten mad at her and stuff like that
