Prologue
Years ago I found a chest buried in a small cliff in my backyard woods. I dug the chest out and discovered many strange runes carved in it so I ,being as curios and nosy as I am, broke the lock off the large brown and grey chest. Inside I found a large group of books all written in old English and some written in runes with translations written under each line I read these books and found they where from a world where dragons and mythical beings run free and there are no myths only histories and truths. After finishing these books I found that this area was once called Dandoria and that it disappeared in pre renaissance times and so after translating and naming this culmination of books I christened it The Legends of Dandoria.
This Trilogy I found second to the bottom and I believe it to be how Dandoria was created and made what it was. This is one of my favorites and I read this one many times in order to get the translation just right so here is the story “The Hero and the Master”
Long ago before Dandoria was separated from the world and even before it became its once mighty kingdom there was a lord named Raign. Raign, who was as skilled at magic as he was at hand to hand and sword combat, rose to become one of the lands most feared and loved, hated and embraced, man in Dandoria, but this was not to last. Raign had fallen in love with a healer named Reya and she loved him. One day when Reya was traveling with a caravan of solders she was attacked by marauders and killed.
Raign who could not live without Reya then devised the plan to sneak into the council of magic and potions and steal a forbidden scroll in order to resurrect his fallen love. After stealing what he needed and completing the potion Raign attempted the resurrection ,but the spell was not forbidden for no reason. As soon as Reya rose off her bed she went insane she tried to kill Raign ,but was unsuccessful, and then fled into a neighboring country called Relom where she soon became queen. Meanwhile the king of Dandoria set into punishing Raign for his blasphemous activity ,since it was believed that touching or hurting such a sinner could cause harm they decided to do something else, the king banished Raign to a small uninhabited Island where Raign was to spend the rest of his days in silence and solitude driven mad by the fact that he would never meet his love again. And that is how the story begins.
Chapter One
The festival
Kandra woke up grabbed his leather bag of coins and walked down the stairs. He walked into the kitchen and grabbed some bread and poured some wine into a goblet. After eating Kandra walked outside and across the street to his shop “Royal line blacksmith” is what the sign said showing off the fact that Kandra’s deceased relatives had often made weapons for the kings and queens of Dandoria.
That did not matter to him ,however, because all Kandra was interested in was carrying his blade. Today was the day of the sun festival (the longest day of the year was celebrated often in Dandoria) and Kandra was to be in the tournament of swords. Kandra walked to the corner of his shop and took the sword out of it’s case then he stepped back and looked at it. The bull horn handle was an almost perfect white an emerald the size of his eye was dug into the pommel and it shone brightly in the suns brightness, But the blade was the most important of all it was made from a metal that was green it was long, thick, sharp, and even and it had his name forged into the flat of the blade. After swinging it a couple of times and weighing it he slid it into his leather sheath strapped the sheath and his dagger to his belt put his belt on his waist and left his shop.
Kandra weighed his bag of gold and thought what he was going to buy. Two hundred gold pieces was a lot of money to just carry around all day and he didn’t save all year for nothing, so he stopped at the vendors road where you could buy anything from food to weaponry. Kandra stopped at a jeweler and looked at the wears he found a silver ring with a small emerald inside “It matches perfectly with my sword.”he thought so he paid the merchant the 20 gold and walked off.
Once Kandra reached the corner of the street he was ran into by a man named Anar screaming “They’re coming they’re coming.” Kandra did not yell no matter how far fetched his story sounded the thought of someone being foolish enough to attack Baler, the king would destroy whoever did that. No Kandra could not be angry at Anar it wasn’t all his fault anyway when he and Kandra were young he was kicked in the head by a horse and was never the same, and although other people turned from him as a freak Kandra stood by him forever protecting his childhood friend forever.
“You should be more careful Anar.” scolded Kandra “You don’t understand they’re going to destroy us all.” replied Anar with a frightened look upon his face. “Of course they are.” said Kandra as Anar jumped to his feet and kept running through the streets crying his message that noone believed.
Kandra suddenly realized it was about four o’clock the tournament was in an hour and Kandra had not had a bite to eat since breakfast. Kandra walked down the street until he reached the Green Griffon Inn. He walked in and sat at the bar. “I’ll have a pint of ale and some roasted chicken.” said Kandra to Cole the Bartender and his friend. Cole relayed his message to the cook and started to poor the ale. “Is that they sword you’ve been bragging about?” asked Cole as he handed Kandra his mug. “Yes and it will win the tournament with me.” replied Kandra with a loving smile at the balde. “Is that an emerald in the pommel?” asked Cole. “Yes it is my birth stone. Have you heard any news Cole?” asked Kandra as he downed a large gulp of his ale. “No other than they’re coming they’re coming whatever that is supposed to mean.” said Cole in a joking manner. “Good because I want to enjoy my victory today.” said Kandra taking another drink. “Oh a little cocky aren’t we?” joked Cole. Do you have any doubt I will lose?” Inquired Kandra. “Of course not except for Garret he is fast.” muttered Cole. “Oh he is like a rabbit he’s fast but one good hit is all it takes.” boasted Kandra proudly. “Whatever you say, and you had better pay me back you owe me I can’t keep giving you free ale people are starting to complain.” said Cole. “We’ll see.” said Kandra as he left the bar.
Kandra left the bar stretched his back and headed to the shield maker. Kandra walked into the shop and greeted the salesman. “Do you have the shield Grant?” asked Kandra. “Of course just as you ordered one twenty inch buckler made of solid oak, a steel rim, a padded inside, and leather straps for the arms and the back.” replied Grant handing Kandra the shield. “How much will it be?” asked Kandra. “One hundred and sixty gold pieces” replied Grant in a very low tone of voice. “Oh yes I remember now because of the time limit right?” asked Kandra. “Well I am a busy man and the materials you asked for aren’t as easy to buy as you think.” replied Grant. “And I agree with you fully.” said Kandra as he paid the man and walked off with his new shield.
Kandra walked out of the shop, and realized that he had only twenty minutes to prepare for the tournament. He started to sprint.
Chapter two
The tournament
Kandra sat in a tent while feet rustled armor clanged and whetstones sharpened blades. He stared at the leather armor he was to wear in the tournament. The armor was thick but unnecessary as Kandra thought, so he only put on the greaves bracers and his gloves.
Kandra stepped out of the tent and walked to the ring just in time to see a man get clubbed over the head by the flat of another mans blade. Kandra raised his hand to his head and realized he needed his helmet. He rushed to his tent and saw Anar sitting in the tent holding a bag of coins and an ale. Kandra knew what Anar had been up to. Kandra grabbed his helmet strapped it on and pulled Anar up to his feet so he could lean on Kandra. “Remember when we where little and you stole your mothers ale and drank the whole bottle remember how sick you got?” Asked Kandra in a worried voice. “Well if you keep drinking like that your going to get sick again and although I wish I could I can not pay someone to help you out.” continued Kandra urging Anar to stop this drinking binge he had been in for days. “Oh you are my besht friend and you always have been Kandra I’m shorry and I’ll try to stop.” droned Anar in his drunk voice.
Kandra lead Anar to the side of the ring and sat Anar in a seat. “Stay here and don’t move I’ll check on you between matches? Ordered Kandra. All Anar did was bob his head in agreement and look at the ground. A man yelled “Twentieth seed Victor and Kandra.”
Kandra jumped over the ropes of the ring and drew his sword. Victor stood at the opposite end of the ring holding his double handed blade in his massive grip. Kandra stared at the tall bearded man memorizing the placement of Victors armor so that he could be quick and precise. “Go” yelled an official in his deep powerful voice. The battle had begun.
Victor charged Kandra right on the go trying to surprise Kandra ,but it did not work. Kandra quickly parried the mans blow and swung his blade toward the mans chest. To Kandras surprise the man sloppily blocked Kandras lightning fast blow with the hilt of his sword. Kandra leapt back in order to regain control. “I almost had you said Kandra.” in a bragging tone. “Almost but by the end I will defeat you with your own sword.” grunted Victor. “I may have made that blade but it is not mine.” yelled Kandra as he thrust his blade toward Victor which he blocked not to Kandras surprise. Now Kandra had to be clever he thought for a couple seconds and then charged again swinging at Victors legs in order to distract Victors blade, and then bringing the blade up into Victors arm. Kandra was successful and staggered the man onto his side. He then swung the blade and just as the blade was about to cleave Victors head in half he stopped his blade and sheathed his sword. “I win” said Kandra in an unsatisfied tone “I thought you had practiced?” “Do not be so foolish you may have beaten me but my brother will defeat you.” cried Victor as he tried to regain his thoughts. “Garret is good but he will not win I guarantee it.” replied Kandra.
Kandra sat next to Anar ,and Anar handed him the bottle of ale. Kandra took a swig as Anar said “Great job you almost cleaved hish head off.” Thanks was all Kandra could say. Kandra watched men battle and battled other men for several hours until it reached the second seed. The second seed was Garret and a boy named Wesly. Wesly was a boy two years younger that Kandra he was eighteen. Wesly raised his thin rapier and waited. The official said go and the battle started. Wesly swung his rapier at Garret. Garret ducked and swung his hand and a half sword at Weslys feet. Wesly jumped back then lunged forward trying to stab Garret in the shoulder. “A big mistake” thought Kandra as Garret blocked Weslys blade and cracked Wesly on the ribs a big crack went through the crowd and everyone went silent. Wesly lye down on the ground crying out for help. Kandra grew enraged at Garret. “Who do you think you are you knew he had no armor on his ribs.” spat Kandra ,but Garret just walked past and ignored him.
“He’ll be sorry.” grunted Kandra as he strapped on his shield. Kandra stood in front of Garret. Garret seemed not to even notice Kandra ,but Kandra noticed him he was wearing almost the same type of armor as Kandra except for a helmet that covered his face concealing his thin eyebrows, his stubbily beard, and the scar running down his lip. “His arrogance is going to be his downfall.”thought Kandra.
“Go” boomed the official. Kandra and Garret stood locked in their stances. The crowd began to boo them but they did not notice. Garret then bowed his shoulder and stabbed at Kandra. Kandra parried and swung his blade at Garrets shoulder. Garret stepped to the side and kicked at Kandras shin. As kandra fell to the ground he smacked away Garrets blade. Garret stepped off for a second or so but then came charging at Kandra. Kandra jumped to his feet and parried Garrets blade. Then they both jumped back in order to catch their breathes. The crowd cheered louder and louder as Garret swung his blade low at Kandras feet, but Kandra jumped over Garrets blade then brought his blade sown with all his might upon Garrets blade. A clang went through the field all that was left was two broken pieces of steel. Kandra rose his blade to Garrets neck and said “I win.”
The crown exploded with cries and cheers. An official came out and handed Kandra his prize two thousand gold pieces. “Now I can pay back Cole.” thought Kandra.
Chapter three
the attack
Kandra walked to the spot where Anar was sitting. “Kandra we musht leave. They are going to kill ush all.” droned Anar. Kandra grabbed Anar and let him lean on his shoulder. “Just let me pay back Cole and we can go home. You want to stay at my place for the night?” said Kandra. “No!” said Anar as he pushed away from Kandra. “We have to leave they are going to destroy us all!” Yelled Anar suddenly sober. “Okay if you follow me to pay back Cole we can go and see whoever it is that’s supposed to destroy all of us.” said Kandra. Anar just bowed his head in approval.
Kandra and Anar headed down the path to Coles house. “You remember the time when we stayed outside all night and when we went back home our parents screamed at us and wouldn’t let us see each other for a week?” asked Cole. “Yes your parents where shuch good peoplesh I mish them.” Replied Anar stumbling over a rock. “Yes they where.” said Kandra. “I jusht couldn’t believe it when they died.” sobbed Anar. Kandra inhaled hard and thought back.
Eight Years ago when Kandra was a boy his parents had been called away to present the king with a sword. On their way back they where slaughtered by marauders. The marauders had been a growing problem in Dandoria and it was very few times you where to travel between towns without being attacked or robbed by marauders.
Kandra and Anar arrived at Coles door. Kandra knocked on the door and a women answered it was Coles wife. “Yes?” she said in a cheery tone . “Jesolin could we talk with Cole?” asked Kandra. “Why of course are you here to pay him back?” asked Jesolin. “Yes I am.” said Kandra as he followed Jesolin through the house into the kitchen where Cole was sitting eating his dinner. “Great show today!” said Cole as he put down his drumstick. “Thank you, now how much do I owe you?” asked Kandra. “Oh only twenty five pieces.” said Cole as he handed Kandra a glass of water. “Well here it is, and I won enough today to be able to pay for my ale for several months.” replied Kandra as he handed Cole the money.
Cole walked over to Anar and handed him a glass of water, and asked them if they wanted any turkey. “Oh no we’re going to have dinner at my house.” replied Kandra and then a bell sounded through the streets.
Kandra walked out of the house and saw solders running through the city slipping bits of armor on as the went. “What is going on?” Kandra yelled to Anar. “I warned you.” said Anar in a proud voice. “We have to get out of here!” yelled Cole to his wife. “How many solders.”Kandra asked Anar. “Well.” droned Anar “About eight thousand.” Kandras mouth dropped open in astonishment. “We only have about four thousand people living here counting the solders.” thought Kandra.
He ran into the house and saw Cole and Anar grabbing some of Coles swords and daggers. They ran into the streets with Jesolin and Kandra followed. We have to leave through the West exit said Kandra there are no bells sounding over there. They headed West through the streets past all the homes of people struggling to get their most precious things out safely.
They reached the West exit and as soon as they reached the large door the bells sounded. “They are surrounding us.” cried Jesolin. “Well this is our only exit!” snapped Kandra through pure anger. “No Kandra we can leave through the water drain.” said Cole. “ but the bars are in the way.” said Kandra worriedly. “No remember when we where kids and we used to swim in their and we found the area where the mud was thin and we could crawl under the bars?” argued Cole.
Kandra thought about it. “The drain is on the East side of the town where the bulk of the army is but the river that it leads to will let us get just far enough for the army to miss us.” Okay but first we need to get some thing that will allow us to breath we will have to swim far without revealing ourselves. Cole thought for a minute or two. “What if we use smoking pipes?” replied Cole. “But that would leave us to close to the top of the water.” replied Kandra. “Not if we use the long ones I have in my collection and if we stay close enough to the reeds they won’t be able to tell they are pipes.” Argued Cole. “That’s genius I knew that pipe collection of yours would be worth something one of these days.” yelled Kandra excited and frightened at the same time.
They ran all the way back to Coles house and grabbed the pipes. They were about two feet in length and where thick about the same size as reeds. They all ran to the west and reached the drain Kandra tied his boots to his stomach using his one of his laces tied his sword into it’s sheath with his other boot lace and jumped into the water Cole, Jesolin, and Anar followed. Kandra reached the bars and dug in the mud he kept digging but the hole still wasn’t big enough. Kandra directed Cole to continue and Kandra went up for air and grabbed the pipes. By the time Kandra got back to the drain bars Cole had finished the hole. He handed them each a pipe and they swam through the hole.
They swam up to where the reeds were thick and discussed what they were to do. “All we need to do is breath through these pipes and swim all the way to that giant boulder once we get there they won’t be able to see us escape.” said Kandra “It’s about two leagues away so don’t swim fast just save energy, and stay close to the reeds if we do that they won’t be able to tell we’re escaping.” added Cole. Anar had become sober by then and was ready to swim.
They swam slowly but steadily and stayed close to the reeds. Kandra past many fish and frogs and the occasional turtle. By the end of the day they had made it to the boulder where they rested. All they could do was sit and watch the army destroy their once famous town.
Chapter four
Aftermath
Kandra sat in the muck breathing in and out in long heavy breathes. He was exhausted from all he was doing. It was hard to believe but in one day he had walked through his home town and won the tournament of swords, but he had also had to escape his town and watch it get destroyed. “How could this be?” he asked many times in his mind.
Nightfall came and Kandra rose off the dirt to see what was happening to the town. Cole walked up behind him and patted him on the back Kandra fell down. “Are you okay?” gasped Cole. “I’m fine I’m just so tired.” exhaled Kandra. “Well I figured you have been sleeping for several hours.” “How many Cole?” “I’d say about three hours.” replied Cole. “So it is about eleven o’clock.” thought Kandra.
Kandra walked to the edge of the boulder and looked toward the town. The solders where leaving. As it seemed by the time they had all left that only about two hundred or so enemy solders had been killed. Kandra walked over to Cole and Anar. “Let’s wait for another half hour or so and then we can go and see I anyone is still there.” Kandra said. “Sounds like all we can do.” said Cole.
They waited behind the boulder and saw the many solders starting to leave the town. After they had all left Kandra snuck through the field to the town walls. They did not have to walk all the way to the town gates because there were hole broken into it’s large walls. Kandra walked over a pile of rubble into an alleyway. In fact it was the alleyway where Kandra had found a dog which he fed in secret to his parents. He walked past the steps where he had fallen and cut open his foot as a child, and into the street where he used to play games with Anar and Cole.
“What a mess this place has become.” thought Kandra. He walked to his house while Cole and Jesolin spread out to find bodies and Anar followed him. Kandra walked into the remains of his house and all he found was a couple standing walls, all the useless stuff he used to have, dust, and rubble. Kandra fell to the ground and sobbed. Anar walked up to him and patted him on the back.
“I should have listened to you. I’m sorry Anar.” choked Kandra as he inhaled a puff of smoke from his smouldering home. “You did listen to me Kandra.” Anar replied in his normal confused tone. “I listened but I didn’t believe you, please forgive me.” Kandra begged. “No I could never not forgive you.” replied Anar. “Thank you friend.” said Kandra as he walked away in order to find any survivors.
Cole walked down the street to his bar he was surprised to find that the bar had not been burned to the ground. He walked in and found the place rummaged and dug through. He sat at the chair he had always sat at in order to tell stories to the little children who would come and visit him. “I will never forget this place.” he thought in his mind. He walked up to his wife who was crying as she leaned over the body of a child.
“Those people are monsters.” she said through gritted teeth. “We will not let this pass Jesolin.” Cole said to his wife as he sat next to her and patted her on the back. “But first we have to warn the king. Come we have to find Kandra and Anar.”
They left the bar and walked in the direction of Kandras house. Kandra by that time had walked over to the tournament ring he stepped over dead bodies and mangled belongings. Anar tripped over a persons chest that had been cleaved open. He rolled over and hurled out his stomachs bile. Kandra was in a daze his eyes tearing but refusing to blink he kept walking and soon reached the body of Victor.
It had been stabbed with a spear and trampled by solders. “Victor didn’t deserve this, but where is Garret if he was to die he would have died right next to his brother? He may not be the best person but he loved his brother.” Kandra quickly dismissed it and walked away feeling sick to his stomach.
“These people where my friends and my family how could I have left them to die? I am a monster.” Kandra mumbled as he tripped over a solders shield. “No if you had stayed you would have died just like the rest of them.” Cole said As he caught Kandra before he hit the ground. “We have to warn the king.” Cole continued. “No tell me the story of Raign again Cole.” Kandra instructed Cole. “Okay I will.”
Chapter five
Retribution
“About twenty seven years ago their was a man named Raign. He was a knight for the king and a wizard for the council at the age of eighteen. By the time he was twenty he had become the greatest wizard and knight for the country of Dandoria. He grew to the age of twenty one and fell in love with a priestess for the army named Reya. After about two years of constantly being with each other Reya was sent to Relom on a diplomatic mission in order to sign a piece treaty with their king.
On her way back she and her caravan of solders where attacked by a large group of marauders. No one survived. Reyas body was brought back for burial, but when Raign found out he was near ready to kill himself. Then he decided to try and resurrect Reya. He dug up her body and took it to his home where he prepared the potion. All he needed was the forbidden scroll of resurrection in order to bring her back. So he went into the councils castle and stole the scroll.
When he arrived home he committed the long precise steps in order to bring her back from the dead, and it worked but not in a way he wanted minutes after she went mad and started to attack Raign. She was unsuccessful so she fled the country to Relom. The Dandoria guard came discovered the stolen scroll and hunted Raign down they found him at his home heartbroken and they arrested him.
Raign was sentenced by the king of Dandoria to be banished to one of the uninhabited Islands to the East of Dandoria where he was to spend the rest of his life. In the mean time Reya rose to power in Relom where she is now queen. And that is the tale of Raign.” Cole finished.
That is where I need to go to the Island where Raign is. He will teach me how to become strong enough to get my revenge, Cole this is my only choice.”Kandra said as he rose to his feet.
Chapter six
The journey
“No I can not let you!” yelled Cole. “Why can’t you I am going to get revenge on the person who did this?” Kandra asked puzzled. “No he is a damned man and I can’t let you go near him. Especially not alone.” Cole yelled back. “I will go with him.” said Anar. “But what if he isn’t alive anymore or what if he has gone insane and tries to kill you then you will be useless.” Cole replied. “Well I’m not much use now!” Kandra yelled as tears rolled down his face. “These were my people and I left them to die and now I want revenge in order to justify what I have done, and you want to stop me why Cole? Why?” Cole walked up to Kandra and stared at him for what seemed like hours. “If this is something you feel you have to do then do it but I will go and warn the king.” Cole murmured looking straight into Kandra’s eyes.
Cole, Kandra, Anar, and Jesolin rummaged through the town looking for anything that would help them in their separate journeys. Kandra and Anar walked into Kandra’s smithy shop and found nothing but a couple of nails and a pair of tongs. They went to a different house that had not been burnt down and found a stash of tobacco a couple of blankets and a pan. “This used to be Victors house.” Kandra thought back to when he was invited into Victor’s house for a party Victor was always a big man with a stubbily beard just like his brothers and a receding hairline, but that night he had been drunk and he was like a completely different man.
Cole and Jesolin went through several homes and found assorted things like bits of food some silverware and an empty wine skin. They all met at the East exit of the town. Kandra shook hands with Cole and hugged Jesolin, and then they talked. “You need this more than I do right now.” said Cole as he handed Kandra a wine skin that was filled with water. “Thanks.” was all Kandra could say. Jesolin walked over to Anar and handed him one hundred gold pieces. “Thank you for helping out Kandra he will need you.” she said. Anar remained silent. They exchanged goodbyes one last time and were off.
Kandra and Anar walked to the east as Cole and Jesolin walked to the north. “I’m gonna miss em.” Kandra said. As he walked down the path. Anar lifted his head up and said. “What are we gonna do to pass the time?” Kandra popped his head up. He hadn’t thought about that since it didn’t seem important. “Well I guess we’ll just have to talk.” Kandra continued. “We have to go about fifty miles till we reach the port where we can buy a boat and some supplies.” Kandra finished. “Well what should we talk about?” Anar asked.
“Well first how much money did Jesolin give you?” Kandra questioned. “Well about one hundred pieces.”Anar answered in cheery tone. “Well that leaves us with about two thousand one hundred and twenty gold pieces to buy a boat and food to reach the island not bad.”
Kandra and Anar walked a couple hours and then decided to rest. “I wish we could have brought some horses.” whined Anar. “Yeah too bad their weren’t any left.” said Kandra as he pulled out some jerky and drank from his water skin. So their should be a town about three more miles away from here. Luckily the army went the opposite direction to Crazen town.” said Kandra.
Please tell me what you think.

okay here is the some more stuff I've added not much though
Luckily their army went the opposite direction to Crazen town, come on it’s too dark to continue, we should make camp here.”
Kandra awoke to fire on his blanket. He jolted up from under the cover, and stomped on the blanket until the fire was out, then he looked to his boot that had been burnt, but not bad. “Anar?” Kandra yelled as he looked around seeing noone. He looked to the west and saw a stone wall built years ago by a destroyed home, behind it he could hear Anar shaking and whimpering. Kandra walked over to the wall and edged his way past the wall trying not to scare Anar. “What’s the matter?” asked Kandra as he sat down next to Anar. “I saw that Jesolin was dead, she had been beaten to death by someone.” Kandra looked to Anar’s face, his eyes were wide and tears streamed from them down his bony cheeks into his prickly beard. “It’s alright it’ll be okay, remember when you saw me as king? I will never be king, remember I hate politics.” This made Anar laugh, and seemed to cheer him up. “Now let’s go back to bed and tomorrow we will go to town and I will buy a new blanket.”
Chapter seven
The Mountains and the Mountain men
Kandra and Anar woke up at dawn not being able to sleep in the wet deep grass. They ate a quick breakfast of rocky bread and soft cheese then they headed off. After a couple hours they made it to the town and walked through the stone made columns marking the entrance and exits to the town. They walked through the thatch roofed forest of homes until they got to the center of the town and saw a large building with a sign saying “Mountain Men Inn”. They walked into the building to see a bar filled with burly looking men with staffs and supply bags sat next to them. “Perfect.” said Kandra as he walked into the bar and stepped right up to a man and started talking.
He picked the largest and oldest man in the bar to talk to. “Hello, my name is Kandra, and this is my friend Anar, we are looking for someone to guide us through the mountains.” The man seemed to ignore them and just as Kandra was about to turn around he said. “Well I’ll take you but it will cost one hundred silver.” Kandra smiled. “Fair enough, I need to buy some food and a blanket, when and where would you like us to meet you?” Kandra asked the burly man. “Here in about two hours, that alright with you?” said the man. “That’s fine.”
