Blake made his way through the streets of Uru' Bean. He was going undercover to find information for the Varden. He was walking past everybody and heading towork as a gaurd for one of Galbatorix's nobles. I cant belive that I'm gonna work for a noble...those snotty little runts probably have slaves and all that stuff....I hate this..but it's for a good cause... Thought Blake as he made his way down the road.

Lyla sat in the shade of the wall of a large building. It appeared to be made of stone, and was overall rather unattractive.
At least it provides some decent shade. She thought to herself, licking the back of her large (not to mention potentially lethal) paw. She was just about to settle down for a nap- one of her favourite pass-times- when she noticed something. A man, a guard by the looks of it, was ambling up the street. At once, Lyla noticed that the was something abnormal surrounding him, a sort of magical presence of power. Of course the other people walked past without realising a thing, and Lyla doubted anybody would.
So ignorant of them. She thought to herself with a little sigh.
Not knowing when a man of great power stands in their presence. Her large green eyes followed him as he trudged along with a slight look of disgust on his lips.
Mind you... she thought to herself He could do with a bit of shaping up! Lyla pulled back her lips in a tight grin to reveal long pointed fangs.

Blaser was walking through the gates of Ur'bean. He was waiting for somthing. He had heard for the Varden that an surprise attack in Ur'bean will happen soon and he was to disguise himself as one of the palaces guard until tomorrow night. He had left Blade at Farthen Dur to advoid him being captured. He saw a guard on his own walking away from the palace proberly on his break. Blaser followed him into a dark alley then killed him by shooting a stone through his skull. He took the guards clothers then buried him. He walked back to the palace and stood by the palace and waited.

Curious, Lyla followed the "guard" she had spotted. She was sure that somebody that powerful, his thoughts surrounded by a rock hard barrier of magic, would not normally be working as a guard. Intrigued, she slunk along a fair distance behind him, obviously unnoticed and insignificant to passers by. She was soon distracted, yet again, by another sense of power. They had always said cats had a sixth sense, and right now hers seemed to be pretty active. As she headed towards the new feeling, Lyla seriously considered adopting her human form.
A young child would seem far more innocent... She pondered, but soon decided against it. Anyway, cats seemed to be less cared about than children. Soon, she came into view of the palace. The feeling was stronger now, and she felt a certain attraction towards the ominous building. Then she spotted it. The source of the surrounding magic in the air. It was another guard. Surprised, she prowled over and seated herself opposite him, several yards away.
Perhaps they're working together. She though, almost questioning herself.
Maybe there are more? She concluded, and fixed her gaze upon the soldier.

IC: Blake Was walking along the feeling of disgust lost...He missed his Dragon Keriaia..He left her in Ellesmera...Grr it's not the same...heh..she would be joking around right now telling me lame jokes....oh well the elves insisted they train her... He thought. He suddendly felt a great magical presence. What was that? He asked himself. He turned around and slowly followed the presence, But soon he felt another presence tugging at his mind...More agents from The Varden? intresting I thought I was the only one on this mission... He thought a bit confused he followed them until he came upon shaken ground. Yep..magic. He thought. Could be Galbatorix's mages...but the other one felt familiar... He ran behind back alleys and was getting closer to the first magical presence he detected..he turned the corner and saw a dragon.

Ioksok walked through the gate into the royal palace. "Where is the king?" he asked one of the palace guards.
"He's in the throne room." the guard said as Ioksok walked by him. Ioksok walked a richly decorated room with a large wooden chair at the back. A large chandler hung from the ceiling luminating the room.
"Sir you sent for me?" He asked the man sitting in the large wooden chair.
Galbatorix looked at Ioksok "yes I have been looking for you, you have a job," He said to Ioksok then to the guards "Go get Murtagh."

Blaser saw a young child stare at him while he was guarding. He then turned because he sensed a powerful being. He saw a man talking with another guard then the man walked into the palace. He then muttered ''I better follow him'' and started to follow him but couldn't get passed a locked door the man walked into. He pressed his ear on the door. He heard an another mans voice say Murtagh. He reconised the voice as Galbatorix's and ran down the stairs back to his position but his wepon cut his arm and blood stained the wall.

IC: Blake continued to look at the dragon. He felt The other presence get hurt with his special power. Then another presence entered his mind....he thought he recognized it but didn't think to much of it.

Erais had gone there, to spy on Galbatorix. She knew this would be a hard task to do. She was walking through the streets, looking around. No one reconized her from the wanted picture. She had completed the transformation all dragon riders got. It had been two years since she met Erador.

Upon walking through the streets, she soon found herself looking upon a familiar place, to familiar. She was walking near the castle. Her hair covering her ears. It was pulled up half way, unusual for her. She saw a familiar face she hadn't seen in over a year, maybe more. Ioksok.

Deciding to venture closer to the castle, she saw him walk in. She could feel slightly familiar presenses. Not being able to place them. After making her presence unknown to everyone for a year or more, it was hard to reconize friends. Though easily done with enimies. She had missed her friends, she had wanted to stay in contact. She had decided it to risky, most people thought her and Erador dead.
Upon leaving Erador tucked away in Du Weldenvarden, no one, not even the elves knew they were alive. She knew no one, not even Serias or Ioksok would remember her. Not after her faked death. She would be unreconizable now.

After revealing herself to Eragon, she was told to work undercover as a maid for Galbatorix. Not wanting to, she gave in.

Blake was still looking at the dragon...The empire's security is a wet paper bag....a dragon two..no..three? Three! Man, that one that just showed up felt really familliar......A one i haven't had that presence since two yeears ago... He knew there was a connection between that new presence but he couldn't find out....He left the dragon along. Probably napping.. he thought he moved to the new presence. He followed the presence he looked up at the castle...Memories...Bad memories... He thought. When caught up with the presence, He saw a female elf...Why is her presence so familiar? He thought.

Ioksok stood infront of the throne Galbatorix stood up and put his hand on Ioksok's shoulder, "Will you help me? I have heard from some informants that spies have infultrated my palace." Galbatorix told him.
Murtagh walked through the door "I have found a spy." he said looking at the trail of blood. "I will take Ioksok and track him down." he told the king.

Erais walked up to the doors. She then walked through, making sure her ears were covered and her mind well gaurded.

"Your highness, I was sent here by my mother, saying I would be a loyal servant." She bowed.

She saw Murtagh and Ioksok. Erais made eye contact with Ioksok. She knew him, she knew him. Where from. The past she so long ago forgot, the past from which she never wanted to remember, a past with terrible scars and wounds that could easily be opened again.

Where I have seen him before? Where? Where? It faded through her mind. Not wanting to remember who he was. Yet, she wanted to. Just couldn't.

She stood there in a daze, keeping his gaze. Those eyes, where have I seen them? Thinking to herself. Then she could feel more presences, so many familiar, yet they weren't. She wanted to remember him. What had he done to leave an imprint on the forgotten past.

Ioksok's hand fell to his sword hilt, as he gazed at the maid that just walked in. Galbatorix saw where Ioksok's eyes fell and said "You like her do you? That can be the payment." Once Murtagh was in to room the king sent four guards to follow the blood trail.
"Yes my king," Ioksok said "that would be fair payment." With his hand off the hilt of his sword he bowed and said to the maid "Follow me."

Coming out of her daze, Erais followed. Still unsure who he was. "Payment" The word rang through her ears. She was to be his payment. Know she knew she was in trouble. She followed him, glancing back at Galbatorix.

He really didn't reconize me. She thought to herself in amazment.

She walked a few feet behind Ioksok, taking care not to get to close.

OOC: I have to go.

Lyla was annoyed. There were so many magical, powerful presences surrounding her, but she could not find any. Frustratedly, she gave up her sitting on the floor, and paced back and forth past the palace- swishing her long black tail behind her as she became more and more agitated.
They must be inside. She thought with an exasperated feeling seeping into her. It was most unlike her not to know exactly what was going on and be right in the middle of it- Lyla didn't like it at all!
Oh well... curiosity killed the cat I suppose. She thought to herself bitterly, and slunk off heading towards the market square looking to do a bit of scavenging. Maybe the people she was looking for would show up soon- anyway, she would feel it if they left the city. Perhaps when they were out in the open, she could get a good look at who they were without being noticed.

Blake was now more intreseted with the elf he saw. Why does she feel so familiar....the other one feels familiar to...I really hate fate... He thought quietly to himself. He followed her to the palace. How am i going to get in?..oh yeah.. He looked at himself in his noble gaurd uniform. He walked up to the gaurds at the entrance. "Hello i'm here to start work." He said with the best smile he could manage. "Go on ahead..." the gaurd said absent mindedly. He walked through the gates. He then waited for the confersation between Galbatorix, the other familiar presence, and the elf to end befpre he went and followed the elf and the familiar presence.

Once to his door he let the maid in and told her to sit down on the bed. Ioksok looked around his bed room it was fit for a king, armor, and weapons were adoring the walls, a giant hearth was on the west wall.
"Who are you?" he asked the maid moving some of her hair that was in her face behind her ear, Ioksok looked up in shock. He said a quick spell "You are the spy arn't you?" he asked

Erais flinched when he moved some of her hair. She quickly got up, she walked a few feet away from him.

"No, I am not a spy. I am Sakia, half elf, half human." Deceving him, Erais shielded her mind against her past. Them put in false memories.

She looked at him, feeling his presence become more familiar. Letting him sort through her false memories, wanting to decive him. Decive him real good. Making sure her tucked away year wasn't for nothing.

Blake was still fallowing them when they reached the room where the powers were comin from he hid behind the wall and eavesdropped on them to find out more. He knew the elf supposedly named Sakia was a ploy but there was nothing to prove it. he probbed her mind ver quietly and tried to probe The other familliar presences thoughts but was blocked instantly. he put himself into gaurd posistion just in case one of them came out.

As Lyla pattered towards the market, where she had been hoping to find food, something distracted her. She felt the power slightly closer and stronger this time, so instinctively looked to her left. She scanned the wall there, not quite knowing why. Her eyes passed over what must have been hundreds of stones, before she noticed it. Near the bottom of the wall, about 3 feet along was a fairly large hole with a tube protruding from it. A waste chute, she realised. Probably for dispensing unwanted waste from the bedrooms.
Thank goodness the rich fools have the stupid ideas! She almost laughed to herself, then proceeded to the hole. As she gazed in, Lyla realised that it was a bit smaller than she had first thought. She couldn't see any light at the end either, which either meant the chute was very long, or the room was very dark. Sighing, she slipped up it, and shimmied her way along, paws tucked neatly under her chest, and long claws scratching at the surface to pull her along. She could hear voices now, only a couple of people though.
I hope they think it's just a rat. She thought grimly, aware that she was making a rather loud annoying scrabbling noise as she advanced.

Blade saw that the strange cat had began to climb to a tube. He walked towards the tube and looked inside. It was pitch black so he didn't worry and went back to buisness. Then he noticed somthing very odd, there was a guard acting odd so he walked towards him and tried to break into his mind but it was well defended. Then ghe asked him in a whisper ''What are you doing?'' then, because there was no answer, he asked ''Are you with the varden.''

Blake did not know what to do at this exact moment. Maybe i should trust this man....he did try to probe my mind....but what if it's Galbatorix's mages? He thought. he tried to break into his mind it was to well gaurded to be any one of Galbatorix's mages. "yes I am with the varden, Dragon Rider Blake...who are you?" He stated bluntly.

Ioksok drew his sword, making Erias flinch, he saw her and sheathed his sword "Sorry" he said taking off his sword belt and hanging it on the wall "Why did you say you were here agian?" he asked her, siting down in a wooden chair wiht a highback.

"My mother. She told me that I would be a perfect maid." Her eyes ready to betray her. She forced the magic to make then gray.

She began to look around the room, pretending to be interested. Letting her hair be free and her ears show. Her hands limply at her sides.

"Why are you here?" Her gray eyes looking into his eyes.

Don't betray yourself. Come on, just star him down. She told herself.

Suddenly it was there, the light at the end of the tunnel... or tube. Lyla could hear voices now, they obviously hadn't noticed her. Anyway, if they proved any threat, she could always escape down the chute again. With a huge amount of scrabbling and struggling, Lyla forced herself out the tube. When she looked up, she could make out a couple of people gazing at her- although she could not tell if it was in a menacing way! She seemed to shrink as she looked, and began to wish she had never entered at all. These people were magic users after all, they could be dangerous. The saying sprang to mind once more:
Curiosity killed the cat. Cursing mentally, she made a break for the tube- but she was too close to the people- they could easily make a lunge and grab her. Panic rose in her chest as she sprung around back towards the wall.
It's too late! She thought desperately, charging away at the top speed her legs could carry her.
Too late...

Blade replied to Blakes question ''I'm with the varden and a rider as well my name is Bladewhat are you doing here? because i was told to wait here as a guard until tomorrow night.'' ''Also do you anything about that strange cat walking about''.

"What cat? O-" Blake stopped the sentece. "Can you feel that?" Blake asked. "There's five powerfull presences in the room we're supposed to be 'gaurding'" Blake said. He looked at Blade "Are we gonna rush in?" Blake asked Blade with a concerned look.

"The king has a job for me," Ioksok said taking his hand and puting it under her chin, raising Erias's head so he could look down into her eyes "You look so fimiliar, have we ever meet?" Looking into Erias eyes Ioksok mumbled "Where, where." tring to think.

"I don't think so. Maybe I have seen you in the streets." She was thinking hard also.
Where? When? How long ago? These questions buzzing around her head.

She could feel some of the concealing spell was starting to fade. She could feel her eyes turning, feeling a tingling in them. She wanted to look away. To hide from him.
What in the world did I get myself into? I knew I should have used Erador's help with the darn acursed spell. Not able to look away, she could she some sort of reconision in the back of his eyes. The gray ones began to get tinges of the natural bycolored ones.
Look away. She ordered herself. She couldn't.

''We shouldn't rush in we should scry the room or try to enter pretending were looking for somthing'' ansewered Blade. ''Wait i sense somthing oh no Blaser my dragon is flying this way'' said Blade. ''What are you doing Blaser'' he asked.
''I'm strong enough to crush the Empire together we can kill Galbatorix'' said Blaser
''No go back you fool you'll be killed'' said Blade. Blade saw Blaser fly over head and somone shouted ''Dragon run''.

Suddenly, Lyla halted. She heard screams outside. Panicked, she froze, and turned around slowly. The people hadn't noticed her after all, they were still discussing something. A relief swooped over her as she stood quietly near the chute, making sure that she wasn't spotted. Something caught her eye, something familiar. Or someone...
Erais? She hissed, wide eyed in surprise. Lyla suddenly regretted making the mental contact as the girl turned to face her, a slightly angry, partially fearful gleam in her eyes. Once again, Lyla seemed to shrink before the looming figures.

Blake scryed the room he saw the female elf, the Ioksok man, and a purple shimmering glimmer in the pipe...Oh no that draogn i saw! He looked at Blade "I'm going in..." Blake said to him. He went through the door, His Emerald green rider sowrd drawn. I missed the weight of my sowrd... Blake thought akwardly. "Ok this is wired will someone explain why there are so many presences i've felt before, my mind and i'm pretty sure everyonje else in this room has the same feeling!" Blake said angrily.

Erais looked away from Ioksok. Her eyes were almost normal now.

"Explain what? I was sent here by my mother. That's all. I have no idea what you are talking about." Staying calm she stared at him. "Your with the Varden aren't you. Your also a dragon rider, am I wrong. If you were undercover you should have gotten a plain sword."

Taking a few steps back, her gaze switching from Lyla, Ioksok and Blake.
Oh great. What did I get myself into? Thinking quick.
She quickly looked down. Ignoring there gazes.

OOC: I think that Firetongue is a werecat right now. Not a dragon.

OOC: oops sorry...

IC: "How do you know I'm with the varden?" Blake demaned from her "And I did get a plain sowrd but now i think everyone has blown thier cover! There's a person named Blade out there an he say's he's with the varden to. Besides how would you known i should of gotten a plain sowrd?" Blake asked his temper rising. "If someone would please tell me what's going on i'll be fine.." He said to everyone in the room.

"Well, just a hunch. You just blew yours and his cover," jerking her head to the door. "Ioksok, is a servant of Galbatorix. You idiot. I don't know what is going on. Because, a colored blade gives away any dragon rider."

She tried to leave the room. Before she was reconized.
So, this is Blake. Sounds familiar. The stupid idiot just gave himself and another away. Idiot. Her way was barred.

Blake tried to read her thaughts, but coulden't get through the tough barrier of magic. "I know a colored blade gives away a dragon rider. I had it hidden, by the way can you tell me why feal familiar to? you coulden't be a regular elf becuase i coulden't get through your barrier of magic gaurding your mind." Blake said If she wants to tease me about blowing my cover i'll just blow her's. thought Blake, temper making him forget his common sense.

OOC- Yes, Lyla's a werecat. Dragons don't have paws.

Lyla glared at the people surrounding her.
I feel trouble brewing. She grinned to herself, and sat promptly on the floor. She was a cat now- nobody would really care if she watched their little argument. Anyway- the chute was still there, and only big enough for her. Purring, she focused on the hostile glances between these possible enemies, and enjoyed the look of absolute rage contorted on Erais' face. Smirking, she settled down, flicked her tail and waited for the fight to begin. Although Lyla appeared completely at ease, she could feel her back legs growing tense, as she prepared to make a run for it- yet did not let this anxiety show on her face or in her movements.

Looking up. Her eye a blaze.

"No, I am sure we have never ever met. If so, I am glad I for got you." Her temper was starting to get the best of her. She forgot about Ioksok still in the room.
If we have ever met. He better not blow my cover or trick me into doing so. She then let her fake past be sorted through. Keeping her real past locked away.

She made a side glance over to the cat.
Why, hello Lyla. What are you doing here? Asking the werecat.

Keeping her foucus on Blake, she wanted to hurt him right now.
You stupid dragon rider. She thought this over.

This is just plain wrong... Thought Blake to himself. "Look I really don't want a fight that wouldn't be good for anyone except Ioksok and the cat over there becuase Galbatorix's gaurds would come rusing in capture us and then later most likely kill us ok?" Blake said to her. He got done sorting through her memories and got angrier. Now i'm kinda hoping a gaurd would come in.. He thought.

Watching. Lyla replied to Erais' simply, licking her paw hoping not to alert Ioksok to the fact that she actually had any idea what was going on.
I do enjoy a good argument. She grinned, then hurriedly returned to licking her paw. Flicking her ear with it, she observed Erais glaring at the rider. Her eyes were practically on fire!
Now Erais, don't get carried away. Lyla smirked. Wouldn't want to blow your cover! After all- he's just some thick skulled rider (unlike yourself). She commented.
He's not worth it. Lyla consoled, although secretly hoping that she would be ignored for once.

I know. Erais forced herself not to look at Lyla.

"Acually, I feel like taking a walk right about now. Want to join me." She grabbed his arm, not letting him go.

She had a very strong grip for a girl. She walked out and down the castle steps.

"Why in the world would you blow your cover. He is with Galbatorix. I don't know who you are, yet. Or maybe I do. Long ago I forced myself to forget my past and the people in it. I dissapeared for a year. Everyone thought I was dead. Even," she stopped. "Even Galbatorix. Happy, you good for nothing rider."

She then let him go. Still glaring at him.

Blake was dumbstruck, not by the fact the he just got chewed up and spat out. It was the fact he knew who she finnay was. Oh my....It's Earis.....she's been gone forever....the last I saw her was when she...supposudly died...Now i'm confused... Thought Blake still dumbstruck... "Earis...is that you?" Blake asked.

I guess I did know him then. He knows my name. Thinking hard. Trying to remember.
"Yes, that is me. Though, as I said. I forced to forget all the people from my past. Except the ones need for my future. I am sorry, maybe your name would bring you back into my memories."

Truely, everyone had foregotten me. Everyone. She was numb.
Looking at him, trying to place his face.
How did I so easily remember Lyla?

"Name? Didn't you just here it? oh well it's Blake." Blake said to Earis. How did she live? i saw her die...okay...question time...

"Oh, I did. I guess I was just to fumming. Blake." Looking down, then her head shot up. "Yes, Blake. I remember now. You are probably wondering why you saw me die, though here I am? Right? I faked my own death, on accident. I saw the oppourtunity, so I seized it. I hid away in the Beors. No one knew me being alive. No one."

Then looking shameful. She looked down, knowing it was probably a stupid thing to fake your own death. She then leaned against a house wall.

"So, who was that in there? The one that took me for pament?" Her eyes full of curiousity.

"Ioksok..you remeber him don't you?" Blake asked seeing her lean against the wall. He didn't have to read her mind to see her look shameful. "Don't worry....everyone knew you were alive...at least some of us were......" Blake said to make Earis feel better. I saw her die and she's alive.....heh.....fate...you can never know what to expect...... Blake thought

Erais shook her head sorrowfully.

"No, I don't remember him at all. Not even the name is familiar." Sighing, she hung her head. "I guess he was something I wanted to forget permanently."
"So, I knew him. Who else did I know. I can remember Lyla, the werecat up there. That was it." She pointed her finger to the castle.

"Lyla? That was a werecat?" Blake asked her. He was thinking when a new question came to mind. "How's Erador?" He asked Earis. He died to....I wonder if he's ok...... Thought Blake waiting for an answer.

OOC: Erador is a girl.

IC: "She is fine. Just tucked away in the Beors." Looking him in the eye. "Tell me who else did I know? That you knew of. Who was he? Was Ioksok good or bad?"

She came to his side, looking at him. Remembering him everything she knew about him. Who were these others. Who?

OOC: Sorry about short post. My neck is killing me, making it hard to consintrate.

IC: "Ioksok. He was bad you never really said that much, and the little you said about him you said he tourchered you...." He looked in her eyes. and wondered, She forgot everything....everything..... He thought a little sad. "that's really all i can remember....sorry." He said to her. Blake flicked his eyes over to Earis's ears. He felt his eartips. another month...and i'll be a fully transformed elf.....I don't know if i'm ready for that.. He thought.

"Really, hmm. Torchered me, maybe he did. Maybe Erador remembers him. She didn't like the idea of forgetting her past. She kept hers." Thinking for a moment. "I guess I could get her to fly here, though it would be to risky. We should start walking back now."

She started to for castle.

"You will be unreconizalbe as soon as your finished. We know that now. Don't tell anyone, not even the Varden about me." Looking back at him. "I never liked them, not one bit. I decided to keep me from them."

Then she continued on.

"suppose I shoulden't argue. But even though I won't be recocnizable I'll still Be the same looking when i get to the castle." Blake told Earis. "It would take at least a month before i become a elf..." He said. "I guess i should go and hide in the city till i can talk with Keriaia." Blake said.

"Maybe, you sould hide for a while. You and the other gaurd you revealed. After all, you will both be wanted now. Does Galbatorix still have the wanted papers up?" Asking him.

Erador. I don't think that you can feel me so far away. If you do, come here and hide some where near the city. I need you to brush me up on my memories of Ioksok. That is all I know. She knew this was a futile attempt. She jumped when she got a reply, a deep reply she hadn't heard for a while.
Where should I hide young one. Young in years, old in wisedom. Erais laughed aloud. Erador was making smart remarks.

"Blade has probobly already hidden." Blake told Earis. "Maybe i can reach Keriaia..." Helloooo...Wake up sleepy head anyone home? He asked wondering if Keriaia would reply. Uh....that was a good dream to... She remarked back. Heh..well it's time to move those wings...I got in trouble in Ure' Baen...And guess what? Earis is here. you remember right.... He asked Earis!!! you mean the one that died a year and a half ago!? ok I'm comming...where do you want me to meet you? She asked, obviously excited. Go outside of the city and wait there... He told her.

"Well, I better go. I hope my cover wasn't blown. Bye...and...and thanks." She quickly walked up to the castle. Walked through the double entry doors.

She walked around, then finally found her way to Ioksoks room. She opened the door and slipped in.

"What shall I do first?" She asked.

This time trying to remember who he was from her past.

Ok....to the back alley ways... Blake thought. He ran through back alley ways avoiing gaurd patrols. He ws eventually spotted he used Magic and jumped onto one of the buildings. That didn't last for long he was spotted by an archer and jumped off the building and was spoted again this time he didn't jump on the roof of a building. A sewige pipe! He thought over joyed, but slightly disgusted. he went down through the pipe and landed with a splash!. eww... was one of his many complaing thoughts through the trip.

"Sir, I found two of the spies you were looking for." Ioksok said as he walked into Galbatorix's room
"You found them," The king said "all ready. Galbatorix looked up from the book he was reading "Are you a spy Ioksok?" he asked
Ioksok stood up as strate as he could "Sir, I am no spy," he said "What would make you think of such a thing." Ioksok heard the guards coming down the hallway
"They are just going to ask you a few questions." The king said.

Erais walked out of the room. Ioksok wasn't there. She quickly followed the gaurds walking down the hallway. They turned and walked into the kings chamber. She saw Ioksok in there, so she walked in to.

"Oh, I am sorry." She turned to go.

"No, stay." The king said. "You will be questioned also."

She moved her hand from the door nob. Then came to stand beside Ioksok.

OOC: Be back in ten.

Lyla got bored of licking her fur. Erais and Ioksok had left the room, and so the action had left with them. Wearily, she climbed to her paws and lumbered off down the hallway. She turned a corner just in time to capture a glimpse of Erais moving swiftly into a room. Lyla followed, keeping close to the polished floor as if she were silently stalking prey. It certainly did the trick- Erais didn't notice her, even as she stuck her head around the doorway.
Galbatorix! Lyla exclaimed in surprise, her green eyes alight. Somehow she had not expected him to be there- sure it was his palace, but it seemed strange that the king was there at all.
I want no part of this. She thought angrily to herself, then turned to leave as quickly as possible.

Blake was still wandeing through sewage, when he wondered how Earis was doing...He got one of his feelings when one of his friends were in trouble. Better get out of here... He said looking for a sewige drain he could go through. he eventually found one and when he got out of the sewers he was outside of the city wall. Where are you Keriaia? He asked Keriaia. It's been about a hour since you last contacted me, But i'm over the Hadarc now. Keriaia told Blake.

Blaser contactacted Blade and said ''Ok but we must meet outside of Ur'bean or you will blow my cover''.
''Ok''replied Blaser. He waited for 10 minutes until he saw him land. ''There are many strong presances inside those walls'' said Blade.
''We need to hide you somwhere ok''said Blaser.
They walked around until they saw a large pipe in the ground. ''I don't know whats down there but stay there for now'' said Blaser. Blade climbed down the tunnel. Blaser walked back into Ur'bean palace. He continued up the stairs until he walked past the room he heard Galbatorix in. He peeped through the keyhole and saw 3 people. He then felt as if a force pulled him forward and he fell and the door went wide open. All eyes looked at him. ''Curse my bad luck'' he said to himself

Lyla stopped abruptly. This person was blocking the door and something not completely law abiding was going on (or so she felt). Still frozen on the spot, one paw slightly raised as if to take another step, Lyla let out an involuntary hiss. Her green eyes were fixed on whoever had just fallen through the door. As nobody moved, an uncomfortable atmosphere settled. It seemed that Galbatorix would soon say something, which would prove beneficial for nobody except himself.
This is not a good place to be right now... Lyla thought to herself helplessly.
Maybe he'll still think I'm just a cat... She wondered with a slight hope tightening inside her chest.
Just a cat...

Ioksok looked around "That is one of the spies" he said pointing at the man that had just falled into the room.
"Well thank you, Ioksok," Galbatorix said "Take him away." He reclined in his chair, and pulled a knife from his belt, as the guards picked up the fallen man. Ioksok saw Erias was about to move he put his hand on her shoulder.
"Take him, and chain him up," the king said "I'll make him talk later."

Erais at Ioksok hand. She then looked at him, then back at the hand he had put on her shoulder. She stopped, then stood still.

"Yes?" Erais asked.

She looked at Blaser, feeling sorry for him.
That was a stupid thing to uncover him. I hope Blake doesn't do that to me.
She watched them take him away.

Blake saw the glimering amthyst scales of his dragon, Keriaia. Is that you? Blake asked Keriaia. Yes..what are we going to do now? She asked. When Keriaia got done with that sentence he felt one of those presences become weaker. Oh no....that might be Earis...no that dosen't feel like her......not that werecat...she'd be able to escape...who el-Blaser! Blake thought. Keriaia! drop me off above the prison. Do you think you could fly realy close over the forest to find Erador? Blake asked her. Ok. Keriaia told him.

Silently, swift as a shadow, Lyla slipped out of the throne room. It seemed that she had gone unnoticed, it was true that nobody had said anything about her. However, she felt that she had never really escaped the attention of Galbatorix- she could almost feel his gaze piercing the back of her head as she left. Maybe he would sent his guards after her soon- there was definitely no time to escape out the doors, or down the stairs. Across, from Lyla, there was a window.
Cats always land on their feet... She grinned, darting towards the window. With one leap, she had sprung up onto the ledge, and another saw her out into the open. Thud. A deep yet muffled noise sounded as she hit the ground, and darted off into a side street. She could hear the pounding of several pairs of heavy boots around the corner.
They've probably been told to look for a large black cat. She realised.
I can fix that! Lyla grinned and pulled closer to the wall. Glancing around to make sure nobody was watching, Lyla began. She could feel the soft black fur almost tickle as it was pulled quickly back into her skin, and the landscape moved as she grew taller. Rising off her back legs, she remained hunched a little as the last traces of fur disappeared without a trace. The strangest bit was still her tail sliding back up what felt like her spinal cord- she never really got used to that. Carefully, she made sure that she was fully transformed into a girl of around 14 with raven black hair and clothed in a simple dress (as she always appeared in human form), and darted off towards the marketplace, planning to hide herself among the people there.

Galbatorix looked over his shoulder as he walked out of the room after the guards "Ioksok go back to your room, and finish what ever I interupted." the king said with a wink.
"We better get going." Ioksok said to Erias as he took his hand of her shoulder and walked back to his room, Fang where are you? he asked.
The gusts of wind told Ioksok that Fang had just arrived I have found you, and Erias. I thought she was dead.
Ioksok looked at his companion with a shooked look.

Erais looked into Fangs eyes.

Fang. She now could remember Fang. Uh oh.

She saw the look on Ioksok face. She switched her gaze to where she was supposed to meet Erador.

Erador, stay there. I might be in a mess. I've met up with Fang. An excited voice replied.
Fang, he is there. May I please come? Erais felt the pleading in her tone.
No, stay there. Erais then withdrew from her.

Ioksok looked at her "Erias," he said in a shaky voice, he reached up to touch her face to see she was real "I thought..." he trailed off. Fang blew some smoke out of his nose saying I told you so. "Get on." Ioksok said as he climbed up onto Fang's back Erias climbed up after him.
Fang circled until he was at the right altitude Where is Erador hiding? he asked looking over his shoulder.

Still a bit shocked, Erais wrapped her arms around Ioksoks waist so as not to fall off. She looked around.

Erador. I think we might be in trouble, have the sun reflect off your scales. Erais said.
Why? Are you okay? Fine, where are you? Erador asked.

Erais didn't want to answer Erador. She just looked around until she saw the sun glint on her scales.

Lyla ran as fast as she could. She enjoyed the speed she could work up as a human- running on two legs was certainly a lot easier to control- harder to balance though. She was practically flying as she darted into the town square, and skidded to a halt. She pretended to be engrossed in examining a stall of tomatoes, yet all the time keeping a look out for guards. Behind her, a troop paraded along the road, armour clattering as they walked. Her ear turned backwards slightly to listen, although she didn't stare for too long.
Good. She thought in relief.
They didn't notice me. She suddenly jerked her head up, she had sensed something. A glittering was clearly visible in the sky, rather high up though. If anyone else had happened to look up at that moment, it would have been invisible due to poor eyesight. Lyla however, still possessing the sharp accurate vision of a cat (although in human form) could make it out quite clearly.
Something's going on. She thought curiously- wishing regretfully that she could have the freedom of the skies as birds and dragons did.

Fang's giant red head swiveld into the direction of the glint, "What was that?" Ioksok yelled over the wind, to Erias, and Fang.
It's Erador! Fang yelled with glee as he flew spirals and did flips in the air, he landed lightly in a clearing in the woods where the white dragon was hiding.

Erador was obviously there. She walked out, trying to keep from shking the ground to much. Erais slid from Fang, walking to Erador.
Erador, who are they? Erais asked. Erador had to paws raised, one front and one back. She froze, she fell over.
You don't remember them at all? Eradors happiness drained away instantly.
No, I wondered why I have forced myself to forget them. I can remember Lyla, it a while to remember Blake. Not them. Erais replied calmly.

Erador walked over to Fang, she nuzzled him. Then began to explain to Ioksok and him.
...She forced herself to forget you both. I don't know why? Blake said that she told him that you torchered her. I remember that, but you to fixed that. She told me he said that. Why would she want to forget you two? She questioned the two.

Fang nuzzled Erador back, "I don't know why she would want to forget me," Ioksok said "She remembred Fang, but I was hoping you could tell me why she didn't remember me."
Fang looked back at Ioksok and blew smoke into his face, He's just mad because she forgot him and remembers me Fang said cuddling up close to Erador.

Erador put her head on Fangs neck.
It was so long. I missed you so much. Erador told this only to Fang. She began to talk to Ioksok.
I told her I wasn't about to forget everything that had happened. She didn't even tell me she was going to forget you on purpose. I thought you would be the only one she would remember. She remembered Blake, Lyla and Fang. Why not you?

Erais walked over to a tree. Walking around it examining it. Then walking back to Ioksok.

"I am really sorry. I still can't remember you, Fang I can. Just not you. Blake said you torchered me. Was he right? I can remember Fang and bits of torn apart memories, though there was always something blacked out. You I guess." Erais told Ioksok.

Ioksok looked up, "I have never tourched you," he said "But before I knew you I helped the wrong people." Ioksok looked down ashemed.
Fang snaked his head around to look at Erias But after that he was one of your most relible companions The red dragon told her. Closing his eyes he laid his head on Erador's back.

"Oh," she answered surprised. "Why can't I remember you, if you are what you say you are?"
Erais, don't hurt yourself, you were under a lot of stress when we were in the Beors. Don't go dissapearing again. It took me forever to find you then. She let Fang and Ioksok know this.

Erais walked to Erador. Erador moved her head to Fangs back. Erais walked over to Ioksok.

"Then what were you doing in there?" She nodded her head towards the palace. "Is there anyway you can help me remember you?"

"well, once i thought you died I didn't think i had any thing to lose by helping him," Ioksok said "But now that you are alive, I don't know if I can help you with the seconed part." he stood up and started to pick up some sticks, "It's going to be dark soon." he said as he piled up the sticks.

"I don't care. Now I just want my memory back," she sat down, "Erador did try to warn me. Oh well."

Erador was fast asleep. Glad to be by Fangs side. She had missed him terribly. She looked so peaceful to Erais, if only she could sleep that way. Why did she forget Ioksok, why?

Why didn't I listen to Erador? Why? She walked a ways away and lay down. The cool night air made her shiver.

Lyla couldn't stop herself. Looking around, she dashed out of the square and pounded down the streets. Soon, she appeared at the city gates, but passed without trouble.
Where? She thought to herself hurriedly.
I hope they stopped somewhere for the night. She wished, noticing as it started to become a little dark- well, more dingy than dark around the city. Instinctively, she was drawn to the forest, which wasn't actually too far away. She set off at a run, her long black hair flying behind her as she went. Soon, she became tired.
I forgot how quickly you get worn out as a human! She thought in annoyance as her breath came in great gasps. Eventually, she had to slow down- she didn't want to risk transforming in the open. Soon, Lyla was at the edge of the forest. She couldn't feel the presences any more, but knew an area of the woods with a few clearings, in fact she had rested there many times before when she wanted to hide. Confidently, she strode in between the trees, barely making a sound as she walked briskly along a near invisible trail that she knew so well. Eventually she got there- just as she had suspected, two great dragons lay in the clearing.

Blaser awoke in a dark cell unable to use magic and contact Blade. He saw a plate of food left by his side. He uttered a spell to see if any poisons were in it but there weren't any so he ate it all because he hadn't eaten in days. After realising that the food contained meat he was sick. After he recovered he walked towards the bars and tried to break them using his strenght but failed. A guard walked towards the cell and said a vistor for you and walked away. Someone then began to walk towards the cell.

OOC: im gonna play the visitor if thats ok lol if not heres always the edit button....

IC: Blake walked up to the cell with his gaurd uniforum. "Hey Blaser.....time to go." Blake was looking around the hall to find out if anyone was looking. "C'mon hurry up....I think one of Galbatorix's mages spotted me..." Blake said.

Blake had opened the cell door and Blaser run out and asked ''how do we get out of here because i need to find Blade and see if hes alright thres a forest nearby where we can hide''. Blaser put on his guard helmet. He felt as if all his power had left him. ''I think they have drugged me as i seem to be unable to walk you will have to carry me'' Blaser said weakly then fell to the floor but stayed awake.

Ioksok saw Erias shiver, he got up and moved to her side putting his cloak around her shoulders. "I'll start a fire, it's geting cold." he said he put the sticks in a pile and wispering the words of power. A flame shot up in the middle of the pile, starting the rest of the wood on fire. The flame danced back and forth. Ioksok sat down on the other side of the fire. Looking at the way the light played of Erias's face Ioksok thought She is the most butiful woman I have ever seen Then shaking his head he asked "What do you rember?"

OOC- let's wait for Erias

OOC- yes, but could I maybe be noticed by someone? Lyla's in the same place as them now.

OOC: Sure, who should notice her?

IC: "Well, not much. I can remember riding on Eradors back to the Beors. I remember telling her I was going to start a new life, one without memories. I can't remember why? I guess I can remember Lyla and Blake because they probably didn't mean as much as you probably did. Erador advised me not to forget someone. I guess she ment you, why I cannot say." She told him.

She watched the fire dance in front of her, the flames licking at the wood.

Looking out of the corner of his eye, Ioksok saw a shadow flicker then move. He spun around, at the same time bring up his crossbow and leveling it at his target. "Come out." he said loud enough so any one in the clearing could hear, but would alert no one else in the woods.

Lyla hesitated. She didn't appreciate having a crossbow fixed on her, but decided it was no trouble. She grasped her hands tautly behind her back and strode forwards briskly- her green dress flapping around her ankles. She wondered if she would be recognized (as Erais had only previously seen her as a cat) but grinned smarmily anyway. She knew that it was possible Ioksok would ask her name, and she would not be able to reply. It was a huge disappointment not being able to talk, she had never even heard her own voice.
Come to think of it... she realised If I have never spoken, I probably don't have a voice anyway. She thought to herself with a hint of grim humor flickering across her features. She could still pick out (with her incredibly accurate eye-sight) the glint of the weapon still pointed threateningly at her. It would definitely be easier to target her now that she was in the open and clearly visible.
I'm quick... she told herself silently but not quick enough to avoid a bolt from him! Lyla shuffled uneasily on the spot, as silent as she had ever been. Suddenly, hope surged inside her.
I look like a child! She thought, laughing inside her mind. He wouldn't shoot a child... well, an adolescent.

Blake picked up Blaser up. "Okay...we can't come from the deirection I came...probly some mages comming...." He told Blaser. Blake looked around the room. He saw an exit on the other end of the room. Blake moved towrd it with Blaser leaning on his shouldar. He burst through the door into the woods.

Blaser was picked up by Blake and taken away. He saw many twists and turns and began to lose focus then feel dizzy. He began to think properly then remenbered about Blade. He then said with his mind ''Blakes taking me to the forest near Ur'bean meet me there.'' After a couple of minutes his strenght had recovered so he said to Blake ''Don't carry me anymore i can walk now because the drug has worn off.'' He then stood up and ran towards the woods. He didn't stop because he prosumed the Blake was following him. By the outskirts he stopped and saw 3 people standing there. There was a peasent girl, the maid from the palace and Galbatorix's servent. The man was holding a crossbow up at the little girl. He knew that he would proberly shoot her so he took out his bow. He then walked forward so he could be seen, aimed his bow at the man and shouted ''Put down your wepon servent of the Empire.''

Blake followed Blaser outside. He saw Earis, Ioksok, And, even though he wasn't sure, The werecat most likley. He saw Blaser point his sowrd to Ioksok's neck. He saw a cross bow in Ioksok's hand, Pointing to the, presumabley, Werecat. "Oh no..." He muttered under his breath. He looked at Earis, She looked a little shocked...The werecat on the other hand looked like She was about to laugh. Ioksok however didn't look like he would put the weapon down. Blaser still had his sowrd to Ioksok. This isin't good..... He thought. He looked at Ioksok then at Blaser. Isin't being the keyword.... He thought.


OOC: come on...where'd everyone go?

Erais quickly came in front of Lyla.

"Ioksok, I know her, she isn't a a danger... Blake?" Her face came around to see Blake and... Some one else, he was pointing an arrow at Ioksok.

She ran at this person, nocking the wind out of him as she rammed into his side. She feel to the ground, the wind was nocked from ramming him. She quickly stood up, pulling out her sword and pointing it to Blasers throat.

"Don't move." Her gaze as cold and her tone.

Blake saw what happened, he tried to stop it, but...it was to late...now there was two weapons pointed...but no weapons pointed at him. "Hey! C'mon don't do that!" He yelled at them. He drew his sowrd. Not knowing who to point it too. Blake looked around. "There has to be a way to solve this." he muttered. He heard foot steps behind him. "Can we atleast solve this somewhere else? The gaurds are comming." He told them.

Blase was lying on the floor a blade to his neck. He was annoyed about the fact that his plan had backfired. He looked behind and saw Blake shoting somthing. Behind Blake were atleast 20 empire soldiers and 5 magicans. ''Watch out for the men behind you Blake'' He shouted. Blaser contacted Blade but he was 5 minutes away so Blaser had to stall for time. He decided to drop his wepon, lie down and asked ''so ummm why have you got you blade to my neck even through he (Blaser pointed a finger at the servent of Galbaatoix) could of killed a child.'' ''Its odd for a maid to carry an elven sword.''

Blake looked at Blaser, Then Erais, Then Ioksok, Then the Werecat. What now... He told himself. "Can we leave and solve this later? ya know, in a quiet meadow or something?" He asked them. Half joking, half wanting to get out of there. Grr...forgot to tell Blaser about Erais....now her cover is blown...my cover is blown...Blaser's cover is blown....If the Werecat had a cover..it probably Isin't blown....Ioksok never had a cover....I think... He thought to himself...

"Ha, a maid servant. No. I have the right to carry one," with one hand she uncovered her ears. "Second, Ioksok wouldn't hurt her if I said no. Third, your whorthless and just blew my cover. Why shouldn't I have my blade at your worthless and pathetic life? I could kill you now, but I won't. Ha, you don't even know who I am, though they forgot me until I had to tell them." Erador growled, her fangs showing.

I don't like this Erais. Erador said, her nerves uneasy.[/list]

"Some fun," Ioksok said looking at the soldiers "If we kill them all, no one can blow your cover." he pulled the trigger of his crossbow, the same time Fang lept from the ground. He hovered over the soldiers, jets of flame lit up the night sky like lightning. With in a few minutes only a copule of soldiers were left.

Blake swung, slicing a gaurds arm off. "I don't think avoid a fight was on your list of to do's was it?" He asked Ioksok, and Erais. Keriaia? Don't tell me your sleeping again? Blak asked His dragon. Huh...noooo....I was just..uh..resting my eyes... Kereiaia replied. Well could you stop resting them for just a bit. We got into trouble again...'we' as in well...alot of people.. Blake told her. I'm comming..but where exactly are you? She asked. Behind the prison. He told her.
